It is usually very pleasant. Good service for the price, international flights are even better

New high end luggage ruined/zippers broken, items missing. All happened on return flight from msp to mso. Do better! Not store bought luggage but high end personalized ogio custom embroidered luggage. Total slap in the face ontop of an extra luggage fee that took me 3 hrs on chat to resolve.

Third flight in two months where the crew was not there. Comfort seating does not guarantee overhead bin space. Passengers with children are allowed on the plane first - if you are flying to and from Orlando, this means half the plane has boarded before you get on. And somehow all the bin space is taken up. 3 out of 5 flights have had issues with equipment or procedure. Some of these instances caused the flight to be delayed because of a "nuisance" light. One time it was a bag that had been brought on board but did not belong to anyone so we had to return to the gate. Last night we were told the "AC" on the plane doesn't work well and we're 10th for take off- because the crew was late - and that it will get cool when we're in the air. Not sure if this is usual, but I didn't think flight crew could jump seat in first class. Movie and TV selection has not been refreshed for several months- flying one to two round trips each month easily exhausts the list of content.

Definitely a southern flavor. Cordiality was evident even though no drinks or snacks were served.

I've been flying American mostly, and it's been very frustrating. This united flight makes me realize maybe the issue isn't flying, but the airline. United was a significantly better experience. The plane was more comfortable, with a normal amount of leg room (vs the ridiculous reductions AA has made), more comfortable seats, screens to watch movies. It was a much better experience!

my husband's monitor did not work. there was a visibly ill family in my husband's row.

There was a two hour delay because of incompetence in scheduling fuel truck. Further, upon arrival in Roanoke, hand baggage was sent to baggage claim. We carry hand baggage because it contains valuable or sensitive materials that we do not want going through the baggage system. This is very poor and United needs to perform better.

Overall, everything was fine—the service, the food, and the entertainment—but the boarding process in Lisbon was a total mess. I’m not sure I’d fly with TAP again. It’s absurd to have to pay for good seats at the front of the plane only to board last; the overhead bins above your seat are likely already full thanks to passengers who boarded earlier—even though they might be seated at the back of the plane. I will think very carefully before flying with TAP Portugal again; it seems to me that they need to review their boarding process. Boarding was delayed by one hour because cleaning and catering crews did not board the plane in time. Take off was delayed for another 40 minutes because of "rush hour scheduling". Vague descriptiion. My in-flight entertainment system was stuck initializing. The flight attendant indicated that they could not reset it without resetting everyone's system. Overall, a miserable experience.

Better leg room than expected in economy. Nice crew. Adequate bathrooms. Seat cushions a little thin, but recline well and have adjustable headrests. Best value. Liked having nonstop from ORD to Lisbon.

The crew was very nice. The food was good. The entertainment on the way back to Miami wasn’t as good as the flight over. I wanted to watch Wicked but on the way over from Miami to Lisbon but the screen didn’t work. On the way from Lisbon to Miami Wicked wasn’t an option. I wish to bring to your attention an incident involving a flight attendant that occurred on my recent journey. The attendant displayed a lack of courtesy, which was concerning. For instance, after accidentally spilling water on a passenger, the attendant dismissed the situation rather than offering a proper apology. Additionally, when I handed over my trash, the attendant reacted negatively because I placed a paper cup on the tray, she told me this doesn't go here and threw it back on my table. It was apparent that she was experiencing a challenging day, which unfortunately impacted the service provided to myself and other passengers. While I understand that everyone can have an off day, it is essential for customer-facing staff to seek support to manage personal stress without it affecting their professional responsibilities.

TAP Air makes you take a bus on arrival or departure, making it difficult for passengers to make connections.

I needed to add "Special Request" meal for myself and my trveling companion,and I ended up having to call their Customer Service. It took a while to get through but eventually I connected with a very proffessional and nice representative who took my request. In the middle of the conversation we were disconnected , as I was trying to all back, the TAP representative actually called me back and confirmed the special request for meals....he called me back from Portugal ! I was absolutely amazed,because that does not happen here in the USA. Perhaps some of the other airlines can learn from TAP's Customer Service. TAP's website at times can be difficult ,such as adding my TSA number. Ended up having it added at the TAP desk at the airport.

Movie selection was nice and chicken with rice dinner was good. I did not like the pizza thing they served for breakfast/lunch. It was like a hot pocket but mostly bread. A small sandwich or cheese and cracker snack and fruit etc would have been much better. Also they did not announce trash pick up so a lot of trash was left by everyone when departing.

The food on this flight was better than what we had getting to Rome. The flight was comfortable and the staff was great. One of the staff members was a stickler about the blankets in the aisle, which I get, but still. Overall, great flight and will fly with them again!

How about changing the personal out to more friendly human beings? This team was pretty arrogant. No fun!!

Booked seats (paid extra) online and found they didn’t exist on the flight. We were then separated from the rest of our party. Given seats in the very back of the plane. We will not fly Discover or Lufthansa again. We will not book flights or travel through Kayak again!

Bought a seat in a flight that got changed out so ended up paying for a seat I would have had if I hadn't paid.

I paid for extra legroom which made the long flight very comfortable. Food was very tasty, they fed us 2 meals plus a cookie snack and extra liquids. Checked luggage is expensive.
