Flight was delayed by 3 hrs. Forcing missed connection and overnight stay. Terrible.

Comfortable seats, good drinks with lots of water refills, staff was kind and understanding of my disabled mother!

The plane was to narrow. Uncomfortable seats.. Kayak is Awesome!

It is a hassle to not have entertainment screens on the backs of the seats.

Considering my flight to Portland was in a broken chair that I had paid extra for, this one was great. So yeah, wonderful.

Even though I booked two tickets at the same time, we were unable to sit together. No one cared. I was disappointed due to the amount of money the flights had been that there was no way to get it changed.

I had to cancel this trip due to medical reasons. I took out flight insurance but I was unable to cancel my reservation on either Kayak or Alaska. I need proof that I did not take this flight to get my refund. I have tried for a week and a half together that information from either Kayak or Alaska but so far I have gotten no response. I am very disappointed!

Made our reservations 6 months ago. When we arrived at the airport we were informed they no longer have assigned seating. We were placed in the last row next to the restrooms. Our seats did not recline. I do not like the fact you are assigning seats. I don’t feel it’s fair. People who make last minute reservations sit in the middle seats. It’s did Southwest now have assigned seating and you assign seats. Even Southwest was more fair than Alaska.

We had paid for window seats just to not get window seats. When we ask the flight attendant to switch seats she said no because it was a full flight. It was the the worst experience I had ever.

The crew seem untrained and uncertain no one ever checked up on us in our first class cabin. I had to ask for water four times and the lady kept saying she was busy when they weren't really doing anything. Had to walk to the back of the plane to get water for myself. Crew seem new and unexperience. You can tell this by the fumbling they kept making trying to fight. (I miss Hawaiian air.)

WiFi didn’t work on two of four planes. Flight attendants were not overly friendly or welcoming. Planes were extremely slow to board and deplane.

Delta does a great job with entertainment and free wifi. I can still be in touch with my colleagues while in the air.

Aside from a completely packed plane, I really have no complaints.

Bus to plane was delayed for no apparent reason and our luggage was still on the belt when they shut it off. Took about 20 minutes to turn it back on to get our luggage.

It was a pleasant surprise to have complimentary Wi-Fi on the flight

Much better than Latam, the worse airline company ever. I hope I don't have the need to fly Latam ever in my life again.

Seats in Delta Main are unbelievably close to the seat in front of. Hard to get a backpack under the seat.

The flight was operated by Latam. The aircraft had a technical issue and the flight was delayed for the next day. They grounded other passengers to get their airplane assigned to my flight. Most of he ground staff don't speak English (Orlando Airport), but were very polite. The crew on the other hand could speak English and Portuguese. On board service was good.

The agent at check in and at the gate were less than thrilled to be at work. I'm not a fan of Kayak's placement on the plane. I got put in the middle seat and none of my preferences were used.

In ATL they have two sets of departure screens. Follow what is on your airline's departure board - the ATL Airport Authority departure board had completely incorrect details about the gate assignment for my flight, which would have made me miss boarding.

Some crew were unfriendly or in some cases just straight up rude.

Putting people that close to the bathroom, where you have to look into the bathroom as people are exiting and entering was not great and the smell was also not great. I know the airlines are desperate for more chairs, but that seat is a crime.

Very comfortable flight, snacks and drinks were good, good communication from crew. Could have used a little more information on timing of boarding for group 5

one staffer was frustrated (it happen); the flight was late and the pilot mentioned they'll make amend but the snacks were the same, other than that the aircraft was clean and everything went smooth, no complaints

I will never fly ANA again. They lost one of my large pieces of checked luggage, the heaviest one with the most valuable items in it, and they said they will not send me an email unless they can't find it, even though the paper they gave me to track the status of my lost luggage requires a code from an email they are supposed to send me so I can do baggage tracing. They claim to be an international airline, but they also insist on calling a Japanese telephone number to confirm where to send the lost baggage if they find it. It is impossible to find an actual contact email address for customer support on their website, and their AI chatbot is unhelpful, directing you to a webpage that says it is for contact information but does not have any actual email addresses or phone numbers listed on it. My seat in economy did not recline at all, even though I was not sitting in an exit row nor the very back row. I had to sit in the fully upright position for over ten hours of international travel. Awful experience overall.

ticket agent lady wás very helpful , she arranged wheel chair for my elderly mother

Entertainment kept turning itself off. Gave up on watching a movie.

Wifi took a while to kick in and we had a maintenance issue that took over 40 mins at the gate in Washington before pulling back

Not United Airlines' fault. It's ORL airport's fault.

United overall experience is great these days. Airport experience was very organized. Staff on flight were great. App and information as good as it gets.
