Liked how many bathrooms were on board and amount of water served. Lots of entertainment selections!
I wish there would have been additional snacks or candy available for purchase. That being said, I was delighted with the drink service-I always had water available which was much appreciated!

The flight was 1 1/2 hours delayed, but that was due to weather in Europe...

Boarding was chaotic, lines weren't well controlled. Ground crew needs better training in being proactive, assertive, communicate better with tired passengers who have had to wait for 5hours in the very staid, and outdated Frankfort airport. Same problems with the headsets.

Not until the cabin doors closed did I realize the plane didn't have an individual entertainment system.
Attendants were so nice as kind
The seats were really bad, it was our first trip on a 787 and I will never do it again. Not as bad as the Airbus from MIA but considering it's 13 hours it was totally rubbish. We normally fly the 777 with Air NZ, after this we will go back to them. The staff, as always were helpfull and pleasant, the plane was quiet but the seats.....
The flight had no pilot assigned to the flight yet the attendants still boarded us. Then we waited on the plane for an hour before exiting the plane. The attendants gave us little information on flight alternatives and when the flight was finally allowed to board again, they did not announce it and so had I not been waiting close by, I would have missed my flight. It was extremely disappointing but not shocking with all the scandals that have occurred this year with American Airlines. I do not recommend flying with them.
