Baggage claim signs were not updated with my flight information, so I had to guess. The app wasn't updated either.

Everything was great. Only thing that could’ve made it better was buy on board options for hot food, but the snacks were decent. The flight attendants were great. I had no complaints. I was able to make it to my destination safely
David went above and beyond to make our flight the best that it could be

Our flight was delayed three times. It took us 17 hours to get home.
If the flight is delayed, get the delay timing right and don’t have people standing in line ready to board for almost 2 hours because you keep pushing it back. Also, don’t have your flight crew say they are sorry when they clearly don’t care, make no efforts to speed up anything and then turn around and are rude to customers when they don’t “move fast enough” to put up tray tables and seat backs.
Wouldn’t let me check in said couldn’t find a ticket had to wait very long Time
Seat cushions were worn down and it hurts as I seated under 5 hours of the plane ride.
I wish I had another choice. Domestic flight in the USA is atrocious.

Didn’t happe- would have missed connection so we rebooked
Both directions of our trip were befuddled by massive delays, one of which led to our connecting flight being grounded mid air due to storms that we’d have missed if we were on time. The other our originating flight was delayed repeatedly until it arrived at our connecting airport later than our final leg was even supposed to have arrived. American cannot seem to manage rebooking s for a family party… both directions we had to come up with a plan to get to Boston stay overnight only one night each direction was covered by the airline -and take a bus to or from our destination. Missed an entire leg of our trip, hotel cancellation fees, expensive stay in Boston and bus ticket expenses are unlikely to be comped and the meal vouchers are worthless.
The flight was delayed 4 hours, and when we finally boarded, they told us that the fuel was only just then checked. So, we waited even longer to take off.
Great. Clean. Seats comfortable. Food was free. Had new release movies.
Flight was delayed, boarded, sat at the gate for more than 30 minutes, left the gate then waited on the pad for another 30 to 60 minutes then returned to the gate, deboarded and was cancelled... alternative flight was not booked automatically. Waited in line for 30 minutes but fortunately an alternate flight to a different destination was found ... no thanks to the travel agent used by kayak
The flight changed gates multiple times and flight had to be delayed multiple times
I like that the crew kept us informed but we moved back and forth from gate to gate before the aircraft arrived.
Boarding was very smooth and arriving in Miami it was fast getting off the plane
Boarding went fine, the plane was clean, and the crew was very friendly. Seats were a bit cramped, but that seems to be typical on all airlines anymore. Cookies and pretzels were offered as were beverages - the usual. I’d fly American again.
