Cons: The flight was cancelled. They offered us no alternative. We had to buy a ticket from another company, in order not to lose our reservations. At this date, 90 days later, we did not receive the refund for our ticket. First they asked for completely useless information, then they stopped answering.

Cons: 2 hour delay...and once in seat it was too hot with traffic of planes in front of us.

Pros: The snack was a whole sandwich that was quite tasty and in my opinion far better than the two meals I was served on my US to Europe flight on Condor. The staff were very kind, accommodating and served us damp linens to wipe our hands with before eating, which I did not receive on the Condor flight.

Cons: There were no screens provided on my 6 hr flight. You are given the option to rent, at a cost, an iPad. I was 2/3 the way back in the plane, and most of the food for purchase items were already sold out.

Pros: I actually felt San Jose Del Cabo Airport was far more courteous and accommodating best at acknowledging us and asking if one needs help or if your okay. I realize this airport is far less busy but if was noticeable and notable. I also liked that the pilot announced we would be experiencing brief turbulence and described we will go up and down as if descending, so I was prepared and less stressed when I experienced exactly what pilot had described.

Cons: Our party of eight departed from gate 8 which was hidden behind a post and not in view unless one walked past passenger entry doors. Also passenger seated next to me had asked for a burger, flight attendant replied she was not sure if she could fulfill request and best to order 24 hour prior to flight. She came back with a burger that smelled super delish and I regret not having one myself but there wasn't any left. Maybe stock up or start marketing because I am still thinking about that aroma and appealing burger...

Cons: Es muy bueno que te puedan explicar en tu propio idioma te sientes muy en confianza con el personal y la aeronave está muy bien en buenas condiciones, sigan así excelente Mexico

Pros: volaris charged me 20 usd more only because I had 11 kg of luggage , the limit was 10 kg

Cons: Our Plane was late, had to walk 28 gates and we arrived just as they closed the door, they gave our seats away. We were directed to several different places and each time sent elsewhere. Finally, after walking the full length of the airport four times, we were told they would not help us.

Pros: The seats and floor space were quite roomy.

Cons: The flight was delayed 9 hours, very poor performance by interjet

Cons: Flight attendant in First class was visibly frustrated and unfriendly. He was not helping with my simple request for a blanket. Also, the were no food service in first class.

Cons: The boarding structure did t have very clear signs for priority boarding and the leg room didn’t seem anything different from reg economy. I feel I didn’t get anything more for what I paid for AM plus.

Cons: The check in process was a disaster. It took me more than 90 minutes to check my bag. I arrived 2.5 hours before my flight and almost did not make it in time to board, which seems unacceptable.

Meaning they close even if you do not have to check luggage and even though its within boarding time, if you are not checked in at least one hour prior to departure you will not be able To fly And they offer no refunds or reb

Cons: It was an overnight flight so I would have appreciated if the crew members refrain from super loud conversations right next to my seat (I was obviously trying to sleep as everyone else on the flight.

Cons: There was hardly any space under the seats and between each row so it was pretty cramped. Because of this, the flight was not very comfortable.

Pros: The crew was nice; however, the seats from LAX to MEX where extremely uncomfortable. The seats practically didn't recline at all and there was hardly any leg room. I am 5'3 and had ok legroom but it was not comfortable for taller people. Everything on the flight was being sold.

Cons: Seats could have a bit more leg room and should recline a bit more. Water or a small beverage should be complementary.

Pros: The seat was awful! No cushion at all. Very old like you are sitting on a piece of hard wood for 3 hours. Causes unnecessary back pain. No leg room or arm room. Won’t travel Volaris again.

Cons: Polaris told passengers to arrive at the Morelia airport 3 hours before departure, which for a 6:20am flight meant 3:20am. Many passengers arrived a little before that time, and there were no Volaris representatives available to answer questions or even a clear area in which to form a queue.

Pros: Crew was pleasent once in the air, and seats were good by emergency exit

Cons: Communication with why the hell we kept changing gates and why we were delayed almost hours, especially the crew at the gates. Compensation once I the air with snacks or drinks, something that says that you guys care about the delay and horrible communication.

Cons: VERY hard to hear important details from the captain. Nothing could be heard. Also, the gate numbers kept changing CONSTANTLY. I was given one then like 4 more at Mexico City. Lastly, our flight was delayed and even after everyone boarded it took about 40 minutes for the plane to take off.
