Pros: Crew was great
Cons: Last second gate change was confusing and poorly communicated
Pros: Arriving 40 minutes ahead of schedule. Delta makes more an effort to provide spacing between passengers and provides sanitizer wipes both on boarding and with the snack pack.
Pros: Everyone was great.
Pros: It’s been awhile Since I’ve flown delta and omg they truly blow every other domestic airline out of the water hands down. And I’m flying basic economy. Impressed. Bravo Delta
Pros: The crew was very courteous and friendly
Cons: Delays Why is it always a surprise for the crew that the plane needs to be de iced in the winter
Cons: we boarded on time and were on tarmac for over an hour and a half with no explanation, no beverages.
Pros: Not enough toom between rows of seats.
Pros: Nothing exceptional stands out
Cons: Flight was not on time
Pros: New plane, charging stations
Cons: It took longer to get from nyc to dc that it did Venice to NYC. Horrible....got home at 2am
Pros: see above
Cons: Sat in comfort+, bbut never offered any sort of snack. Not sure why it is considered an upgrade.
Pros: Skywest flight. No issues. Friendly cabin crew. Short 40 minute flight.
Pros: We had purchased economy tickets and got assigned seats that were not next to each other. As we were boarding the ticket person gave us a new seat assignment closer to the front and next to each other – we really appreciated and liked it. Makes me want to fly Delta again!
Pros: On time flight courteous service
Cons: I checked bag at the gate voluntarily in advance and was able to board zone 1. However, when I got to my destination, I found that a large iten had been removed and was missing. The staff would not help locate or recover it.
Cons: Online check in didn’t work. Called Delta 800# and rep said I needed to wait till I got to airport. Airport rep said I needed to use the KLM flight number, not the Delta number.W
Pros: Lots of water
Pros: The food is always good on delta, entertainment is great as well, and the seats are comfy as long as you’re not seating next to someone obnoxious.
Cons: The staff is always ao disorganized, sometimes even unprofessional, they talk about other passengers, their shoes don’t match, when they did announcements on the PA they forgot what they were saying or they made mistakes and had to correct hen making it all very confusing. I fly often so I know the drill but those things must make the flight super uncomfortable to someone inexperienced.
Cons: The flight attendants weee rude, and no bar service
Pros: Everything was great. Very nice flight
Cons: No complaints
Pros: drink carts came around twice
Cons: Even though there were sunchips available, they were not giving them out to everyone. Only the people that paid up in coach got the sun chips. The rest of us got these sad bag of pretzels and cheesey snacks. So sad. Why wouldn't Delta offer the same snacks to everyone? Seems like such a small additional cost compared to such an offensive action. The money you save is certainly lost in bad publicity.
Cons: Flight delayed 2 hrs
Cons: Its a 3.5 hr flight. No charging outlets available. Food options very limited by the time they got to me, row 26. No in -seat entertainment screen. Hard seats.
Pros: After almost every airline cancelled. Delta still took me to where I needed to go with not one single problem. That pilot was amazing. I forget his name. But the plane didn't slide or anything during take off. Amazing.
Cons: What was there not to like. We were a little bit late but I wasn't in a rush. I planned well ahead. Delta moved my flight from 10 a.m. to 6 a.m. and that was perfectly fine with me.
Pros: Movie selection was great!
Pros: Delta captain was very personable, kept us up to date when a slight delay was necessary.
Cons: It took over 20 minutes to check our bags. Given that we paid $150 to "upgrade" to Economy Comfort for a ONE HOUR flight, it would have been nice if DAL enabled us to check in with Sky Priority.
Cons: Sandwich for dinner
Pros: Was initially hoping to fly a US airline but will now look for Aeromexico first. Exceeded my expectations!
Cons: The layover in Mexico City was a bit long and the airport was not so great
Pros: They solved my name matching problem with calm and efficiency, so I made it to my conference. Thank you !!
Pros: Boarding, checking in etc. The usual stuff, nothign spectacular.
Cons: Seats are getting too crowded!
Cons: West Jet gave me a "fake" ticket delta would not let me board missed the flight I had to wake up at 3am to catch. This is after I finally made it to my hotel last night at 11:30 pm. This is completely unacceptable. NEVER AGAIN IN MY LIFE WILL I EVER FLY WITH THIS COMPANY!!!!
Pros: The crew was beyond friendly and courteous. Lots of leg room.
Cons: I was an older plane, it was louder than our flight down to Atlanta. Nothing they could do about it, but a slight annoyance.
Pros: Timely flights , plenty of good food and disciplined serving Amsterdam: good layover Modern plane Better entertainment system Good flight to travel to India , Mumbai .
Cons: Windows weren't clean for stargazing
Pros: Staff on the plane was courteous although they skipped half of us for snacks & forgot some requests for water
Cons: Was not able to check in online. Was not able to select my seat online. I was told I would be able to do both of these things. Spent 30 minutes trying to find a number to someone at Delta to check in & select seat. I was in Australia & all Delta offices were closed because it was Sunday. Although I had an internationally calling plan, no calls to Delta US would go through. finally found someone through a back channel that would help me. We boarded an hour late, and staff would not answer any of our questions about what was going on or how late we would arrive (they sped up the fight so that we landed on time). Flight ran out of drinking WATER after the first service. Half of our section (Economy Plus) was skipped for snacks. An unruly child was allowed to scream for almost the entire flight & was running up & down the aisles. NOTHING was said to the parents by staff members. Was absolutely the worst behaving child with who I've had to fly.
Pros: Staffing was great!
Cons: The fact is that it is illegal to pack Sardines at compact as you are packing us on your aluminum cans.
Pros: Friendly and informative flight attendants kept the passengers in reasonable spirit.
Cons: Left nearly an hour late after confusion related to oversold seats and upgrades. The gate agent entered the plane multiple times. The landing was rough, the brakes were loud.
Pros: Leg room was great compared to discount airlines. The built in entertainment for individualized interests was welcome. Crew was great.
Pros: Smooth flight.
Pros: Entertainment. Center was great
Cons: Boarding has been made so complicated it's a joke.
Pros: The crew was friendly and accommodating, and service was good
Cons: I purchased a basic economy ticket and upon checking in, my Delta app said my seat was unassigned and I had to get my boarding pass at the airport. I checked back later and the app had me as number 7 on the standby list. I called Delta (wait time 3+ hours... my flight was in 3), and then the Delta app support where I was able to get through to someone. She told me that the ticket I purchased over a month in advance did not guarantee me a seat on the plane (???). She said that if I was bumped from the flight they would reschedule me for the next morning. She was pretty rude and made it seem like I had a 50/50 shot of getting on this plane. I rushed to the airport in hopes that I would be the first from Standby there, and the gate agent told me that I was fine and would board right after first class and be assigned a seat then. Great. Once I got my seat assignment, I board to find out there is someone else sitting in my seat...... They eventually called the desk and had her moved, but it was the weirdest boarding experience I've had.. and I've flown Spirit. These planes that Delta fly's are SO OLD. Both times I have flown Delta the "turbulence" has been so bad and cold air was blowing right on my the whole flight with no option to turn it off (it wasn't from one of the vents, but from the side). Someone close to me works for Delta and I know for a fact that some of their engines blow mid-flight.. and they tell the passengers that it's turbulence.. so that doesn't make me feel very safe. I won't fly Delta again if there is another comparable option.
Cons: Although weather played a part in the poor experience, it wasn't the only factor. Delta was unprepared.
Pros: We were stuck for an hour and a half on the tarmac
Cons: We were stuck for an hour and a half on the tarmac
Cons: Flight attendants were a little snobby and didn't treat all passengers equally, in my humble opinion (note: I was sitting in 1st class).
Pros: Again, despite poor flight schedule I made it on my connecting flight and it all worked out in the end.
Cons: Again, Kayak should allow at least 2 hours of transfer time when booking flights through LAX. I had to go from one terminal to another AND go through immigration and security. In order to make sure I had enough time to make the connecting flight, I didn't check in my luggage which lead to me having to minimize liquids and pastes in my luggage (no vanilla extract or tequila). Also while making the transfer I felt rushed and stressed out. I might search for tickets using Kayak but I would not buy tickets directly from Kayak if my route involves a transfer at an airport that I am not familiar with.
Pros: The flight attendants.
Cons: Wi go didn't work and wasn't free.
Pros: Always have great experience with Delta flight attendants and staff. The entertainment on mobile phone was a really nice add-on, I had never seen before.
Cons: Flight was delayed in taking off, waiting for connecting passengers. Plane was old, which is most Delta planes, but this one showed it. The tray table looked like it was from the 70s or 80s. Flying into Midway instead of O'hare was anticlimactic.
Pros: Arrived safely Last minute upgrade to first class because people decided not to go due to long delay
Cons: 4+ hour delay Mechanical issue Sent a different plane but not quick on the turnaround and no staff upon arrival to operate jetbridge
Pros: The pilot did a good job flying considering the conditions.
Cons: Delta and Midway airport did not handle the weather conditions as well as they could have. Communications we terrible and no one adapted quickly to handle things properly. Of course the winter weather alert was mostly to blame, but what could be done to smooth things out didn't happen.
