Had to cancel and rebook, KLM connection was cancelled prior to departure, ended up flying to Munich on non-Delta carrier.
The crew were unprofessional with a racist element. I was physically abused as well from one of the crew members
They forgot to serve food and the crew was very unfriendly. Never experienced such a bad KLM flight. Usually fly from Toronto. New York was different.
Over 1 Hr delay. No APU so no AC on ground. Plane was hot during boarding and then they closed the doors over 20 minutes before engine start so interior of plane was steamy hot and stuffy. Could have been helped by opening doors until ready to depart.
My flight was delayed by 6 hours then I missed BOTH of my connecting flights, I then had to stay in the AIRPORT at JFK because soooooo many people also suffered from missing flights and there was no hotels available. I would like to be compensated for this experience! I had to stay in the airport for over 16 hours!
Cabin crew were excellent, very proffesional, polite and friendly, in flight snack was underwhelming, a packet of cheese biscuits, im sure KLM could run to a sandwich!
Overall very positive. Boarding was quick and organized. Cabin was clean and seats were reasonably comfortable. Cabin crew was excellent and the meals provided were also of good quality
This fight left ahead of time which meant it arrived early which was great. Staff were very professional, but as with all these Short hop Flights the food was a disappointing snack There was no entertainment on this flight, but I did not expect any
Transfer at CDG to connecting KLM flight to Amsterdam was a NIGHTMARE. LONG WALKWAYS, NO MOVING WALKWAYS, POOR signage, Have to take a train & No staff visible to help navigate the maze. AVOID TRANSFER AT CDG AT ALL COST.
Seats were comfortable crew members support was very good but AVML ordered or selected by us needs a lot of improvement.
Flight from Savannah arrived very late and we did not take off till 2 hours after scheduled departure!
No food or drink, Not much conversation with crew. They didn't come through to check on people. There were no charging stations or wifi to watch movies. It was like being on a bus in the air.
This flight was originally delayed by ~45 minutes; which is fine. However, there were additional delays due to late offboarding of the prior flight, unclear issues with the boarding process, delays on the tarmac, and exceptionally long taxiing. None of these issues were communicated proactively. Additionally, the flight had exceptionally rough turbulence, which led to a very uncomfortable flight and no traditional beverage service. Again, this is understandable, but it was not communicated up-front by the flight team.
My flight was canceled, and instead of rebooking me on a non-stop first-class flight for the same day, which I originally had, Delta rebooked me on a one-stop flight for the following day. When I checked the Delta app, I noticed that there were available flights for both the same day and the next day. I believe this indicates poor management on their part.
The Columbus-based WestJet crews that cover Delta commuter flights between LGA and CMH are excellent - this team included. Our flight today landed 40 minutes early, which is unheard of when flying out of LaGuardia. I've flown with the same crew in more challenging conditions, and they always rise to the occasion with helpful communication to the passengers so that we may manage expectations.
Easy on easy off and the staff onboard were wonderful. Left on time, arrived a bit early.
Weather in Atlanta necessitated an hour's hold on the tarmac before we could leave Detroit. The plane was packed, and I expected some surliness. But no! The crew was fantastic (jovial even!), responsive to people's needs, and kept us informed. Consequently, the passengers took the delay in stride, and what could have been an ugly situation turned out to be no more than a minor inconvenience. The crew were the stars here.
Entertainment is ok! Boarding and seat with zone is terrible. I paid for the seats but you didn’t give me what I paid for which is exit isles.
Flight delayed then cancelled. Misplaced luggage. Still do not have. Rented car 1100 mile drive. I had to buy some overnight Hotels clothes toiletries gas food at my expense. Still not home. Not sure where luggage is. Over 4 hours on hold to Felta
After all the weather issues at least they got me to my destination the next day
The planes can use an actual cleaning. The armrest and seats do not appear to be cleaned on this one and most other planes.
My Frequent Flyer nber wasn't put on as I was told it was..... This resulted in a last group boarding and no priority tags on My bags.
Generally good. Flight left on time and the seats are comfortable. Plenty of space in front if you in you choose a comfort plus seat, completely worth spending the extra money given the amount of hours the flight lasts. The food tastes good but I would say it’s a the amount is too little. The crew was friendly and efficient. There was a some turbulence at different points into the flight. American Airlines has good deals to NZ if you book with plenty of time before you plan on going.
The economy seats are very cramped and the food was bizarre. However, I did like the greek yogurt option for breakfast.
Flight attendants on this flight were very attentive and friendly

horrible our connectig flight was late and we had to rush thru DFW to the next gate with 15 minutes time. Get to gate and its changed. no one knows whats going on . finally get a new gate and the plane has been sent back to the hanger . Boarded 4 hours after our original flight time and then sat at the gate for over an hour as the captian said the cargo doors were open and no one was in the airprot or on the ground to find out what was happening. this caused us to miss the first day of the tour as we missed our transfer and hotel meetup no apologies or accomodations offered to assist

Too many gate changes for someone of my age. Gate changed to another terminal!!!!! Do you know how hard it is to change to another gate???? walking with a bad knee and back with no assistance! You need more transportation workers that can assist the elderly when gate changes happen!
4 hours on the runway after taking off and then getting grounded back.
