Last time I was stranded in the Atlanta airport overnight waiting literally all night for them to return my luggage (which never came, and then was late even to my final destination). If there was a mechanical issue then the plane should’ve not been boarded until it was fixed. Much rather have waited in lobby for 2 hours than on a plane with no food and water. Or at least alllowed us to deboard while issues where resolved."

Cons: "Delta doesn't manage their flight schedules and personnel with backup or standby crew in order to assist whenever there are delays across domestic flights. The plane was late to arrive at the gate and we were also told that while the pilot was ready to take off, we couldn't leave because we were waiting for a flight attendant to land from Pittsburgh (we were in La Guardia airport in NYC). delta would rather I convenience the flyer instead of hiring more personnel or figuring out standby or backup plans for delayed flights."

The flight I managed to get on departed two hours late. There was no explanation for each of these cancellations/delays. There was virtually zero inclement weather anywhere, save for most of the country’s temperature being nearly equivalent to the surface of Neptune. And, the surly, clueless Chicago-based gate agent was the coupe de grace in my search for a reasonable explanation after which I waited impatiently for this episode to conclude. American get your act together."

Cons: "the airplane was absolutely freezing. It was so cold, you could actually see the air blowing (like in winter). There's no need for that. Somehow European airlines manage not to freeze out all their passengers. It was less than a two hour flight but felt like an eternity because it was so uncomfortable. Seat size - this is absolutely the smallest it can/should go. I am pretty skinny, but even I'm running out of room and the seat backs could be made a bit more comfortable. Not only is there almost no recline, but the way they are constructed - they actually push my head forward - not made for short people."

I got on the plane and had to wait for the other two passengers get up and step into the aisle so I could take my window seat. I was in group 7 and apparently they were in a lower number group that was allowed to board before me."

While AA offered the option of paying extra for additional legroom, if you declined the offer, you could not obtain a seat. I know that it is getting unusual to have any sort of enjoyable experience on an airline, but the lack of transparency ("group two" for boarding is actually the fifth group to enter the aircraft) is totally unnecessary."

Cons: "That i booked a flight that departed 6:20pm on Alaska Airlines and found out i was put on a red eye American Airlines flight that left at 11:50 pm. In addition did not reciveve any notification of the change. Had to leave the airport because i thought i was leaving at 6:20 pm :("

Cons: "There is not much to not like American Airlines as I don't have any bitter experiences till date and I don't wish to encounter too lol I would like more snacks beside Pretsels too and I wish to have a very good hot Fliter coffee or even green tea's during my flight ☺️"

Cons: "Seeing as this flight was cancelled and we had to wait as two elderly people until 3pm the next day to get another flight and American Airlines would not compensate in anyway. I would say that we will never fly American Airlines again nor will my family. This was not the only delay or cancellation because of American either. We spent 48 hours traveling because of delays and cancellations and still American would do nothing for us. I'm 66 and my husband is 72 (who also has had back surgery for five slipped discs) and we had to sleep on concrete floors and had very limited money to buy food. It was by far the worst experience of my life and I would encourage everyone to not travel with them."

When I said to my friend as she was running toward the gate that we didn't hear the announcements. The gate agent told me I was the only one because all the other passengers did. I told him that wasn't true. He would not look at me and repeated to go down the jet way or I would miss the flight. Meanwhile more passengers were running for the gate. The message board message displayed "preboarding". I was sitting in the gate area for 40 minutes."

Cons: "We had confirmed reservations to go visit my daughter and son in law in Nashville. We had purchased tickets to see a concert in Nashville. We missed the concert and a full day of planned activities. We were bumped off the flight although we had confirmed reservations. So we decided to drive and incurred hotel charges. We will be driving back home and will incur hotel charges on the way home. We had to pay for gas and wear and tear on our car. This has been an awful experience."

Pros: "The associate at the desk confused my flight for the next flight. I was given the wrong information and I watched my plane depart from the gate. Upon realizing that employees of that gate had left, and we're not coming back, I had to ask passing personnel about my flight to find that it left already and that I had already been rebooked without being notified. I now had to fly from Houston to Chicago to Nashville. The new flight boarded almost 2 hours later than expected, and upon landing in Chicago, I had already missed my connecting flight to Nashville by 35 minutes apparently. Unacceptable."

Cons: "Someone was sitting in my seats and instead of making him move they made us move and tried splitting up my wife and 6 month old child about 4 rows apart. The air started blowing very hot air about halfway through the flight. Everyone was sweating and it was better to just turn the air off completely then keep it on. They tried taking care of it which helped for 5 minutes and then it started blowing hot again. Also the WiFi would kick you off after about 30 seconds and then make you go through a login that takes like 60 seconds. Needless to say... this was the first time I haven't flown Southwest in years... and with the kind of experience it's no wonder why it won't happen again any time soon."

I was shocked thank GOD I had my cane to walk With Nashville should watch who they hire But over all united rocks can't wait to get On another flight on united won't fly anyone else You took very good care of me"

In both situations hence i had to leave my bag to the flight assistant because there was no space for it left. When I ask for an explanation i was told it was a sort of United software bug. Nobody cared to explain me what happened, nobody came to me with an apologize, and a flight assistant on my way back made also fun of me for being the last one. This is a ridiculous customer service, I told all my friends and will tell all my finance coworkers as well to not use United anymore."

A big white guy with brown hair was literally tossing chairs and strollers down his ramp. They were bouncing n I seen a wheel fly 20 feet in air, which he broke off of a stroller."

Cons: "Seats were very thinly padded, small and non adjustable. The price for both CARRY ON and checked luggage was the highest I have found, $45 carry on and $40 checked. The price for a drink of any kind, water, soft drink and so forth was way too high. Anything to eat was also out of line. If you are diabetic be for warned, bring your own. My flight from Nashville to Las Vegas was so bad, as far as hidden fees and customer service goes, I tried to book a on any other airline for the return trip to Nashville. This was even though I had a round trip ticket on Frontier. To my dismay all other airlines were full. I am writing this review as I wait at the gate for a departure time on my Frontier return trip, we are 2 hours late for departure with no new departure time given. There are not any Frontier employees in the gate area to give updates. This is the bottom of the barrel for airlines and I will not ever be flying Frontier Airlines again."

It was enjoyable, now it is a dreaded experience."

Cons: "Everything. Flight was 6 hours delayed. No warning. No compensation except a $15 food voucher that could only be used at subway that the staff said would be emailed to us, then changed their minds and gave them out right after we ate. Never again."

Pros: "Once we actually got to board, boarding went quickly. That's about the only good thing. They also gave us dinner and flight vouchers towards future travel because of the delay."
Cons: "You have to pay for everything - paying for a round-trip checked bag was actually cheaper than paying for a round-trip carry-on. That, and we were delayed for 5 hours. Actually, it was initially 3.5, but then we actually got the aircraft at the gate before they discovered the crew was delayed on another flight. Then, you even have to pay for water and other refreshments on the plane. Give me a break."

Cons: "Paying for a regular seat, without special advantages, seems wrong, or at least annoying."

Pros: "It is incredibly deceptive during the initial purchasing phase that Frontier advertises their flights as one of the lowest fares song others, but does not include a carry on, checked bag, or even a seat. Anyone would be better off simply booking with an airline that already includes those basic necessities in their initial cost. I will not be booking with Frontier again, and I will also recommend that my friends and acquaintances follow suit."

Pros: "This was my first time flying with frontier. My experience was that which makes me not want to travel with them ever again. The tickets were cheap but then you are charged for bags and carry ons, but i did get a discounted price for doing that over the phone. However, I still had to argue with the girl at check in as she kept saying I still had to pay, until another girl saw my report and corrected her. No apology, and lots of additude. We boarded late, though there was no announcement. My flight was short, so comfort was not a big deal to me. But the worst part is when I went to claim my luggage it was broken, and they did not have a claims office, so I went to a lady at the check in and she was very helpful. Apparently there were 2 more cases in the same flight. She sincerely apologized, and filled out a damaged claims report; though I did not get a recite I did take a picture of it just in case. Hopefully they will reimburse me for my damaged bag before my next trip. But overall, the rudecoustomee service, hidden fees, and damaged luggage will prevent me from choosing or recommending this air line ever again."

Cons: "$40 for a CARRY ON!?! They also charge you to choose your seat...any seat! Departing flight arrived early and we had to sit in the plane on the tarmac for 1/2 an hour waiting for a gate. Return flight was delayed 2 hours without explanation. They charge for ALL beverages (even non-alcoholic, like WATER)."

Cons: "Booked this flight in Oct, round trip from N'ville-Denver for $335. After reading the "know before you go " info as best I could I understood a checked bag fee was $25. Carryon was $35, so I only checked a bag & no carryon. $25 fee was only if you also pay for carryon, plus surprise fee of $13/ person for selecting your seat! What a jip! I had bragged to many about the great deal I got with Frontier but after the additional $122 in fees it doesn't sound as good. Be more open & honest about ticket cost. $13+ for selecting your seat!? What the Hell?"

Pros: "The staff there was doing the best they could and flight attendants were friendly."
Cons: "Frontier was the only airline with checkin lines at both departure points. It looked like a combo of software glitches and low staff numbers. Seats are cramped and only water is provided. Baggage was delayed on both legs of the flight. Jetway was not ready on return flight and passengers had to wait 20 feet from gate for nearly 30 mins on a calm weather day. The cost cutting measures are tough for the workers that are at Frontier, since they are placed in an uphill battle to provide good service. The flight was cheap, and luckily short, but you get what you pay for. I would fly them again for a low price, but not if I am in a hurry or expecting a comfortable experience."
