Baggage claim signs were not updated with my flight information, so I had to guess. The app wasn't updated either.

Everything was great. Only thing that could’ve made it better was buy on board options for hot food, but the snacks were decent. The flight attendants were great. I had no complaints. I was able to make it to my destination safely
David went above and beyond to make our flight the best that it could be

Our flight was delayed three times. It took us 17 hours to get home.
If the flight is delayed, get the delay timing right and don’t have people standing in line ready to board for almost 2 hours because you keep pushing it back. Also, don’t have your flight crew say they are sorry when they clearly don’t care, make no efforts to speed up anything and then turn around and are rude to customers when they don’t “move fast enough” to put up tray tables and seat backs.

Seat cushions were worn down and it hurts as I seated under 5 hours of the plane ride.
I wish I had another choice. Domestic flight in the USA is atrocious.
The flight was delayed by about an hour due to a maintenance issue which later then required a change of planes. The crew was great and friendly. The in-flight entertainment did not play properly on Apple Vision Pro in a Safari browser. Although the movie trailers would play fine, the actual movies themselves just had a black screen with audio. There must be something with copy protection or something that isn’t compatible with the Safari browser on Apple Vision Pro. The free inflight Wi-Fi for American Airlines Advantage members is a nice bonus. and is great that they aren’t charging extra for things that have become basic utilities in 2026, like internet access.
DCA-LAX No screen on a 5 hour flight (almost) no food for sale on a 5 hour flight (practically) no wifi coverage or speed on a 5 hour flight I should have gotten my money back, shame on American
Delayed flight led to missed connection which led to new flight with 3 hours of delay so our family of 5 went from a 7pm arrival time to 1am Absolutely terrible yet again.
Flight was good, little delayed because of busy plane traffic

Flight was delayed, boarded, sat at the gate for more than 30 minutes, left the gate then waited on the pad for another 30 to 60 minutes then returned to the gate, deboarded and was cancelled... alternative flight was not booked automatically. Waited in line for 30 minutes but fortunately an alternate flight to a different destination was found ... no thanks to the travel agent used by kayak
The flight changed gates multiple times and flight had to be delayed multiple times
I like that the crew kept us informed but we moved back and forth from gate to gate before the aircraft arrived.
Boarding was very smooth and arriving in Miami it was fast getting off the plane
