I had pre checked in but when I got to the gate (on time for the flight but late in the boarding process) they didn't make an announcement for last calls or for any checked in passengers so I missed my flight. They were changing over the signs for the next flight, so it still read my destination, but the time was an hour later so I thought it had been delayed.

the beginning price - maybe?

I got to the airport in Dallas 2 hours before my 6:55 flight, and at that very moment, received a text that the flight was delayed 3 hours. At that time, there was NO ONE at the Frontier check in to explain what was going on. I understand there was excessive wind in Denver, but there should have at least been a Frontier representative at the gate in Dallas. On my way home, again the flight was delayed by an hour because of something on a previous leg. Because of this, I am going to go with any other airline first. I think Frontier should either co-op with other airlines to get people to their destinations on time or have more planes.......or AT LEAST have someone at the gate to offer next day service or a voucher or a free snack or something. I also do not like the whole A LA CARTE theme with this airline and Spirit Air. I do not like that I was going to be charged for a coffee or a coke. The whole thing is too confusing, and I am going to pay more for an American, United or Southwest flight next time.

This flight-my return flight left on time. My flight to Denver was delayed 2 hrs. No one at the desk said anything until it was time to board, then they let us know of the 2 hr delay. Disorganized!

Disorganized and nickle & dimed ! Carry on's cost, drinks in flight cost, can't select seats until you check in.....as a whole-not customer friendly. Won't fly Frontier again.

The seats do not recline & they are very small so it was hard to be comfortable. My daughter found it hard to rest. The extra bag fees were a surprise and the fact that we landed an hour late because there was bad weather but we weren't told that we would be late until we were about to land and by then our ride had been waiting an hour and there was no way to notify them. I will not fly Frontier again unless I absolutely have to.

Flight was late with no notice on why, first flight was delayed too for a crew member that was an hour late, boarding took a while and they gave us zero info on why since weather was fine. Also, online it gave no updates so people that picked us up had to wait with no info.

I accidentally left my cell phone in a bin at security before my flight. I went to my gate and explained my situation. The staff at Spirit made a couple of phone calls, and directed me how to get back to security without having to go through security again. I made it back to my gate in plenty of time to board my flight. What a relief! Thank you guys!

Dear United Airlines, It is my dearest wish that reading the following inflicts upon you at least a fraction of the stress, frustration, and pain that I have been through traveling with you today- you absolutely abhorrent excuse for a company. Due to your incomparable incompetence my arrival was inexcusably delayed almost 12 hours. An account follows: For a company who's customer service is already hanging by a very thin thread you would think that you would be doing everything to make your flights as smooth and pleasant as possible. Shall I elaborate on the utter frustration and boredom of being trapped in the San Francisco airport facing not one, not two, but what became SEVEN delays? Delays that have been caused by runway maintenance- a condition which someone in your company would have known about well before I got to the airport and that you simply did not plan for. A almost FOUR HOUR delay that could have been easily avoided if you just had things together and scheduled your planes around the affected runways. And let's not forget the additional delay caused when your flight crew simply couldn't be found to come to the gate so we could start getting underway! But no, I think the absolutely outstanding quintessential experience that defines flying with United airlines is this: After the above delays myself and my fellow passengers were finally able to board our flight- only to be told by the captain that there would be another brief delay while we waited for ANOTHER crew member because one of the pilots was near the end of their union hours. We sit on the plane stuck for another 20 minuets or so, only to be told they can't find anyone, and can we please get off the plane because our WHOLE FLIGHT is CANCELED. The kiosk I get to try and fix this is uncrowded but understaffed and run by clearly undertrained employees. The ones I'm dealing with keep having to ask each other for help, and give advice/plans that contradict one another. One of theme even takes what seems to be a personal call while 'assisting' me. When I finally get ahold of a supervisor I have to plead to get the next flight out of this godforsaken place, which I am reluctantly given as its with one of your competitors. Talking with other customer and airport staff is sounds very much like you are delaying/canceling flights for your own personal gain or at least not correcting flights around the situation to squeeze more money from the situation) it becomes quite clear that you are not only still incapable of accepting any real measure of accountability but entirely disgracefully unorganized.  Almost 12 hours later I do finally make it home- thanks to American Airlines.  Only to have the utter displeasure of one last interaction with United wherein when I pick up my bag your employees insist that I was delayed due to the weather and it wasn't your fault. It was entirely absolutely your fault.

By the time I paid for my carry on roller suitcase and my purse, any cost savings to be had from Spirit were negated. On departure, the gate changed well over an hour before boarding - a fact that I only knew because I happened to catch a single audio announcement in the airport, since Spirit's site and Google's flight tracking both showed the old gate until takeoff. When I boarded I was stunned at the (lack of) quality of the seating inside - hard plastic bus terminal chairs lined in rows sported bungee cords with safety pamphlets jammed into them on their backs in lieu of seat back pockets. Naturally no reclining. We taxied for ~25m on departure and arrival, though it only makes sense that a barebones airline would settle for suboptimal runway assignment to save a buck. Just something to keep in mind in relation to total travel time. A look at the drink menu reveals surprises even for a seasoned barfly - what's this vodka I've somehow never even heard of before? How about one of those awful premixed cocktails in a cool sphere package that you see in a bin by the checkout at a cheap liquor store? If you have no bags (seriously zero bags, no purse/tote/bindle) and the $50 you save is worth it in lost time and comfort to you, go for it. Otherwise for goodness sakes just book Southwest and wind up paying less/the same to fly on a big kid airplane.

I weigh about 165 and I fit comfortably in the center seat, however when a sweating, panting 300 pound lady sits down next to me spreads her legs out and and I have to lean forward for the entire trip because of her back fat, I seriously don't think I received the full seat for which I paid. Additionally, she was at the window seat in an emergency exit and the fact she could barely hoist herself down the aisle without getting winded calls the questions; could she actually lift the 40 pound door if needed? And could she actually negotiate herself out the door in the 90 seconds required by the airline for evacuation? I am certain the answer is no. There must be provisions that preclude an unusually large person from purchasing only one seat when clearly she needed both hers and mine, and keeping them from siting in the exit seat. There's a safety issue at hand here. Oh, and thanks, Spirit, for robbing me of $50 each way for a small carry on.

It was HORRIBLE. They had to book us on another flight to Houston and then to Dallas because there were no more direct flights. We arrived at the check in counter at 10 AM. Flight left at 10:40. We were only 5 minutes late for the cutoff after a 15 hour flight with delays that were NOT our fault but were the fault of the airline itself. Our seats were terrible going back and they did not even offer us any kind of voucher to help with the added time and stress of having to wait for another flight and take an extra one.

I do not feel I willl fly Frontier again. The crew was nice and flight fine. However, the way you nickel time your passengers is beyond awful. How unfriendly can you be!
