Horrible, flight cancelled and had to come back the next day

Terrible. For clarity - this was the Level flight to Boston. Not Vueling. Would urge customers to avoid this airline. Gate agent was singularly unhelpful. He was argumentative, rude and went out of his way to ensure that every penny was collected for the baggage (which we realized given how early we were for flight we could have saved hundreds of dollars if we checked in on app). No onboard entertainment or WiFi. Half of the front section was empty because the seats did not work! Plane was falling apart.

No complimentary snacks, but I think that’s a standard in the USA. There were loud drunk Germans sitting in front of us.

The flight was delayed and nobody was able to inform me about the new scheduled time and gate

The whole flight was coughing and farting all the way. It was impossible to breathe. If people are traveling sick they should either not be allowed to fly or made wear masks

I will never fly vueling. 1h30 delayed, connexion missed with the crew closing the boarding in front of us. 40 people missed the Barcelona-Orly connexion. hours waiting for rebooking and hotel.. inadmissible

Non stop flight from Barcelona to Rome, arriving on time.

3 hr flight from Barcelona to Gran Canaria. Ŵent according to plan No issues with staff oŕ flight. Many people includiñg us could not get luggage self checķ in termìnals to work. Had to wait in check in line.

The communication about the delay could have been better before and during the flight. Also, this online form could have less bugs. It is almost impossible to type in this window.

I would have liked it better if Iberia had not lost my and my companion's luggage.

Terrible food and over experience Flight was very rocky a lot of people vomiting

I bought the ticket through Iberian, but I was unable to check in using my code. American wouldn’t let me check in and Iberian counter was closed.

Today, this flight was great. It was on time and comfortable unlike the one on Friday July 12th that was canceled after a very long delay at the airport. Our flight to Newcastle 2 weeks previous was also canceled and the one that flew us to Newcastle, the next day, left Heathrow after it should have arrived in Newcastle. We heard of othe cancelations on this route. BA needs to fix/address this unreliable route.

No entertainment and WiFi for a 13 hour flight is outrageous. Old plane. Broken seats and toilet of order. To have to pay for food and a blanket under those conditions is ridiculous. We are never flying with Level or Iberia ever again.

I never took the flight. I bought the ticket in Kayak by mistake, right away, within the first 10 minutes I realized it and check to cancel. Kayak did not let me and sent me to Iberia saying, in order to cancel or change, you have to call the airline, which I did. Iberia ditched me off saying, you have to talk to whoever you bought it from, Kayak. so you 2 were passing the ball to each other. So I called my credit company, cancelled the transaction, and I swore never ever to use either Kayak or Iberia and I did, I flew with Air France and Delta to all over Europe, thank you and take me out of your subscription.

Business class was like premium economy, with an empty seat between my husband and myself. There was a curtain behind our head separating us from the next class. The person behind me’s knees were against the back of my seat, so I felt I shouldn’t recline at all. The person in front of me reclined all the way, then was out of his seat much of the time. He sat on the chair arm of the seat next to me, leaning into the aisle to speak to the man in economy behind me, placing his face about 6 inches from mine. Then he was off speaking to others on the flight, including the flight crew.

The seats were comfortable. The food was pleasing. The movie choices were great. The crew was kind and professional.

We were delayed for 7hrs. No announcements were made, the lines for checking were out of control. No one knew what was going on. Complete madness

Delayed flight. Received notice from ryanair by email and via app but no such timely information available at airport from monitors or staff

We arrived at the airport by taxi so as to be there two hours ahead of take-off. On arrival I received a message stating that the flight would be 85 minutes later than planned. An hour later another message stated that it would be a further 20 minutes late. There was no mention of the almost 2 hour delay once we boarded. Needless to say, they didn’t trumpet their “arrive-on-time” signal. At least we got there eventually.

Long delay. Terrible airport - too busy, not enough seating or food/drink outlets.

The seat could have had more cushioning. My backside was sore after 30 minutes of the flight

The flight departed and arrived on time. A member of the staff at the gate was awful. She asked me to get the duty free purchases out of the hand luggage to see if it would fit inside their box, which it did. It was the embarrassment in front of the other passengers and the hassle of getting my stuff out of the bag and back in again that was totally unnecessary. They try to squeeze every single euro they can get out of their passengers. The seats were uncomfortable with little space in between them. The flight was quite noisy with lots of announcements trying to sell food, drinks, gifts and souvenirs etc.

Was downgraded from Premium Economy to Economy and no indication of any compensation.

We were never contacted that our flight from Glasgow to London was delayed. Got to airport six hours early to find that we were going to miss our connecting flight to BWI. Our flight is scheduled for two days later and they only gave us a voucher for one night hotel. E we’re delayed on the front end too and had to fly to Edinburgh instead of Glasgow arriving six hours and taking a $200 cab!

It took an hour and a half for luggage to be dlivered in London

We were seated in the rear of the plane. Buses arrived to take us to the terminal but there weren’t enough so we waited an hour to leave the plane.

The 7 hour delay in Johannesburg was extremely tiresome, with poor communication at check-in and a sad R120 voucher as compensation. All in all sitting for 10 hours on an airport was pretty bad. At arrival the baggage arrival took 2 hours. All in all, a very, very long trip.

Chicago to London flight was delayed an hour . Boarding process was slow . I missed my connection to New Delhi and My connection from New Delhi to Ranchi. Now come the really outrageous part! There was a flight from London to Bangalore that would have allowed me to reach Ranchi on time. I was about to but ticket from Bangalore to Ranchi when BA agent came back after talking to someone in back office and informed me that she cannot rebook me to London Bangalore flight as Bangalore was TOO FAR fro. Delhi. I waited 8 hr in London airport. I was flying business. Hope this review helps the airline. I was not asking for any money back for my missed flight. Anand Mohan

Bad. Bags are missing, there was no wheel chair assistance provided

LUGGAGE ISSUE - Upon luggage drop off the 4 staff were sharing only one functional POS machine. The contactless transaction asked for PIN, which I provided. In my app it showed 2 transactions automatically: 1 contactless denied and 1 approved after the pin input. However, no receipt came out of the POS. The lady at the baggage drop had me standing by the counter for 10 minutes to wait for the transaction to show up in their system. Which it didn't. So then we proceeded to make another payment using the chip and this time it gave a receipt. Needless to say, now I have to wait for another 7 days before I can claim the first payment back, as I was charged twice. NO ENTERTAINMENT OR FOOD ON THE SHORTER FLIGHT, just the longer one. Meaning - the plane had no screens, and the "food" was a small packet of pretzels. OVERALL GOOD STAFF on both planes.

Our flight was delayed and this caused us to miss our connecting flight. During the flight I noticed that BA had already rebooked us for a different flight the next day. Although technically we hadn’t missed our connecting flight yet! We were stuck in London overnight causing us to miss all subsequent plans we had (hotel already booked in NY and a flight home to Chgo)! This cost us over $400 in fees to change everything

You were not able to check in online. Was not able to select a seat. The flight was delayed, so missed my connecting BA flight. Flight was rebooked, but to a different airport luckily for the same day. My friend that I was traveling with her flight was rebooted 24 hours later. Very disappointed.
