Great job Southwest! My family doesn't fly often but we felt safe the whole time.
SW can't get their wifi right. I upgrade to insure wifi service but the last two trips had intermittent service. Not worth the extra costs.
One major problem that was very unprofessional and uncalled for. Plane landed and we had to wait 20 minutes to get off the plane since they were waiting for someone to come to the gate to drive the jetway. Southwest couldn't have someone available and waiting for the plane to land? Is there only one person in Hobby airport who knows to drive the jetway? Was he at lunch? In the bar? Uncomfortable and uncalled for!
Southwest is kind of a slum airline. It’s gotten more expensive over the years for less and less service. I am a Southwest Chase Visa card holder and was forced to choose a seat in the 26th row in the middle seat. However my wife who is a rewards member but doesn’t hold a card or anything else, gets randomly assigned a normally paid seat in row 6! How does that work?
The seat was not comfortable. 1D. My back was sore all night and the next day.
One of the best airlines for fast boarding, on time arrivals, and top notch service!
I elected to pay for the upgrades and found very little difference
The new seating arrangement is so over priced for what you get.
Snacks are always pretzels. Why can't you also offer peanuts ?
Comfort was poor as usual. At least they were on time. How sad a statement is that...
The planes can use an actual cleaning. The armrest and seats do not appear to be cleaned on this one and most other planes.
My Frequent Flyer nber wasn't put on as I was told it was..... This resulted in a last group boarding and no priority tags on My bags.
Generally good. Flight left on time and the seats are comfortable. Plenty of space in front if you in you choose a comfort plus seat, completely worth spending the extra money given the amount of hours the flight lasts. The food tastes good but I would say it’s a the amount is too little. The crew was friendly and efficient. There was a some turbulence at different points into the flight. American Airlines has good deals to NZ if you book with plenty of time before you plan on going.
Flight attendants on this flight were very attentive and friendly
Flight didn’t get dinner on business. I was starving!
These are the things that AA did right on this flight:1 Smooth Boarding Process, 2 Departed on time, 3 Arrived early at destination 4, Friendly and courteous staff. Great job AA!

Too many gate changes for someone of my age. Gate changed to another terminal!!!!! Do you know how hard it is to change to another gate???? walking with a bad knee and back with no assistance! You need more transportation workers that can assist the elderly when gate changes happen!
4 hours on the runway after taking off and then getting grounded back.
Rather than take our chances on stand by since we missed our flight as scheduled due to delay leaving London, we accepted re-booking via Austin. After 2 1/2 hr. wait before going to El Paso we had a very smooth trip and our luggage sent on the missed flight was there for easy claim.
