Nice brand new plane for a short hop flight!
Seatback unit very difficult to make work.
The check-in boarding counter only had 1 employee, the flight was running 20mins late.
Delayed departure. Made me have to pay more for parking and had to call out of work.
Flight was overbooked and we didn’t leave on time.
Appears to have been delayed to wait for other crews to get to Miami, its tough now but schedules missed count
Anyone that purchased a Delta 1st Class seat should have access to the Delta Sky Club. My wife and I purchased 1st Class tickets for a Delta flight from SeaTac to Washington Dulles but were denied entrance to the SeaTac Delta Sky Club because we did have an American Express card.

While Delta re-booked me on United, my flight arrived 3 hours later than scheduled (so transportation plans had to change), my bag did not successfully move from the Delta flight to the United flight (and was thus delayed in getting to GRU) AND once the bag was received, 4 shirts had been stolen. While a delay/theft claim has been filed with United, this could all have been avoided if the Delta flights had been on time."

The technology in the flight was old, we were not able to see where our flight was in it travel path."

The flight to Panama City was a significantly more enjoyable experience, but the return trip was absolutely miserable. After being boarded, we waited on the runway with no explanation for over a half hour. Then the flight staff came through with a very mediocre dinner and drink; however, they never came back for anything else until the customs form, and any attempts to flag them down were fruitless. When I finally got their attention, I requested water, and never received it. It was an incredibly frustrating and thirsty experience."

She made us test them in the size device and said they were too big, even though they could easy be pushed into the space, and regardless of the fact that we just flew on an American Airlines flight with them as carry-on and were only on a layover with them! Regarding the previous AA agent who let them be carry-on, she said "shame on them." Complete opposite of the positive experience we had with her counterpart in Phoenix. ಠ_ಠ"

Not only did we not receive hotel vouchers but we were denied access to our rescheduled flight the next day and forced to rent a car to get us from DC to Massachusetts in time for our event. This "misunderstanding" cost us 2 days of our trip and an additional $500 all together. I have never been more disappointed by an airline in all my years of travel! If we'd been told the truth from the beginning we would of rescheduled the flight for the following day from our original destination and saved ourselves 2 headaches and a ton of money."

4 of us split across the row with people in between us. Narrow body trans-continental flights just aren't economy class friendly. It was hot, cramped and long.
British Airways does not even operate out of Nairobi anymore. I was forced to but an additional ticket with another airline just to arrive home. Terrible!

What I gathered was that the computer was not very cooperative. The ticket agents were incredibly helpful during this process."

I think what happened was that while the ticket agents were able to rebook my cancelled London to Milan flight, my seat reservation on the Seattle to London leg got lost somehow. I suppose another passenger may have grabbed my seat during that rebooking process. I noticed the changed seat assignment only after I left the ticketing counter. I was able to get a different exit row seat (but with less leg room) assigned to me by inquiring with the agent at the gate."

Cons: "I am emerald on one world. In the departure flight I was not able ot reserve an aisle seat during online checkin ( need to get up on flights quite a bit for health reasons). I had been assigned a window although aisles, my preference, were available. I sought to change seats from window to aisle and would have been charged USD $18 (on a flight within europe - why dollars?). The BA staff said the website would be fine on the return journey - but it was not. I arrnved at teh airport (not having checked in as I didn't want a window) and the BA staff person in 46 at 6:45pm simply said that's impossible to change anything - no apology; she seemed rather irritated to be asked. I then went to security and the machine for priority queue did not permit me to enter - it said 'invalid ticket'. Then the flight was significantly delayed. So all in all not a great day."

Leaking air conditioning vent above my seat. Food was mediocre. Snack before arrival is clearly cost saving, sandwiches have been replaced with a biscuit."

Cons: "Since 1st flight was extremely delayed due to stupidity of staff unable to get head count of passengers, the BA system rebooked my 2nd flight which should hve not happened because I made it to my original flight prior to gate closing AND that flight was delayed anyways so I made it in plenty of time to make it yet my seat was taken from me and then boarding started. And I have to state WHY this BA flight was delayed - because they "had problem getting the catering on board" thus missed runway time. Anyways, since I was rebooked I went to my new gate, waited many hours to hve another issue, where they couldnt find my new seat in system and changed, and again flight was delayed this time due to having a flat tire... Common BA, seems your quality dropped 99%."

Stretching over me to pass food etc to passenger sitting facing other direction, and literally millimetres from my face, without any politeness having to do it. Configuration gives no privacy as you look at the passenger next to you. Functions of chair did not work. Pillow was thinner Than a piece of paper. Crew showed no concern."
Pros: "We did land OK but JFK was snowed in and this probably caused the many problems we encountered. Iq always have bad luck flying in and out of that airport so I don't completely hold BA accountable. Staff we polite and efficient."
Cons: "We were stuck in the plane for an hour and a half after landing at JFK. On the ground they ran the engines so loudly my husband got a terrible headache. We mentioned the noise problem but were ignored. Once allowed to debark we were crammed into a long cold hall and waited another 1/2 hour before moving towards immigration clearance. To top it off the baggage conveyer system was broken and we waited another 45 minutes before they shut the building down. So we left with no luggage exhausted. One piece of luggage was left back in London. Not pleasant at all. We did get our luggage returned 3 days later. That was good."

I got no email or text massage for three hours delay
Buying a ticket and checking in does not guarantee you a seat. They allow you to check in early, but the no extra cost seat selection must be done within 24 hours of the flight. Otherwise, they put you on standby. They also put the details of this "in the fine print" according to the agent at the gate. When I checked in yesterday, the app said that seat selection was unavailable UNLESS you wanted to pay extra 🤬. Yeah, maybe make this automatic standby BS more visible to customers.
United Airlines are very unprofessional, I almost missed my connecting flight because of their poor planning .While coming back my flight got delayed by 11 hours with no compensation from the airlines. They have no food available on board.
Both flights were delayed in taking off. The flight to Montreal was delayed by several hours. We also sat on the runway for quite a while for both flights.
Be on time is very important. Our boarding time was 1 hour delayed . The snacks are always the same.
Took too long to exit plane
I don't like things about that trip my Trip was only 1:28 minute but my flight came to Dulles around 7:00 in the evening no help at the Chicago airport I had to walk walk

Someone drove to Dulles from Va Beach with my car keys -- i was called sunday nite that bag arrived.and would be fedex'd 2-day which put arrival at Wed 8/17/16. Still not here on 8/20/16. Sad and disappointed at how botched the return trip was."

From there I rented a car and got home at 3 a.m. instead of 9:45 p.m., about when we would have gotten home on the original flight. If we had waited for the next available flight to the DC area, it would have arrived some time after 2:48 p.m. the day after we were supposed to arrive. I know this because I was told this was the fastest route to DC--before the same Air Canada agent then told me that it was no longer available. A dreadful experience."

Cons: "After 12-hour flight from Tokyo, found flight to Dulles cancelled, with no adequate passenger assistance. Few staff to deal with issues and no familiarity with DC airports, IT support for the few staff available was poor. At re-booked flight gate, the area service desk unattended for an hour; finally found a helpful ground crew who said they are on break and got staff to service the desk, albeit grudgingly. Several flights delayed, in the horrible Gates F-84-99 area; confusion reigned supreme. Staff needs to understand that Dulles is way west of DC and BWI is way NE, so getting re-routed from Dulles to BWI is MAJOR change in ground transportation options and distances. Also need to update IT programming so staff can use it easily without long waits and calls for help. and some air conditioning in the F 84-90 gates area would be nice. Horrible situation--not enough seating, only service in whole area is one bagel shop."
