On time performance is to be maintained. Very often VISTARA flights are getting delayed by an hour . Food quality is average . This is premium arililes which is 40% costlier than others and hence service should be upto that mark .

My connecting International was Qatar and allowing 15kg Carry, Vistara allowed 12.5kg only and made me throw 1 KG plus from my checkin too. Ordered Veg And Available option was Hyd Biryani and got some lemon rice with bad curry and dal.
Vistara had wrong information about the required pcr test I needed to transit Dubai. This cost me much stress and $40. Other than that, great experience on both airlines.

The trip was booked on a Premium Economy, I was moved to standard economy with no compensation. When I boarded the flight crew had already made someone else sit in my place who were reluctant to give me my seat. Quite a few people were found not wearing masks and crew did nothing about it. No choice of food in spite of me with a standard economy ticket that includes the option of food.
Pathetic ground staff and customer care. I paid for an upgrade 3 weeks before the journey, and I was downgraded with no reason.

Because wasting my time at the Mumbai airport was not so entertaining for me and the airline did not even seem apologetic about it. Vistara has hired some really unprofessional and uneducated staff at their Mumbai station."

Check in is a mess. Be ready for a traumatic experience from the unsupportive and rude check in staffs and duty managers at Calicut airport. It’s a chaos and the lines are mostly first in last out, as they don’t care of the passenger well being or the waiting time. They are just concerned of checking in before the boarding call. Personal experience is of standing 2 hours straight just for check in. Flight is ok, food preordered are all the instant ones with hot water mix, which tastes pathetic. Overall, will never take another indigo flight to fly out of india.

This really felt like a scam! We asked to cancel the flight and were told we could, but there was no guarantee of any refund. We said to cancel it anyway. Later I was told there would be no refund. I assumed it had been canceled and yet I got emails telling me it was time to check in, etc. And then I’m asked to review my flight! So, between Indigo and Kiwi.com I felt I got terrible service. I will not use either of them again. In the end we got a flight for the original amount including 15kg of checked baggage from a different website and on a different airline that left at the exact same. There was a reasonable charge per 5 kg over the15 allowed."

I always prefer a window seat for the view but my window glass pane was terribly deteriorated from the outside. Didn’t inspire much confidence in the aircraft. Not too significant a complaint but I’d have really appreciated if I could’ve had the view also."

Cons: "They cancelled our flught from Jaisalmer to Delhi. Spicejet is the only airline that flies Jaisalmer. We were ledt arranged in the city where No hotels were available and Spicejet offered to cancel the flight and refund our money. They cancelled our tickets and am yet to receive the refund . We had to hire a cab from Jaisalmer to Dekhi. A 17 hours drive. No compensation from spicejet. Never bank on Spicejet."

The 15kg weight allowance for stowed baggage (that no one told me about) but I did like the way one could pay for excess at the check in desk. strange that refreshments were served 15 mins before arrival exactly when the pilot started his landing announcement on both legs I travelled. On the longer leg they were also offered earlier it is true, so it seemed especially odd to serve again then."
