The food was terrible, worse that what you get with UA, an already one of the lowest standards to beat. How cheap one could be, providing that kind of junk food in first class. Unbelievable! The seats were not very comfortable either. And there were no screens either, not that I cared much but for you to know.
Easy check-in. Good customer service. Had to check carry-on due to lack of overhead space. Wish the airplane was configured with more overhead area so this doesn't usually happen.
Great flights, little turbulence, pilots kept stewardesses seated & safe, all staff friendly & professional
There is no entertainment on the plane. The snack is minimal. The crew was nice and professional.

The aircraft was extremely warm the entire flight. After we landed we were stuck on the plane for another 45 minutes without a gate to deboard from. The smell of exhaust from the engines in the cabin along with the heat inside the cabin made the flight uncomfortable.
in-flight wifi was not working well. also the cabin temperature was a bit hot.
Morbidly obese dude took half my seat. Sore shoulders back from being squeezed. Shame on the airline for not making this guy purchase two seats
Flight was cancelled last minute, had to change and buy another ticket to united airlines, made it 10 minutes late to my international flight and couldn’t get any reimbursement what so ever due to “Weather”, yet all other airlines except south west were running Just fine. Every single time I fly Alaska, it’s a huge delay or cancellation. My hope is that more people avoid this airlines all together until they actually improve.
Nice crew, healthy snacks and drinks available. Flight to Seattle was short and comfortable.
The flight went very well, but the flight attendants didn't serve and food or drinks other than 1st class due to rough air but to be honest it wasn't that bumpy and I felt that they could've at least offered water and coffee perhaps. Also serving 1st class only is a bad look. I've been in 1st class many times and I would've felt that if the turbulence was too rough for the main cabin, it would be too rough for 1st class too.
There was an unruly family behind us that made the short flight miserable!!! The cabin crew did nothing to contain it.
My seatback screen didn’t work so that sucked because that’s what I was going to do on the plane.
Left a few minutes early. Got in 15 minutes early. Very attentive service on board. Very organized boarding.
The whole experience was excellent. As it most often is with Delta
Cabin was not pressurized properly. Several passengers had respiratory difficulties.
I was happy that I was able to get a last minute flight but unfortunately my seat was a middle seat. Even with Delta Comfort I wasn't comfortable
There’s not much to say about a one hour flight. This is a connection from LA to RNO that I missed the previous night due to a mechanical check delay on my originating flight from JFK to LAX. The short flight itself was fine. Instructions from the pilot and crew were per usual. The coffee was barely lukewarm, which possibly was purposeful so we would down it quickly. Bags were already on carousel upon reaching baggage claim, which was excellent.
