Legroom was decent, but the seat comfort was horrible; I believe the seat cushions have lost their cushion. I was uncomfortable and had back pain throughout the nearly five-hour flight. WiFi did not work despite my attempts to get it up and running. This was very frustrating as passengers all around me were streaming football games, movies, and accessing email and text messages. One flight attendant suggested it was my seat, but that makes no sense, given WiFi doesn't work that way. On another note, I rarely have a good experience with aainflight.com.

This aircraft was much better than the one we took two weeks ago to Edinburgh. The legroom was fantastic (two rows in front of our seats on the last trip), the seats were more comfortable, and the overall experience was improved. The movie selections are awful, unless one likes violence, intense contention, and sexual content. The so-called family films are limited to animations in spite of the many quality live-action films actually geared towards families. A note to Kayak and the survey engineers engaged to gather meaningful data for future passengers and possibly their clients: in many instances, the data you gather is skewed because you provide no "N/A" options, which forces one to choose an option that is not representative of the experience. I recommend your surveys and questionnaires undergo a serious review and update so that the data you collect is meaningful and represent accurate conditions and responses.

My feedback from the trip to Columbia to Chicago was meant for Chicago to Denver.

The plane was delayed after we boarded - although they sent an email to my work email (which I did not get until later) there was no announcement from the PA about the delay in flight. Fortunately, they made up the time in the air and we landed around the original time.

The staff and flight were great! The inflight enteretaintment did not work from EZE to MIA. They attempted to troubleshoot but exhausted all options.

Flight was delayed, boarded, sat at the gate for more than 30 minutes, left the gate then waited on the pad for another 30 to 60 minutes then returned to the gate, deboarded and was cancelled... alternative flight was not booked automatically. Waited in line for 30 minutes but fortunately an alternate flight to a different destination was found ... no thanks to the travel agent used by kayak

The flight changed gates multiple times and flight had to be delayed multiple times

I like that the crew kept us informed but we moved back and forth from gate to gate before the aircraft arrived.

Boarding was very smooth and arriving in Miami it was fast getting off the plane
