Pros: Seating lacked the ability to recline in any way. There were no snacks or drinks whatsoever

Cons: The seats could recline. On a top tier airline I expect comfortable seating that declines for the price

Pros: Our seats were assigned at the gate. Somehow we were given the comfort + seats. Very nice! Thank you!

Cons: old aircraft with outdated and worn 'cradle' seats that are hard to find these days. Unlike claimed it is not a flatbed type.

Pros: Same as the first flight. Korean flight attendants were very courteous and helpful. Foods ok. We couldn’t afford first or prestige class so we have to trade in our comfort in economy.

Cons: Flight wasn’t as long but if you add up the lay over time, it end up being long.

Cons: The seats on the plane had ample leg room, even in economy. The service was excellent. The staff was very polite and efficient. All of this made for a pleasant experience even for the long trip. Thank you Korean Airlines. I would recommend you to all traveling overseas.

Pros: Having a single restroom in the economy plus section had folks climbing over each other, especially the bulkhead seats, all of the flight. Even the flight attendants had to climb over the bulkhead folks feet.

Cons: The second security check before boarding had people jumping from their seat section to be checked, as the security staff weren't concerned about people's seating priority. It also seemed a couple of economy plus ladies sat in business class.

Cons: It’s front row business class. First of CX needs to be upgraded like the 777-300R, full recline , 4 seats in one row instead of 7. Specifically seat 12c front rower, when the foot rest comes up, there is no room for your feet, if you have long legs. Very uncomfortable for an expensive ticket

Pros: I like the way Cathay has changed the process for selecting and serving dinner in business class. It adds a bit of class to the experience.

Cons: The flight was 9 hours and they didn't provide any meals. That's ridiculous. When I fly with any other airline for over 7 hours I've always gotten 1 meal, if not 2. The food for purchase however, was very good. But they should not expect you to pay.

Pros: I really enjoy this airline. The flight was good with good entertainment system. I like the provided pillow and blanket and they make sure the cabin is dark and quiet for sleeping. Food is decent with generous amounts and snacks always available to go and grab.

Cons: I was fairly squished on this flight at 6'2" with my knees almost touching the seat in front of me. I had more space on another Cathay flight and I think I had a seat in the same class. I took off my shoes and that helped me get a little more room to spread my feet/legs out to get comfortable.

Pros: My cabin bag got lost and theres no way to track it. Complete outrageous.

Cons: I don't think I will use Kayak again. You farmed out my booking to Voyama which spelled my name wrong. They refused to reissue my ticket with the correct spelling so I had to sweat out getting on board the airlines and now I have to sweat it out today because they again refused to reissue the ticket

Pros: Good selection of movies and excellent inflight entertainment overall. Service was excellent.

Pros: I liked that we were able to use the go go entertainment from the headrest. Lots of things to choose from to watch

Pros: Very friendly cabin crew; excellent service with a smile. Food was good considering, and Magnum ice cream bar a delightful treat. Cabin crew paid good attention to benefits of hydration and served water continuously. Seats and leg room were comfortable considering economy and no extra cost.

Cons: Plane was not as clean as it should be--plastic utensil on floor, seat rails not vacuumed--however, still rate overall comfort as excellent.

First class was not as good as economy on other airlines. I have no idea why anyone would select United on purpose. I know I will not pick them again...

Pros: They were so courteous, polite, nice, very helpful and accommodating. Always have smiles on their faces and they’re not fake smiles, they’re genuine. They made me feel comfortable even in a small, tight seats.

Cons: Oh boy, the length of travel time. This trip was a spontaneous and a last minute decision. So as you can see, I couldn’t get a cheaper direct flight. End up with a stop over in S. Korea.

Cons: Very narrow seats with very very limited leg room. I’m only 5’4” tall and had no leg room. My sister is 5’11” and had leg cramps from the 4.5 hour flight because of the lack of leg room. Probably time to replace this plane.

Cons: Hi. I want you to pay me back half of my air tickets that I paid+ my expenses that I spent. I bought from you air tickets with Scoot airlines from H.K to Singapore on 30 December and back to H.K on the 3 January. when I came to the H.K airport to check in with scoot airlines they said to me that I can't go to Singapore because my passport expired on 2 of June and it's less than 6 months if I want to go to Singapore I need to have in my passport more than 6months. sow in the end I lost the ticket to Singapore and not only this I went back to H.K I toke a room in the hotel 150$ and the day after I went to the embassy of Israel to extend my passport and I bought a new air tickets with Cathay Pacific 350$ to go to Singapore. its mean that I lost my ticket +500$ .and all this because you never informed me that my passport needs to be valid more than 6 months . you can see also in your letter its written there that my passport need to be valid there is not any thing about 6 months. if you was telling me that before I could change my passport. sow pleas I insist that you will pay me back half on my ticket that I lost + my expenses 500$. if I will not get it back my story will be all over in the internet about you I suffered a lot

Cons: The meal is awful. Not enough meal options. No menu handed out to the passengers. There are only two meals for 11 hours flight.
