They removed the cover off my checked bag and threw it away.

The flight was delayed out of BIL so many times that I was not able to make my connection. I was rebooked for the next day, losing a full day of my trip. I still have not been compensated as promised.

Easy check-in. Good customer service. Had to check carry-on due to lack of overhead space. Wish the airplane was configured with more overhead area so this doesn't usually happen.

I liked that the crew was friendly, we left and arrived at near scheduled times, plenty of on-board crew to handle the cabin service for the flight and I found the price of my airline ticket to be excellent!

Had no way to see what gate came in on or what gate connecting flight would take off.

I have mobility problems and requested wheelchair assistance in Seattle and Anchorage and none was provided at all. Very disappointed. Only one gate agent in Seattle asked if I needed assistance boarding my flight in Seattle.... and only after three gate changes.... requiring even more extremely painful walking without assistance.

My travels went as smooth as they probably could have, I expected delays upon delays but to my surprise even with the small delays I had I was still able to make all my flights. Thanks -Josh

The flight was delayed to board, then delay in landing and extremely bumpy landing.

The WiFi on the plane was out. I also thought movie options were lacking.

They changed my seat assignment from window to middle. I have a physical need to sit by the window because of spinal issues. I unboarded in pain, I also was placed between 2 very large men. I am very disappointed and now dealing with the physical aftermath.

These Delta 717 jets are ancient. No entertainment and you have to pay for WiFi that barely works and goes in and out the whole flight. Delta should be ashamed flying this garbage.

The crew were awesome and ready to help as much as possible. The gate agent in Atlanta was tremendously helpful. The delays were ridiculous. Getting home at 4am when I could have driven home faster was unimpressive. Being delayed for countless hours through the night wasn't a great travel experience.

Didn’t make the flight. My connecting flight was an hour late and I missed the flight. You rerouted me thru Atlanta and I arrived in Rome over 10 hour after my original Rome arrival time. You also left my luggage in Atlanta and it took you three day to get my bag to meI spent 4 days in the same cloths, I had packed my prescriptions in the lost bag and went 3 days withoutMy heart meds.

Flight attendant incredibly rude. Stuck her finger in my drink and didn’t even have the courtesy to apologize.

I like the first class seat amenities like the phone charger on the armrest even though it didnt really work on mine and the partition between the seats. I also liked that there were additional places to stash things during the flight. The food I got was steak and it was really tough to cut with the knife. Chewy too. A little disappointed in that. I liked that your name is on the screen too. nice touch. great service overall.

Good, our flight was delayed but that was totally out of their control due to weather and a presidential visit.

When we boarded we were treated with care and it never stopped. Got towels before breakfast and after snacks was a lovely touch!

The price. Omg $1100. Was crazy and it was not clear on the website.

No complaints other than luggage carousel was incorrectly guiding passengers to the wrong carousel on the screen.

The flight crew on this leg of my trip was very friendly and pleasant. Every one of them was humorous, as well as helpful and accommodating. This group was BY FAR the best crew I’ve flown with. They deserve kudos.

It was a good flight. Nothing comes to mind about how it could have been better. It was a newer plane, seemed like a great upgrade from your older ones. Staff was very good as well.

The amount of seating is ridiculously small. Three points to consider Point One: Your in flight magazine needs to be smaller. Do you realize I can't even hold it in a reading position because of the limited space in front of me? It's a hangover from the past and if you want anyone to read it, it must be smaller. Point two: It is very uncomfortable for a lady to be sitting next to a strange man and constantly rubbing upper arms even when both of our elbows are within the arm rests. And larger men (whom I pity in this confined predicament) also tend to spread their legs into my leg space which requires me to hold my legs into a smaller position. Point three: The seats seem to position one's body in an unusually upright manner and the head rests push the head farther forward. I gave a small effort to see if the headrest could be removed but didn't want to break it or cause a scene with my efforts. I finally put my jacket behind my back to place my body more forward to match the head rest. The service was fine and I noticed ALL staff worked at smiling and greeting passengers. That was nice. No one likes to fly anymore as it is an endurance rather than a pleasure.

The check-in and flight crew employees are excellent. The flight was good and the seats were adequate.

The flights to and from Cincinnati were great at being on time for both, departures and arrivals. The planes could use some updating.

It was a dismal experience. The flight was delayed for 4 hours, and we spent hours in the plane, without air, during the summer. We were not provided with water, and the medical assistance was inadequate when it arose.

The landing the pilot was very smooth. The flight attendant was kind of rude.The boarding the plane in punta Gorda was not great made us wait out in the heat 😞

My exit seat was very comfortable Coffee was to be purchased but sodas free 😏

It was on time. Flight was comfortable. Staff was nice. It was the way a flight should always be.

The price was the only good thing about this flight. It was scary during takeoff when the plane tilted side to side. It made me feel very nervous as I have never had a take-off that unsmooth. There was no on-flight movie or music options and the only complimentary option was water. Other airlines offer trail mix or a caramel cookie and pop options as complimentary. This flight was a 2.5 hour flight. I understand for shorter flights not having options, but a flight 2 hours or longer should offer more complimentary options and in flight entertainment. Also the seats did not recline and for a longer flight reclining seats are a must for comfort.

I love that I can fly straight to Phoenix/Mesa on Allegiant without any layovers! I bundled my flight to include a couple of different perks, one being I got to pick my seat. I initially picked my seat, and then a week before I flew out, I got a notification I had to pick my seat again, which I did. When I got to the airport, I realized I still didn't have a seat assignment and needed to have the gate agent assign me a seat. What was the purpose of bundling if in the end, I didn't get to pick my seat? Also, bundling didn't include a carry-on so I ended up having to pay $33 extra for that so what would have been a $59 flight ended up being almost $180.

Legroom was decent, but the seat comfort was horrible; I believe the seat cushions have lost their cushion. I was uncomfortable and had back pain throughout the nearly five-hour flight. WiFi did not work despite my attempts to get it up and running. This was very frustrating as passengers all around me were streaming football games, movies, and accessing email and text messages. One flight attendant suggested it was my seat, but that makes no sense, given WiFi doesn't work that way. On another note, I rarely have a good experience with aainflight.com.

My feedback from the trip to Columbia to Chicago was meant for Chicago to Denver.

The plane was delayed after we boarded - although they sent an email to my work email (which I did not get until later) there was no announcement from the PA about the delay in flight. Fortunately, they made up the time in the air and we landed around the original time.

Flight took additional prep time since plane came from Mexico, which resultrd in boarding and plane prep being delayed for additional cleaning procedures. Once boarded, plane tire was identified as being low on air and needed to be replaced, which creared the need to deboard and further delays for what was already a late night flight. Would have expected a better scheduled turn around and prep buffer that would have not created that degree of delay and deboarding

Mostly excellent. However, many too many gate changes. Connecting flight at ORD changed gate 6 times.

I think since I am an AA Advantage member, my checked bags should have been free, but I paid for all 4 of us.

A little late at the start but all worked out well.
