Cons: "They didn’t have tv music videos like air canada"

Pros: "The service were so nice the food were amazing. The rides were relaxing and I felt safe and comfortable the whole ride home."
Pros: "The plane was nice, seats comfortable, flight staff was super nice, ride was very smooth, like all previous Eva air flights."
Cons: "Nothing. Everything was great as usual :)"
Pros: "Short flight with no delays"
Cons: "Seats didn't recline Outdoor entrance exposed people to jet fuel toxins"
Pros: "blankets and pillows provided three meals nice customer service staff members spacious"
Pros: "Great amount of legroom in economy. No issues for me and I am 6'3''. Very nice staff"
Pros: "Great flight! The seats were comfortable and spacious. The crew was friendly and informative and the bathrooms were clean."
Pros: "The meals were good. Wine served. Cabin crew very responsive."
Pros: "The counter workers upgraded my seats to window and a better boarding group."
Cons: "Stuff not helpful, rude and not helping at all despite us being with a baby"
Pros: "Emirates Airlines are the best Airlines in the world and I always travel with them all over the world"
Pros: "Early landing great service loads of legroom as am 6ft 5"
Cons: "N\a"
Cons: "Noise at the back of business Entertainment system did not work properly"
Pros: "Although a short trip it was a great experience especially the bar The seat setup is very good and facilities cannot be faulted."
Cons: "Staff were rushed due to short nature of Flight most staff were great but some showed the pressure forgetting requests. Left medicine bag on Flight despite reporting it was never contacted again which inconvenienced my trip having to seek doctors for replacements."
Pros: "Comfortable seat, good service and food, and a very comprehensive on board entertainment selection."
Cons: "A lot of background noise when using the supplied headphones"
Cons: "My seat is horrible with something looks like vomit everywhere between a gap of the seat in front of me. Also the touch screen is not working, at first I pushed so hard until i hurt my finger tip, at the end I used buttons on an remote to control the screen(stupid me!!). The screen reset to an old version couple of times during the flight the crew had to reset for me( the airline should know what i'm talking about) It's a six-hour flight but the meal was literally served at 8.55pm(original time) in my section which is the last section to get food when the flight took of at 6.10pm(original time) - almost three hours into the flight. Can't believe they claimed to be number one airline in the world. If you fly to the States from thailand. Take Quatar if you want to go to the east coast or asian airlines any thing japanese or korean or even chinese airline like Hainan airline. They are all way better than this."
Pros: "The flight certainly lived up to its reputation as being one of the nicest airlines to fly, even in being in economy. Great service, great food, great on board entertainment."
Cons: "There was an incident prior to take off where a passenger in first class had to be removed from the plane. Though it’s certainly not the airlines fault that there was an issue with a passenger, they should’ve been a lot more transparent and gave us a lot more information on what exactly was going on other then “we need to go back to a special area to get this passenger off.” Couple that with the security checks to “make sure there is nothing on the plane that shouldn’t be” and very little explanation of what actually occurred, it made for a very stressful flight. Not knowing if this passenger had made any kind of threat against the plane, or safety of other passengers... etc, it was very hard to feel safe for the remainder of my trip being left in the dark as the incident occurred in first class."
Pros: "Attention to detail Great Entertainment Excellent food Pilot updates on timing"
Cons: "Movie channels and music could be easier to use"

Very disappointed with the food on the first leg of the trip ( from Bangkok to Japan). I had the chicken con don bleu and I must say that I had better frozen TV dinner. The crews during the flight were running around but It was hard to flag them down for any simple services. For the amount of money for the business class, I had better services and food from other economy flights that i experienced. I will never fly Japan Air Lines again. I am willing to pay extra to avoid JAL👎👎👎👎👎👎

Cons: "The entertainment center at my seat was malfunctioning. Movies were starting passed the beginning and the system was crashing."
Pros: "Nothing at all."
Cons: "Not run late, have entertainment on board and provide better snacks."
Pros: "Flying portion was fine."
Cons: "Flight delayed for mechanical issues.... then upon landing trapped in cabin filled with exhaust then again trapped in a locked hallway."
Pros: "Pilot did great job, superb smooth landing."
Cons: "The two male flight attendants could have been a bit more friendly."
Pros: "Honestly, nothing!!"
Cons: "Everything. This airline has disappointed me for the last time."
Pros: "Crew was nice and made sure we were all comfortable before taken off :)"
Cons: "I was thirsty on the way back but we were not offered anything to drink so I waited till we landed to buy a drink, other then that was very enjoyable. Plan on using America airlines again"
Cons: "Old aircraft ...what’s with the non-assignment of seats until the last minute unless you pay extra !"
Pros: "liked the crew, but didn't know that we would have to check our bags, since the plane was small & had no overhead. Also, I wish I would have been told ahead of time, that I would have to check my bag again going home, even though the plane did have overhead space. Other than that, I love AA!"
Cons: "I didn't get very good instructions about picking up my carry on bag plane side. I was told to go to the baggage claim instead by a staff member when I came out of the plane, but this was wrong, so I ended up waiting a very long time for them to bring me my carry on bag to the baggage claim."
Pros: "didn't get my flight you said booking was guaranteed refund 24 hours but when i call to change or refund you said the airline would not change or refund. you didn't live up to your end. if you refund i would consider tat but for now. i would never use kayak again and will post my experience"
Cons: "you could have change my return when i called 2 hours after or 18 hours after now i have to pay 500 to get home you should live up to your rules and refund my money"
Cons: "Air Canada not even offering a snack on a 3 hour flight now. Ridiculous."
Pros: "Entertainment unit and comfort were standard 5/5 for both"
Cons: "Boarding a massive 777 is difficult but some how other airlines do it smoother. Not sure how boarding 3 zones at once makes sense, which created a long que. Plus a delayed plane didn’t help the matter Unnecessary comments by one crew member while passengers were putting away their luggage were over heard and provided no value to the situations. Cup of noodles and a 3 tiny pieces of beef plate were provided for dinner which was very disappointing. While a typical egg breakfast and snack were also provided. Hot beverages were generally not served due to turbulence and water service during the 12hr flight was minimal."
Cons: "Started off by being 40 mins delayed. Not bad, compared to the 4 hour delay I had going to Vancouver. Flight was super uncomfortable. Upon arrival to Toronto. The gate had ice on it. So we had to wait in the plane for over an hour before we could get to a gate and off the plane. And then the entire plane of people (300-400 people I believe?) had to wait for our bags to come out for TWO HOURS! Meanwhile flights from Vancouver that we’re supposed to leave after us , left before us, got there before us, and got their bags before us. Horrible trip. I could not believe how unprofessional and unprepared Air Canada and the Toronto airport was during the holidays!"
Pros: "We had a very good experience with Air canada and will use Air Canada again."
Pros: "Air Canada has one of the best buy on board menu's of any North American carrier. They even allow you to purchase Business Class meals (subject to availability of course). Flying on the older 767-300ER also has more shoulder and leg room than some of Air Canada's newer configurations for the 787 and 777."
Cons: "Air Canada's boarding process is a bit frustrating. On American Airlines and United Flight attendants make announcements over the PA to (a) step out of the aisle to let people pass, and (b) place larger suitcases in the overhead and smaller bags under the seat. That way they try to ensure there is enough bin space to accommodate everyone. Passengers on Air Canada stuff everything in to the overhead bin and nothing under their seat, leaving little for those boarding after and delaying the flight because flight attendants are looking for bin space. If they were more pro-active, it would speed things up."
Pros: "Rouge is not air Canada"
Cons: "As someone who flies AC quite abit. Rouge is not AC"
Cons: "In the past Air Canada has been great. This past experience makes me never want to fly again. In-flight entertainment is the worst I have ever experienced on an international airline. Entertainment options were very limited, and it didn't work for most of the flight (crew tried resetting the system, to no avail). Crew were inattentive and seemed more focused on hanging out in the back of the airplane socializing with each other. Food was terrible, and I am generally pretty easily pleased when it comes to food. Return flight was delayed twice without any announcements or explanations in the boarding area. Flights were completely full and airplanes were old and uncomfortable. This flight was cheap for a reason. Pay the extra amount and fly another airline."
Pros: "Your customers are nicer than your staff."
Cons: "Firstly I will start with the lack of service we provided when trying to get seats together after checking in online. We rang and were told to try at the airport counter. Then at the airport counter we were told to try at the gate and then at the gate when I went to ask I was told to go get both tickets before they told us that there was no 2 seats together anyway rather than looking first. All whilst explaining this was our honeymoon and we would really like to sit together as husband and wife. Then once we boarded the guy sitting next to me was happy to swap seats with my wife as he had back problems and had asked for an aisle seat but was denied. Finally we are underway and I find that my entertainment touch screen doesn't work so even though it is one i can't select anything to watch. Plus to top it off the seat arm rest was broken. Obviously with a fairly full flight with no 2 seats together their wasn't much that could be done immediately but where is the maintenance and actual physical plane quality? Do your engineers or staff not check things? Overall dispite this being our national carrier I am ashamed to claim that. Many of our overseas visitors for the wedding from Australia and Europe also had similar complaints."
Pros: "There was nothing outstanding on this flight."
Cons: "We were delayed on boarding, they changed the gate number a number of times... it was all very disorganized. Both flights to and from LAX were delayed hours so they had to give us a voucher for 15% off our next flight."
Pros: "The flight crew, the price and the bags arrived."
Cons: "While the flight crew was great, the rest of the employees on the Toronto side were awful. Our plane was delayed from Dublin so most of the plane missed their connecting flight. Once off the plane they only had 2 people working rebooking and 2 working bag issues even though there was plenty employees around. After an incredibly long line, the gate agent was very rude. He barely acknowledged me, wouldn't look at me and just shoved my new ticket at me and said next. I tried to talk to another while waiting an extra 4hrs for my next flight and all she did was shove a business card with numbers and said if I had a problem to call one of those numbers and then rolled her eyes and started talking to her friends again. I saw another couple from my flight being passed around and getting rude treatment as well. Another I talked to said they will never fly Air Canada again. I know it wasn't their fault our flight was late but a little compassion and good customer service goes a long way. I had to spend $15 on dinner that I wouldn't if I had made my flight but they gave another couple from my flight $10 vouchers for food. So inconsistent! I also paid $100 extra on my ticket to sit closer to the front of the plane since I knew I had a short layover (which didn't make a difference) but they just gave the same seat to the girl next to me for the same reason. When I asked for a refund on the seat cost they just blew me off. To sum it up, the flight crew was great and very friendly but all the ground employees were awful and really need to improve on their customer service skills."

Nothing. I flew business class. I always try to avoid air Canada because it’s the worst airline and it’s proven on international level. Sad and embarrassing…

Flight got cancelled and there was no communication to mention the rescheduled / alternative flight details.

It never happened. Snow storm. Flights cancelled. Got Covid somewhere along the air travel.

Pros: "Was actually an Air Canada flight. AC has much better seating in Economy Class. Seats have more room and more recline."
Cons: "United made no effort to alert us to the fact that we were actually flying Air Canada. Our rewards upgrade to Business Class was not honored.Extremely misled!"
Cons: "The plane was old and tired. The seats are just a step up from a park bench. There was virtually no entertainment system to speak of."
Cons: "Roomier Seats more isle space and comfortable seating. Better head sets"
Pros: "The customer service wait is extremely long especially when u get hung up on and start all over . But one man was very helpful in changing to accommodate me next day"
Pros: "It’s ok. The airplane is not comfortable. It’s old and small"
Cons: "N/a"
Pros: "Cabin crew was friendly."
Cons: "United 737-800 seats are cramped. The flight was severely delayed due to weather, and United did not do well in communicating that well. We had to wait 38 minutes after arriving in Toronto for baggage to start arriving in the baggage hall. United did not provide customs cards prior to arrival."
Pros: "The crew was amazing and very helpful and kind. The flight was delayed but the crew was positive and boarding was very fast and efficient."
Cons: "The morning snack had egg and I am allergic to egg so I could not eat it. There was no non-dairy creamer for my coffee."
