Spent 30 minutes trying to find a number to someone at Delta to check in & select seat. I was in Australia & all Delta offices were closed because it was Sunday. Although I had an internationally calling plan, no calls to Delta US would go through. finally found someone through a back channel that would help me. We boarded an hour late, and staff would not answer any of our questions about what was going on or how late we would arrive (they sped up the fight so that we landed on time). Flight ran out of drinking WATER after the first service. Half of our section (Economy Plus) was skipped for snacks. An unruly child was allowed to scream for almost the entire flight & was running up & down the aisles. NOTHING was said to the parents by staff members. Was absolutely the worst behaving child with who I've had to fly."

I got to the airport in Denver at 5:30 am for a 7:30 am flight to Atlanta, and the line to check a bag was about 40 people long. I waited 55minutes to check my bag, as they kept moving the ski priority people, and people in danger of missing their flight, to the head of the line. There were obviously not enough Delta workers on staff to process all the flights at that time."

Your customer service is beyond reprehensible. With everything going on in the airline industry you would think airlines would at least attempt to please. Cons: "Delta Flight #1661 I paid for 1st class. My first flight was late so I arrived at the gate after boarding began. When the gate attendant scanned my ticket another printed. When he handed me the ticket my seat had changed to seat 25E. I told the attendant that I had paid for first class. He asked me to step aside while he contacted his supervisor, Joe. Then I had to wait until ENTIRE flight had boarded which defeated part of the reason I paid for the upgrade. This was on top of the fact I was so thirsty because 1st flight didn't have drink service and because it was late I had to book it to the connection arriving sweaty, hot and needing to use the bathroom. I was told they had given my seat away to someone as a free upgrade. Joe offered me a $100 voucher to take other seat which was less than I paid for 1st class, plus the seat was a middle seat in the rear of the plane. When I told him as much, he tried to manipulate me by telling me that they would have to kick someone out of my seat. When I declined the downgrade, they made me stand by while they kicked someone out of my seat which was embarrassing and humiliating. Then, when they handed me a new boarding pass, it was not the seat I had paid for and selected, instead it was in the first row, which I’ve always hated because there is no under seat storage and I cannot keep my backpack with me. When I pay for first class, it is primarily so that I can board first and so that I have extra room to work (which I need access to my bag to do). While I was trying to take out the minimum of the things I needed from my bag and figure out how to manage without it, 3 times a flight attendant told me they had to take my bag (since I was the last person to board they tried to prevent me from using the bathroom and they were anxious to leave early). I tried to explain that Delta had prevented me from boarding earlier and that they gave away the seat I paid for which was NOT the first row."

"About an hour late, sat on runway waiting for fuel long time. Then there was no ground crew to get us in the air, had to wait on them."

I don’t know if it was the size of plane that made it so we couldn’t have that on while taxiing/waiting our turn to take off or what, but it was too hot and stuffy onboard in Texas on the tarmac. Our next flight from Dallas to Huntsville, AL had the AC on the entire time we were waiting our turn/taking off- the plane was newer and slightly bigger. Not sure what the deal was but it made the flight pretty miserable."

Go through security is ok. Wait some more... Get to the AA transfer counter and wait for another hour for some one to show up to print your boarding pass... Waited another hour in the plane because MAN couldn't handle baggage transfers. Crew was very rude. I will never fly another AA int'l flight. Skipped over me for food even though my tray table was down I was playing a game on my phone... Horrible service, flight attendant seemed to be in a bad mood slamming overhead compartments and trash as he picked it up. I'd fly just about any other carrier just not AA."

Thank goodness my layover was originally 3.5 hrs, so that extra time in the air cut into that wait time at the airport, but at least waiting at the airport would allow me to move around and stretch my legs, and not be stuck in THE tiniest plane seat I've ever experienced."

The seats were SO incredibly tiny, and there is very little room in the pocket on the back of the seat in front of you. You can't fit a water bottle, and barely my tiny purse or e-reader device. We missed our connecting flight (we finally departed 15 minutes before our connecting flight left Denver); I had to call customer service while still sitting on the plane, and we were placed on a connecting flight out of Denver that left 4 hours AFTER we should have landed at our final destination. What should have been 9 hours of total travel time (including driving to and from airport, security checks, customs, etc.) turned into 20 hours, resulting in a lost 1st day of our trip."

Pros: "I am slow walking due to health issues. Coming from Kansas City to Chicago was a problem. My daughter who was with me is physically handicapped. There was no transportation to assist us to get from one terminal to another one when we arrived. Thank goodness we had a two and one-half hour overlay. Going home was a different story. Two wonderful gentleman met us as we disembarked and speedily got us to our flight. We only had 30 minutes and they made sure we were there. Issac and the other man are to be commended!"

I explained to the attendant at the counter that I had to get to Denver because I had my brother who is a minor meeting me at the airport in Denver and I did not want him alone by himself in a place he'd never been. when trying to reschedule my flight at the counter the attendant was rude and told me I had to call united myself to reschedule my flight. I was on the phone with them for over 45 minutes just to be told there was nothing they could do to help me. They said they had one flight leaving the next morning to denver but it was completely full. Which defeated the purpose because I was going to have to fly back home the following Sunday. So I stuck around and tryed to find a flight to Denver and I over heard the couter attendant book another customer to Denver for that evening when I was told I had to call united myself and pretty much was told I could not be helped. I ended up having to pay another airline 538 dollars to fly my brother to Tulsa instead so he wouldn't be stranded in Denver because I wouldn't get there till the following day. I'm very disappointed in united and there lack of customer service. I especially don't like being told I can't be helped when the attendant at the ticket counter clearly helped someone else. I am so disappointed in my experience with united and will never fly with them again."

My 70 year old aunt lost her other flight in Houston and had to wait 12 more hours overnight wihtout food because all the restaurants were already closed. In our case were a party of five and with 1hr 40min connection. We had to run to the other side of the airport to the international gates not knowing if we lost the flight because when we arrived to Houston the second flight was already boarding. Luckly the flight attendants let us out first before the other passengers and barely made it."

I was also allowed to board the wrong flight, and sat there until another customer boarded with the same seat assignment. If that hadn't happened, I would've flown all the way to Oklahoma on the wrong flight, with no luggage. Not to mention, it's probably a lapse in security. That's how I learned that my flight was canceled.The United phone line was not helpful. Then, I stood in line FOREVER. After 2 hours of standing in line, they set up a dedicated line, and all of a sudden it was helpful. I'm never not flying southwest again. I'm praying my luggage makes it to where I'm going. AND no wifi on either flight. That really sucks."

I get that she probably has to do that a lot, but I spent money to use United and she shouldn't have responded a rude attitude or rolled her eyes. She has a job to do like everyone else."

Pros: "Our flight was delayed for four hours. However, an attendant at the United Airlines counter was kind enough to go ahead and book us for a later flight out of Houston so we would make it home without much of a delay. Overall everyone was very nice and helpful."

Cons: "The plane was tiny, old, and had an awful odor. The odor did not come from a passenger, it was the plane itself. The flight was turbulent, and the combination of turbulence and the odor was highly nauseating. The seats were small, old, and uncomfortable. I am a tiny woman and found the seats to be too small, I can only imagine what larger people must feel like. I kept bumping the stranger next to me, and visa versa."

I had to sprint all the way to the other side of the airport just to catch my flight. I didn't like that, but I made it within 3 minutes before They were going to stop the boarding."

Cons: "United botched my boarding passes at security so I had to run back and get the correct one, catching my bags to see if they were going to the right place"

Pros: "Flight was fine and flight attendants were pleasant, which is unusual for United. Need wifi on CRJs!"

Pros: "Boarding was a little challenging. Had issues with a bad check-in kiosk, but the staff handled well and got on my flight. Small plane,but a short flight."

Cons: "I sat in the the very last seat of the plane and with the engine I couldn't hear anything the pilot or steward was asking. Before they take off make sure everyone one the plane can hear the messages that are being translated to the passengers."
