They game me a secure seat on an 8 pm flight giving me over 7 hours of waiting time in the airport. I opted to take a shuttle bus the three hours drive over the hill to Redmond Oregon. No bueno :("

The crew is very professional (though they may strange errors describing the terminal in Bethel because many of them have never been there), but this is changing as more and more pilots and crew have lived or do live in Bethel."

It turned into a bit of a cattle call and once inside the cabin of the plane there was much more standing around while people stowed their carry-on bags and settled into their seats. Loading from the back to front was done on the other flights and it was much more organized that way."

We sat in the last row of the 777 which only had 2 seats on either side of the plane rather than the standard 3. The seats still reclined tho not as much as the other rows. Food was free and excellent- so was the entertainment (I watched 4 movies on the 14 hour flight). Crew was great. Alcoholic beverages were also free but we don't drink so it didn't matter."

I was told that we could board another flight leaving in 30 minutes, so i went to that gate, crew was not there and we boarded the plane. We had to de- board and wait for the crew. After the crew showed up, the rest of the flight was pretty standard."

I should not almost miss the flight so the staff can get off the plane to stretch their legs or get a coffee."

I had booked seats for one leg of my flight at time of purchase but not any other legs ... doesn't make sense to me why I would not have done all at the same time unless I couldn't because it was too early? The flight was delayed a total of 5 times for a total delay of about 4 hours. The original scheduled flight was for 6:35 pm and we didn't actually leave the ground until almost 10:30. We kept getting pushed back. I am not certain if it was due to weather (in another area) or required flight crew rest, both of which I would understand. There was no reason posted that I saw. I have a 10 yo son who has Autism and should be in bed no later than 10 pm, preferably 9 pm. I appreciate all that Allegiant does for the military, and therefore, will continue to fly on your airline. I will NOT, however, take any more evening flights as most of the ones I've flown on have either been delayed or altogether cancelled. Again, I truly appreciate your recognition of retired and active duty military. 8/10 is a B and can be improved upon with more clarevoyance and keeping on-time flights."

Please refund my money for the seats that you did not provide me with."

Cons: "The seats on the Allegiant MD-80 don't recline AND the space between one row and the next is EXTREMELY tight. Much tighter than I have seen in an airline in a while."

Pros: "I chose this flight knowing it was gonna be a little cramped and no snacks. But I loved the price, so I booked it. The unexpected bonus was the crew. They were down to earth and funny."

Cons: "My flights were both fine but the flight from Fresno to Las Vegas was such a disaster! They switched planes so the majority of the people did not have a seat because the plane did not have any B seats. It would have been nice if ANYONE had made that announcement before we boarded to avoid confusion. Also, the fees are ridiculous! Your app is not user friendly at all! Who the hell charges for a carry on bag?! Are you kidding me?! The directions on the app made it sound like the $17 charge was for an additional carry on item, not the allowed one carry on item. So, when we went to check in and I was told I would have to pay $50 for my mother's carry on, it was livid! Also, are you serious with the $5 fee to print a boarding pass? I will NEVER fly with Allegiant Air again. That is absolutely unacceptable. I will say that the staff was pleasant but the airline is inept and inefficient. The reason I will never fly this airline again because of what a rip off the fees are. Allegiant Air, you should be ashamed of yourself."

Cons: "Rental car I paid for on Allegiant website didn't include $50 in airport and sales taxes making it look like the Allegiant rentals were about the same as renting directly from rental car companies. Problem is that Allegiant didn't include taxes in the quote or amount I paid online. Surprise when I got to my destination and was told it would be $50 more. Alamo agent said I wasn't the first person to have that problem. Then on return my bag was damaged and was told I could place a claim at the ticket counter. It would have been helpful to have an agent there or a way to contact an agent. No such luck. After bag charges, poor service and hidden fees Allegiant isn't really a great deal."

Flight price was hundreds of dollars cheaper and the only airline which offered non-stop service from nyc to Knoxville, TN."
