Cons: "There were so many passengers and such a small plane. There was NO leg room and the lady in front of me wanted to recline her seat, when I’m already claustrophobic to begin with. It was hot and the air above our head was barely working. There was one flight attendant who was blatantly rude to an elderly lady about her bags under the seat before the flight took off. To make this all worse, I had to suffer through all of this discomfort for over an hour for a 25 minute flight."

Cons: "I’m not a seasoned traveler and packed some needed items for our home out-of-state in an oversized bag. That bag ended up costing me $200 extra at check-in. I could’ve Fed-ex’d for cheaper or put into two separate bags for cheaper. Then, my flight was delayed an hour."

Cons: "Although I have priority status -The ground crew in Amsterdam gave me hard time with 7 extra Pounds, and I was trying to take it out of the suitcase to no avail. Eventually the agent I was checking in with got busy, I went to a new agent, and with a flick of a keyboard he approved the extra rate based on my status, without even have my to request it."

Cons: "This is the second flight in a row in which Delta has either cancelled or rescheduled my flight at the last minute. Last time I was stranded in the Atlanta airport overnight waiting literally all night for them to return my luggage (which never came, and then was late even to my final destination). I will not be using Delta in the future."

Our flight was delayed more than three hours, and it’s a shame that some folks could have been accommodated on that flight but were not."

Cons: "As soon as we all were boarded we where told there was a mechanical issue. Sat on the boarded cramped flight for 2 hours until issue was fixed. If there was a mechanical issue then the plane should’ve not been boarded until it was fixed. Much rather have waited in lobby for 2 hours than on a plane with no food and water. Or at least alllowed us to deboard while issues where resolved."

I always fly First Class for the extra room and perks of crew service. Crew spent most time in galley chatting. Not a bad flight by any means but I guess I have been spoiled by superior service on all of my other weekly Delta flights."
Cons: "Delta doesn't manage their flight schedules and personnel with backup or standby crew in order to assist whenever there are delays across domestic flights. The plane was late to arrive at the gate and we were also told that while the pilot was ready to take off, we couldn't leave because we were waiting for a flight attendant to land from Pittsburgh (we were in La Guardia airport in NYC). delta would rather I convenience the flyer instead of hiring more personnel or figuring out standby or backup plans for delayed flights."

When I said to my friend as she was running toward the gate that we didn't hear the announcements. The gate agent told me I was the only one because all the other passengers did. I told him that wasn't true. He would not look at me and repeated to go down the jet way or I would miss the flight. Meanwhile more passengers were running for the gate. The message board message displayed "preboarding". I was sitting in the gate area for 40 minutes."
Cons: "We had confirmed reservations to go visit my daughter and son in law in Nashville. We had purchased tickets to see a concert in Nashville. We missed the concert and a full day of planned activities. We were bumped off the flight although we had confirmed reservations. So we decided to drive and incurred hotel charges. We will be driving back home and will incur hotel charges on the way home. We had to pay for gas and wear and tear on our car. This has been an awful experience."

Pros: "The associate at the desk confused my flight for the next flight. I was given the wrong information and I watched my plane depart from the gate. Upon realizing that employees of that gate had left, and we're not coming back, I had to ask passing personnel about my flight to find that it left already and that I had already been rebooked without being notified. I now had to fly from Houston to Chicago to Nashville. The new flight boarded almost 2 hours later than expected, and upon landing in Chicago, I had already missed my connecting flight to Nashville by 35 minutes apparently. Unacceptable."

Took 45 minutes to get luggage. Never again!! And no free wifi?? $7.99 is ridiculous when most other airlines give it for free."

Pros: "The Flight Attendant who was in the back of the place was awesome and very caring."
Cons: "Someone was sitting in my seats and instead of making him move they made us move and tried splitting up my wife and 6 month old child about 4 rows apart. The air started blowing very hot air about halfway through the flight. Everyone was sweating and it was better to just turn the air off completely then keep it on. They tried taking care of it which helped for 5 minutes and then it started blowing hot again. Also the WiFi would kick you off after about 30 seconds and then make you go through a login that takes like 60 seconds. Needless to say... this was the first time I haven't flown Southwest in years... and with the kind of experience it's no wonder why it won't happen again any time soon."
