Drinks trolley too slow, considering passengers on most European flights are paying for their drinks. Quick drinks trolley with the food trolley coming along behind would be much better, and a lot more happy passengers, One and a half hours,approx., from take-off when the food and drinks trolley, from the front, reached Row 10. Not good Willie!

You should board by seat numbers on European flights. Aisles too narrow on 320's (and equivalent), with passengers putting quite large carry-on luggage in the overhead lockers and slowing everything down plus discomfort to passengers already seated. Otherwise a very pleasant an enjoyable flight. when the doors closed.

1. Seat distance by far too less. 2. seat width on the borderline of being acceptable. 3.. No entertainment, not even a flight info screen available. 4. Only instant coffee available. If it is instant, cappuccino or other café specialities should be available. Emirates and Etihad make the example. 5. Food okay - but not for french airline. No innovation, no thought in it. Standard "how do I get the cattle fed the cheapest possible" food. 6. Electrical / USB / Network plugs or WIFI unknown.

Flight attendants were friendly, but they only had limited resources to work with.

Worst aircraft I have been on in years. No wifi or entertainment, no power outlets, only bad wine/beer for a 3+ hour flight is mediocre at best...

Boarding was easy. clean plane, crew was very friendly. I was very concerned though, when we banked left and did a complete circle in the air. An explanation from the captain would have been terrific. I made sure I was the last one to leave the plane and asked him about it when I saw him at the exit. He told me what happened but I would have liked to know while it was happening. Besides that, the coke and pretzels were divine. :)

The breakfast served in the route Abuja to Heathrow was very hot and tasty. The hostesses were great. Good service overall

It was part of our hop from the United States to Malaga.

I fly Southwest Airlines in the US frequently, but this plane felt FAR more packed in than those do. Without a free drink or snack, my 3 hours on this plane were miserable. We were flying at night, and they kept EVERY light in the cabin on for the duration. I don't know why they needed so much illumination to push a cart up and down the aisle for the few people willing to pay for beverages.

The boarding was quick & pleasant, the crew was friendly & helpful.

There was no food left or soft drinks left when before the crew even got to me on the flight

Baggage lost for mere one-hour flight from Amsterdam to Dublin with extended delay before it was recovered.

Lost piece of luggage to start with. An Aer Lingus agent in A'dam, where we started our journey, insisted we could not take a not oversized small suitcase w expensive photo equipment on board. She labeled the suitcase to Boston while we were boarding = (very confusing as per your representative in Dublin who told us she should have labeled it to Dublin), American custom in Dublin asked us to identify our luggage and this piece was on their computer but NOTHING showed up in Boston nor at our final destination in TPA. Name Lylem Maria AH, 9 074 KL 936816, filed a report in Boston and TPA but nothing yet.

Food very mediocre, old plane, entertainment system not working well in my chair, not sure or I wil fly again w your airline, will probably use Delta again= bit more expensive but would rate them "good".

I've flown Aer Lingus years ago......it was a pleasant experience. Now it's a bargain airline. Everything is for sale......nothing free.

I flew with multiple international airlines this summer and KLM was by far the best. The crew of KLM were exceptionally attentive, polite, and helpful. The meals were by far the most enjoyable of my airplane travel meals; and I learned that KLM does not charge for it's drinks on international flights, unlike most other international airlines that I traveled with this summer. In a sentence, flying with KLM was a very pleasant experience and I will recommend this airlines to others.

If I were going to list any negatives, I would say that the little travel pillow that was given to the passengers was so thin that it was practically useless, but I brought my own with me, so I was none the less comfortable.

The gate agent helped half a dozen people (not including those described below) understand they were boarding with the wrong group.

Fully one-quarter of the passengers boarded as disability or premium. This included a party of eight that boarded with one person in a wheelchair because "We're all together."

Very friendly and the food and drinks never stopped and no additional charges, a very nice experience over the bargain airlines, free in-flight movies, and entertainment, no cost.

Nothing really

The Amsterdam airport is super disorganized, with rude employees great at making excuses for their incompetence. The boarding crew really struggled to organized the boarding and wouldn't really care about people's status. We had to take a bus to the airplane, and even though both plane's entrances were open, they sent everybody to the front entrance. The comfort of the plane was horrendous, with seats over 20 years old and their business class was the same as the coach, but with no one sitting in the middle (can you get any lower than this?) The flight attendant woke me up to shove a food tray that I didn't want. We had to wait over 45 minutes after the plane landing to start seeing some luggage show up on the conveyor bell. The overall flight experience make southwest look like a luxury airline. This was my first and last time flying on KLM.

we were stranded in aberdeen due to flooding and were to miss our connection to vietnam. we were expecting the worst when we called BA but the service representative could not have been more helpful or efficient. she had us booked in the next couple of days all the way to our door. she was positive and we could tell she really cared about our plight.
