Excellent crew, free wi-fi, good experience. But we were in Row 30 and were song the sat called to board. It’s RIDICULOUS that the end of the plane would be among the last to board IT MAKES NO SENSE.

Short trip, was nice to have a drink on the short flight still.

I was on flight #3022 departed from San Diego, California to Medford, Oregon. I had Denise & Damaris as my flight attendants. I didn’t have much interaction with Damaris, but I did with Denise who had, this calm, cool collective voice when she spoke about the emergency exit plans before takeoff. I travel often and I’ve never met a flight attendant that can put you at ease. I felt she respects and takes pride in her position and more airlines need to adopt the integrity and respect that she has for Alaska Airlines. Debbie

Flight on time. Easy boarding. Changing my seat was very easy.

You need categories to note when food and entertainment are not available. Alaska's system would not update flight info on the board for this flight, so there was some confusion after deplaning from the previous flight as to which gate and depart time were accurate for this flight.

I've never flied them before but liked them. Weather was bad so a little scarey but they did a great job landing.

Kayak I had marked one carry on, one checked bag. Yet when it completed the purchase marked it as no carry on. Fail on kayaks side! Then extended flight delayed due to computer issues. Crew of the plane did awesome but fail on both kayak and alaskan

No food, did not use entertainment - you need additional options for questions like that.

Alway a a breeze! And great mountain views on left side of plane during entire flight!

We flew from SeaTac to Medford, OR on a very busy Friday evening. Best part of our experience were the airport workers getting us to departures and then through TSA. Because the lines were long, we had a chance to observe these folks direct foot traffic and advise flyers to opt for a certain gate 2-5. They were efficient, professional and kind. Impressive! On our flight, the attendants were also friendly, professional and efficient. We did not choose to request a shot at the $250 standby voucher, but it was very tempting. Once you have made it through TSA long lines, it is difficult to want to wait a few more hours for a flight. We had a fine experience flying with Alaska. Thank you! Keep up the great work!

The seats were uncomfortable, as if the cushions haven't been switched out in many years. I felt like I was on an old bus. The food was delicious. thank you. Onboard entertainment, very limited. Unless you like violent movies. Why in the world would you have such severely violent movies on a plane? if you don't want to see such things, you don't have a choice. Have you considered that when choosing entertainment? Good god. Why would you have the Godfather? Or black women being brutally beaten with a club? Why in the hell would you put that kind of material on a plane? As for Kayak: Why when I ordered Qantas, was the plane on United?

Had a one hour delay due to mechanical issue. I didn’t think I’d be able to make my connecting flight, but they waited for me and greeted me when I arrived to help things run smooth.

Very comfortable flight, snacks and drinks were good, good communication from crew. Could have used a little more information on timing of boarding for group 5

I will never fly ANA again. They lost one of my large pieces of checked luggage, the heaviest one with the most valuable items in it, and they said they will not send me an email unless they can't find it, even though the paper they gave me to track the status of my lost luggage requires a code from an email they are supposed to send me so I can do baggage tracing. They claim to be an international airline, but they also insist on calling a Japanese telephone number to confirm where to send the lost baggage if they find it. It is impossible to find an actual contact email address for customer support on their website, and their AI chatbot is unhelpful, directing you to a webpage that says it is for contact information but does not have any actual email addresses or phone numbers listed on it. My seat in economy did not recline at all, even though I was not sitting in an exit row nor the very back row. I had to sit in the fully upright position for over ten hours of international travel. Awful experience overall.

Pilot Erika DeLong made us feel safe and at ease in a frankly scary time to be flying. Her warm smile and greeting and excellent command of the aircraft in foggy bumpy weather helped us all to calm our nerves and get us home safely.

Miserable. Active military on orders turned away from Lounge because not in uniform. This is completely contrary to United’s online lounge access policy. Sad that employees aren’t trained better. This is not the United Airlines my parents used to regularly fly with.

Both flights were fine. I wish there was a little more legroom, but we got to where we needed to be on time, the crew did their job, and that’s really all that matters. We’ll fly United again.

Crew was unhelpful in boarding. Did not help passengers board and store bags efficiently. Did not alleviate tensions as passengers had to stow bags then return forward to seats. Baggage rules are unreasonable. Will fly southwest next time

On time from BWI to IAH but delayed over an hour from IAH to AUS without reason.

The overall service, quality, and price-point value for USA domestic flights is quite poor. If there were other options, I would take them.
