9:30 flight finally took odd at 11:30 .... delayed and had to set on the runway. Arrivedabd gad to wait 30 min for gate. Will be in terms mal by 1:30

Sold me headphones that were very poor quality. Couldn’t use them. No snacks provided on a very long flight-all was for sale. Drink was a bit more than half a cup
Flight back was OK but flight to Orlando was not. Travelling with s 94 yr old man in a wheelchair. Everything at Pearson is not conduscent to travel with a handicapped person. Poor layout, poor assistance, non caring people, long distances,, and final straw was air canada started boarding without calling for handicapped first. We had to stop them and then fight our way up the aisle with people all in the way. Terrible, just lousey. 3 and a half hours before flight we arrived and didn't even have a chance to get some lunch before flight. I give Toronto and air Canada the worst possible rating of any airport or airline I've ever dealt with. John O"Hearn
The service is great. The food good. The seats are standard sleeper seats, so also good.
the wine selection was not so good. They could do much better with the wine. It’s not the cost it’s the selection. For the same price range they could have better tasting wine.
Big screen. Full soda cans. Not too cold. Space for legs

Incheon airport transfer has been always bad. Min 1.5h transfer time might be needed unless you are ready to run.
Seat was not comfortable.
Hardly any Indian movies for 15 hours flight. Other flights have more options. Pl aying games was terrible without a handset. Seats are cramped. There was 2 fruits for an Indian vegetarian option and when we asked how come there is no desert they say that is the option which is comes with.
I guess I can't expect much from what seems to be a low budget airline. The food was OK and the movie selection was excellent. I didn't have any issues with boarding or baggage check in. There was a mix of good and bad flight staff. Sadly, the staff in bad moods were servicing me.
PThe bad mood in-flight staff and the uncomfortable seats. During boarding, I asked one of the staff if I can have a window seat because I have motion sickness and aisle seats make me feel ill. She looked at me flustered and said all seats are booked and that I'll be Ok with the aisle seat. On a different CP flight, a different staff was helping a couple switch with other passengers so they can sit next to each other. That would have been nice if they did that for me when I asked for a window seat.

Cabin crew was wonderful and very attentive. Smooth flight with good food. 787 Dreamliner for a long haul 13 hour flight. First airline where I see the cabin crew clean the lavatories mid-flight! Overall a great experience.Would fly again.

Barely had enough time to transfer between flights. Transfer process in Guangzhou is cumbersome and time consuming.
The movies weren't working. They served one glass of wine. The stewardesses didn't seem to be interested in any issues.
Transfer was handed well between domestic and international terminals, but not a moment to spare. Cabin crew was attentive and highly professional. The announcements were handled well. Will fly them again!
In Guangzhou there was just enough time to transfer between flights. If there had been a delay, I would have easily missed the connection. The connections at Guangzhou involve multiple gyrations of shuttles between terminals and immigrations, etc. There was an opportunity to upgrade the cabin while boarding, but was not well announced or implemented. I would have welcomed the chance to upgrade.
