Boarded from a very small gate at LAX. Staff at gate had us line up, then waited 25 minutes to board without a word of explanation. Plane arrived on time then waited 20 minutes for a plane to vacate our gate. Majority of bags arrived after 15 minutes but it took an hour for a small number of remaining bags to be off-loaded despite my “priority” bag tag.
Not being stranded in Chicago for her airport to 11:30 tomorrow morning the 3rd
Everything was great. Only thing that could’ve made it better was buy on board options for hot food, but the snacks were decent. The flight attendants were great. I had no complaints. I was able to make it to my destination safely
David went above and beyond to make our flight the best that it could be
The crew and flight was amazing. I haven't flown United in years but plan to switch to you being my main airline
Our flight was delayed three times. It took us 17 hours to get home.
If the flight is delayed, get the delay timing right and don’t have people standing in line ready to board for almost 2 hours because you keep pushing it back. Also, don’t have your flight crew say they are sorry when they clearly don’t care, make no efforts to speed up anything and then turn around and are rude to customers when they don’t “move fast enough” to put up tray tables and seat backs.
Wouldn’t let me check in said couldn’t find a ticket had to wait very long Time
Seat cushions were worn down and it hurts as I seated under 5 hours of the plane ride.
I wish I had another choice. Domestic flight in the USA is atrocious.
The flight from Milwaukee to Dallas was great the staff absolutely amazing. After that EVERYTHING WENT DOWN HILL!!! ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE!!! WILL NOT FLY THIS AIRLINE AGAIN
Nothing, I wont be flying American Airlines again and will not be recommending anyone to fly American Airlines. It was the worst experience flying I've ever had.
Boarding was awful - no order, people cutting in line, completely chaotic Planes are very old and uncomfortable. Noticeable difference between Delta and United on same route.
It’s was ok just I missed the crew member passing offers water or juice during the flight not just when offer the dinner or breakfast.
My luggage never made it, I booked business class only to find out I’m sitting in the back. Very disappointed with the reservation
American Airlines changed are gate no fewer than four times. Walking back and forth from one concourse to another was exhausting, especially after all the flight delays.
The flight changed gates multiple times and flight had to be delayed multiple times
I like that the crew kept us informed but we moved back and forth from gate to gate before the aircraft arrived.
Boarding was very smooth and arriving in Miami it was fast getting off the plane
Boarding went fine, the plane was clean, and the crew was very friendly. Seats were a bit cramped, but that seems to be typical on all airlines anymore. Cookies and pretzels were offered as were beverages - the usual. I’d fly American again.
