The entire travel day was a disaster from beginning to end. Woke up at two in the morning to make it to San Juan airport in time for a 5:30 am flight to Milwaukee which connected in Baltimore. Massive delays lead to me missing original connection out of Baltimore. Sixteen hours of delays/rebooking/layover time later, arrived in Milwaukee to find that only one of two checked bags made it there (despite the fact that Southwest brought another 737 jet to San Juan to fly us out to our original Baltimore connection—-not squeezed into another booked flight). The flight from Baltimore to Milwaukee was barely half full, so there was no logical reason to ship my bags out of Baltimore on a different flight to Chicago to then ship to Milwaukee. Southwest decided that my bags should not have been on the same connecting flight I WAS ON to Milwaukee, and then proceeded to accidentally leave my larger bag with the important items in Chicago. Terrible logic and support all around. Extremely angered and disappointed with SW. What a clownish operation your company has become!

Love them will get a Southwest card to track my points and keep flying with them. My family and I were pleased with the services.

It was canceled. Supposedly weather. But there was no snow in Baltimore. At least we found out before driving to airport

Flight was fine other than there was a gate change that I was not notified of. By chance I happened to check my phone and saw the change, otherwise, we would have missed our connecting flight.

The crew was dutiful but seemed detached and bored. The boarding process is ineffective. No reason I shouldn’t be able to sit with my wife. I checked in at the first available minute and still got boarding tow “C”. Southwest used to be my first choice due to value. But no longer. Southwest is like traveling in a cattle car. Suggestion: be the first to make Wi-Fi free!

Same comment as before. Bad hit damaged in transport. It lost a wheel. Other than that, everything was good!

Any type of entertainment option would be nice. Would like power options for charging devices

Plane was a little better as it was not a sold out plane so it was slightly better to sit in the seats but they are making the seats smaller and smaller

Pleasant and responsive flight attendants. Adequate drinks menu Good sized, comfortable seats

One of the smoothest flights I have ever had. Left the airport on time, despite a 100% full flight.

Flight was delayed but more than 90 minutes. This caused me to miss my available windows for pick-up by a friend. I had to pay $125 for an uber back home from the airport which was an added expense that I had not budgeted for my trip. Staff was friendly.

Very comfortable flight, snacks and drinks were good, good communication from crew. Could have used a little more information on timing of boarding for group 5

I will never fly ANA again. They lost one of my large pieces of checked luggage, the heaviest one with the most valuable items in it, and they said they will not send me an email unless they can't find it, even though the paper they gave me to track the status of my lost luggage requires a code from an email they are supposed to send me so I can do baggage tracing. They claim to be an international airline, but they also insist on calling a Japanese telephone number to confirm where to send the lost baggage if they find it. It is impossible to find an actual contact email address for customer support on their website, and their AI chatbot is unhelpful, directing you to a webpage that says it is for contact information but does not have any actual email addresses or phone numbers listed on it. My seat in economy did not recline at all, even though I was not sitting in an exit row nor the very back row. I had to sit in the fully upright position for over ten hours of international travel. Awful experience overall.

Seats are outdated. Entertainment relies on personal device. Boarding was delayed due to inaccurate passenger tracking, resulted in late arrival at Reno.

Miserable. Active military on orders turned away from Lounge because not in uniform. This is completely contrary to United’s online lounge access policy. Sad that employees aren’t trained better. This is not the United Airlines my parents used to regularly fly with.

Paid WiFi was only available for a few minutes. Avoid at all costs.

Both flights were fine. I wish there was a little more legroom, but we got to where we needed to be on time, the crew did their job, and that’s really all that matters. We’ll fly United again.

Crew was unhelpful in boarding. Did not help passengers board and store bags efficiently. Did not alleviate tensions as passengers had to stow bags then return forward to seats. Baggage rules are unreasonable. Will fly southwest next time

On time from BWI to IAH but delayed over an hour from IAH to AUS without reason.

The overall service, quality, and price-point value for USA domestic flights is quite poor. If there were other options, I would take them.
