MY FAMILY'S LUGGAGE WAS LOST FROM ROME TO BARI. I WAS THE ONLY ONE THAT RECEIVED MY LUGGAGE FROM ROME TO BARI. AFTER DEPLANING IN BARI, WE WASTED A LOT OF TIME AT BAG CLAIMS LOST AND FOUND REPORTING THE CLAIM AND PLEADING FOR THE BAGS TO BE DELIVERED THE NEXT DAY. WE WERE TOLD THAT IT TAKES 3 DAYS MINIMUM TO DELIVER. MY DAUGHTER AND MY GIRLFRIEND NEEDED THEIR PERSONAL THINGS AND WE WERE STAYING 3 HOURS AWAY FROM THE BARI AIRPORT. WE HAD TO DRIVE 3 HOURS TO THE AIRPORT TO COLLECT OUR LOST LUGGAGE THE NEXT DAY. WE ARE NOT HAPPY WITH THE EXPERIENCE
The wheelchair service is useless. They live you in different spots, not tell you anything just wait. I waited 30 minutes in Frankfurt when decided to walk the 25 minutes distance. In Budapest nobody came.
Very nice flight love the small aircraft. We had a wonderful flight attendant. Nice to see someone that really enjoys her job. Don't have her name but had a southern accent.
Seats in waiting area and on plane hard as rock. Fast internet on the flight was great! Crew was kind.
I do prefer to fly United and have always had excellent service, except for bad weather. Flights are on time and staff is alway curtious and helpful
Food choices were very limited. Taste of the dishes was average.
On time every leg of the journey and exceptional staff at counter, gate, and on board. I haven’t travelled in US for a long time and was genuinely surprised how pleasant this was.
Aircraft has better leg room than any of United's larger planes. We had requested mobility assistance for this and related flights. United's response to all was superb.
The lady who gave me my boarding pass for check in was extremely rude.
The flight was on time and the crew were great.
It was just fine. I managed to make all my connection too sbut had trouble in Munich with no wheel chair and trouble trying to get help from the airport people to get to the other terminal for my flight. Finally a wonderful lady Amelia, helped me to make my flight connection Timon with zero time to spare.
Everything should be better, terrible flight and airport service. Delayed for 6 hours, flying around for 1 hr, and keeping us on a plane for another 2,5 -3hrs.
This flight was a lot more comfortable with more room than the Air Canada Rouge!!! We will never go rouge again! A yes to this one!!! It was so nice to have inflight entertainment! Also the carts came around twice for drinks or a snack!! Great experience all around!
Air Canada seats do not have much room compared to other airlines I’ve traveled with. Also, the lack of free WiFi is a negative. All airlines need to be better about this.
Delayed 2 hours 20 minutes. Then we still didn’t take off for another 45 minutes. Arrived in Toronto and no gate was ready for us so we were stuck on the tarmac for another hour. Missed my prebooked Uber and had to pay the cancelation fee plus book another one. Got home over 5 hours later than planned. Awful planning.
Direct nonstop flight was great. Flight was delayed and the crew announced a 2h delay on the sound system. 30 min or so later I hear my name on the sound system for immediate board. Several other passangers were late too. Reason: The crew incorrectly announced a 2h delay when in reality they meant a new boarding time at 2pm.
Again we were late leaving Austin , there was no tv screen for the 3.5 hr flight, the pizza I bought was kinda bland
The cabin crew were really good!! Check in etc. was very good. We enjoyed the aisle seats as the plane was small! Couldn’t comment on the food as we didn’t order anything!
Flight incoming flight was delayed for 4 hours and at the last minute, flight was canceled with no warning and all airline personnel disappeared. Had been offered free checkin of my hand luggage so was left without toiletries and clothing with no way to recover it. Was sent link to rebook for the next day but that won't make up for the loss of the hotel and activities that were booked for the first 36 hours of my planned trip.
Many delays, decrepit old planes, terrible communication from flight crew, no gate staff ready upon arrival so we sat on tarmac at 2 AM
