Flight was Scheduled to departure at - 22:10.I reached and took boarding passes 1.5 Hours before. They Gave me Passes with Departure Time - 22:30. So delay was pre planned.
At 21:45 they announced delay just before boarding start time
No frills low cost airline with good options early morning and late night from Mumbai to Chennai, Bangalore. Ideal for quick one day trips between major cities. Mostly on time and courteous staff. Highly recommended for its good value, superior aircraft and decent service
Nothing in particular stands out as it delivered good value and stayed on time and message.
1. Gate change was not announced. We were waitinf at Gate 25 and would have missed flight if not for Kayak messaging.

3. The stewardess on board was selling food but was not checking with passengers seat by seat if they needed anything. She passed us by altogether.
The plane did what it needed to and got me home.
The crew was considerate and attentive.
The bulk of the passengers around me were a bunch of male jerkoffs who behaved inconsiderately and unsafely the entire time. They didn't listen to the plane staff at all and constantly left their seats to move around the aircraft regardless of safety warnings. For one passenger I counted over twenty instances of this. On top of being unsafe, it resulted in delays in takeoff and service. I think these types of passengers should be banned from flying. Unfortunately, that's the kind of behavior I'm used to traveling in India. An emergency evacuation with passengers like that would be a nightmare.
How are we to furnish a credit that was used months ago to purchase the flight (charged and paid already) that has since been reissued by the bank??? As a result 1+ hour spent going between 4 different people, recharging on our current card (same bank btw) and refunding to the original card (that has since been canceled). This had not happened on indigo, 2-3 hotels with the same scenario on our 3 week India trip!!!! Workers unable to process or understand the issue....please revise checkin procedure. Almost forgot...your workers should monotask...do not attempt to solve 5 people's issues at the same time, annoying!
The boarding process went well and was organized. The cabin staff was welcoming and very presentable. The seats were fine, even in economy. The uniforms on the cabin staff were attractive andnthey looked well on the girls. The staff, both male and female, were friendly and pleasant. The flight was fine, a little late, but not the fault of the airline. I would fly this airline again.
I dont think i would fly this airline again if I can help it. I felt it was so disorganized right from checking in. They forced me to check my had luggage in even though under weight. I had a seat towards the back, they were soo cramped together, barely any room to move elbows without knocking with neighbour. Im 5ft 11, but my knees were pressed againsted seat in front. I ended up getting a flu from this flight as so many people sitting so close sneezing onto each other. The food was so so. On the flight itself, the flight left late because seats had been double booked. The staff kept moving people because someone else was assigned to the seat. It was so disorganized, and the crew staff seemed so young without experience to handle the situation. Next time I will use Air India or Thai Airways when flying this route.
Boarding process takes way too long. Flight was delayed over 2 hours without any given reason. Flight attendants did not take any control of passengers. Loud passengers, people up and down the aisles constantly. Was a night time flight but no chance of sleeping because of constant disruptions.
