The crew and the plan and the service were all top notch. However, their new policy as of 1/1/2018 in which they even charge for coffee and water seems very misplaced and excessive.

Their new policy as of 1/1/2018 in which they even charge for coffee and water on short flights (Madrid to London in this case) seems excessive, even in this day of ala carte flying. :-(

I have to rate British Airways as a 10 out of 10 in almost all categories...comfort of the plane, food and service, boarding, notifications, crew, etc. In particular, the long haul flight from London to Seattle everything was truly top notch!

Their baggage handlers damaged several parts on my checked-in luggage...three zipper pulls and one clasp. What are they doing with the bags? How can they damage so many things in one fell swoop? This is a good quality Atlantic suitcase. Also, on the short flights, in this case Madrid to London, they are now charging for EVERYTHING...even water and coffee. They said it was a new policy as of 1/1/2018.

We had five pieces of luggage lost during our flight from the U.S. to Spain. When we arrived in Madrid we were told that all five pieces had been located. When we went to pick them up the next day there were only four pieces at the airport. We were told the fifth suitcase would be delivered when it was located. It's ten days later and there's no sign of the luggage. It has taken multiple phone calls to get the information about the luggage correct. They assure me that they have everything correctly documented and then when I call back they haven't changed a thing. It has been a very frustrating process overall.

We booked american because it was a direct flight. No explanation was given for the switch. Then we almost missed our connection because we sat on the tarmak in Barcelona for an hour. Again no explanation . Very stressful and irritating.

Having the flight switched from a direct to transferring in Madrid.

We left two hours after scheduled departure bc 1) the plane was late from prior flight and had to be cleaned, 2) engine check delayed the flight, 3) strong winds forced the airport (JFK) to use only one runway for departures and so on top of our plane delays we were delayed an extra half hour bc of airplane traffic. No entertainment onboard, meaning no screen on back of seat in front for movies, tv shows, etc. Food options were poor, especially breakfast (too much sugar content in all contents of “continental breakfast” pack.

The plane doesn't have a entertainement system for each one, instead it was a tiny screen on teh top of some seats. Food is average

The aircraft was new, Boeing 787 Dreamliner. Was quite roomy. The toilets felt more spacious and not cramped like on other aircraft. Crew were friendly enough.

The entertainment system kept on rebooting and didn't work for a portion of the flight. Apart from that, very impressed with Air Europa!

Service with a smile. As our flight was redirected to Ostend, the signage was clearly marked to get to the transfer bus to Brussels and the water that was given to passengers before boarding the bus was a nice and welcome touch.

It was not clear in Dalaman Airport why they were shouting "Izmir" as if they were looking for passengers to Izmir, and it appeared as though boarding was to a flight to Izmir, yet we were all travelling to Ostend. Strange! I thought I was at the wrong gate as I couldn't see a sign indicating Ostend at the boarding area. When I asked if the plane went to Ostend they said yes and took my ticket--but this was never announced.

I've flown hundreds of flights, and this was my first time with Justairfly (TUI), and it will be my last. In Brussels there was a mechanical failure and the flight was delayed. The problem was that it was delayed 14+ hours. Now sometimes things happen, I understand that, but how you handle those situations is something else. Jetsirfly handled this very very poorly, with complete disregard to its passengers. They would require us to return to the gate almost every 2 hours for the next 14 hours. Then when 200+ people return to the gate Jetairfy and their representatives would not be there. They violated many EU statutes regarding passengers rights. And when this was brought to their attention, they would become hostile, and violate more! For instance, by law, when the delay is five hours or longer, passengers may opt for reimbursement of the full cost of the ticket together with, when relevant, a return flight to the first point of departure. I specifically requested reimbursement and to be returned to my point of origin, and was flat out denied for Jetairfly! By law, if a flight is delayed by four hours or more and the final destination is over 1500 kilometers, the passengers are required to compensation. Not only did they not compensate us, they failed to notify us, as required by law, of this compensation. In general, they did an extremely poor job of handling the situation and myself, and 100+ other passengers have reported them to the authorities. I'll never fly or use Jetairfly or TUI again. And I suggest you avoid this. Airline at all costs.

The flight crew was very courteous, professional, and attentive. The prepared meals were tasty, nutritious and filling. Also, the selection of free in-flight entertainment (mostly the movies, and tv shows) were satisfiying. They were even able to shorten the flight time by 1-1/2 hours. I would probably fly with them again if their prices remain reasonably low.

The only issue have with being on an 8 hour flight is being confined to about .5 meter of space. I couldn't move my elbows for the most part.

When our flight was delayed in Denver the agent at the check in gate worked very hard to get our flight plans changed with as little impact as possible.

We understand that delays happen but due to a delay on American Airlines we have lost our luggage and it doesn't seem likely it will be returned. excellent crew and support staff, very helpful. last minute ticket price was exceptional. Food was actually better than the major carriers.

personal video was the only thing that wasn't up to par in comparison to the bigger airlines. But what I paid for the ticket, I'm not going to complain.

The entertainment center requires you to download an app before departure but nobody tells you to do so until you're onboard and might not have access to the Internet. Then it requires an update that never gets installed... It's over all too complicated. Dinner wasn't very generous.

Boarding was easy, flight attendants very accommodating. Pilots made up flight time and arrived early, in spite of late departure.

Leg room! Seems American has less space between seats and seemingly narrower seats than other airlines.

Smooth takeoff and landing. The seats were comfortable for a 3 hour flight.

Stuffy on the plane. This might not be the airline’s problem but it was hot and the air vent didn’t cool me down.

The plane doesn't have a entertainement system for each one, instead it was a tiny screen on teh top of some seats. Food is average

warm and you can't adjust personal vents the internet and on flight entertainment kept going offline. the monitors were reset 3 times and nothing got better.

The aircraft was comfortable and the crew was nice, generally speaking.

The entertainment center requires you to download an app before departure but nobody tells you to do so until you're onboard and might not have access to the Internet. Then it requires an update that never gets installed... It's over all too complicated. Dinner wasn't very generous.

Air Europa's fare was cheap, but not as cheap as Latam but I was traveling with a friend who had already bought his ticket. The 5 hr flight from Tel Aviv to Madrid was in a super aircraft. Extremely comfortable flight.

The flight to São Paulo was in an older aircraft, more cramped and no personal entertainment consuls. All in all the flight was fine being an overnight flight, but I would have expected the better aircraft on the long haul flight and the less comfortable aircraft on the short haul. Still good value for money and I'm would definitely fly Air Europa again!
