They cancelled my flight and downgraded me to economy and only gave me $250 for the downgrade
Loved the staff, boarding and drink options! Wish the comfort of the seat could have been better nevertheless
The flight crew were friendly and attentive. Food was good and they passed out ice cream and drinks awhile after Lunch was done. The ice cream was a nice treat! I found several movies to watch during the flight. There was many movies and tv shows to choose from. We flew Premium economy and there was enough leg room to be comfortable. The seats were also comfortable. I would fly AA again if the airfare isn’t expensive.
The chair cushions may need an upgrade. I have been noticing they are so worn out, thin so you’d sit in a dip 😄. Other than that, all was an enjoyable trip. Thanks AA!
I’m impressed that we were on time in Sacramento after having a late departure in Newark and our made it. The staff was friendly and warm.
Cramped seats. FAA should make airlines have more legroom, for even short people complain
5.5 hour delay with no explanation on why, along with no proactive effort to reaccomodate me.
It was one of my worst flight ever. First they were changing the gate for at least 4 times, changing from gate D7 to D12 to D44. Considering the size of the Miami Airport, we are talking about long distance and the train at the airport was not working. Then the flight was delayed around one hour. Then finally we boarded into the plane and when everybody was seated, there was an announcement that there is an issue with one of the tire of the plane, so we all had to get out of the plane with our belongings, to replace the tire. So we had around 2.5-hour delay
Most miserable flight ever. We waited almost 2 hours on the runway because the flight was oversold. American offered $1200 credit. Then there was some nonsense about weight distribution. Ridiculous. No food for 8 plus hours on the flight. I will be writing a letter.
Honestly, I haven’t flown American in years, probably due to the pandemic and my being unable to travel for certain periods in the last two years, but it was a good experience to dig out or obtain a new American Airlines account after many years of traveling for business with American in the past.
I paid for streaming wifi and the connection was poor.
Bad experience. Unhappy with the changing of flight times and one particular flight attendant (Bartholomew) on our flight from Orlando to Detroit. Traveling with a large family of 7, including our 18 month old, can be arduous but when the airline changes your flight time from landing at 9:30 pm to landing after midnight, this becomes much more difficult. When our 18 month old was predictably over tired and fussy, my wife and I tried to move to an open row so we can console her more effectively. The flight attendent rebuked us and said we could not sit in an exit row. We were not planning on sitting there for more than a few minutes but just to have space to console our screaming 18 month old. Spirit did not allow for a family friendly trip. Likely will be choosing a different airline next time.
Pl meed tp make proper accom for all pets and owners by placing them on a section to accommodate human animal allergies and give up a few seats YWS ACCOMMODATIONS SHOULD BE MADEBY THE AIRLINES and not pushed off to another paying customer that has to sit in fear or by being touched by someone elses animal.
For a round trip ticket costing US$460 extra, I did not get priority boarding, hence people took my overhead luggage space, the steward almost threatened me when I told him to remove the suitcase that was there. Airport staff in USA and Colombia, are NOT flexible or helpful when you pay extra, and look away or walk away when you want a correction. FALSE ADVERTISEMENT: Ads say "wine and dine" when you pay extra, NOT AT ALL!!! you get ONE alcoholic drink, ONE soda, and as much popcorn and/or nuts as dinner on a long trip. MORE FALSE ADVERTISEMENT: out of 4 legs on my trip ONLY TWO had WiFi, and there is NO movies nor magazines on board, so why do you ask about entertainment? ... If it was not for the fact that you are the only choice for trips to many destinations from Newark Airport, I would never fly with you! ... How about a refund for the extra money paid to make my trip bearable, was, in some ways worse than if I had just flew coach! ... YOU ARE BANKRUPT, DO BETTER, EARN RESPECT AND TRUST
Nothing I liked. Seats uncomfortable child behind kicking my seat entire flight. Delayed. Couldn't get free glass of water
It was smooth. It’ll always be annoying that nothing is included in the booking (seats and bags particularly).
Did what they needed to do. Brought us from point A to point B timely and without issue. Boarding through deplaning smooth.
the seats are the hardest I've ever felt; narrower and less leg space and I am small. I could have bid on a comfier seat but the price would have ended up closer to an economy plus seat on a more reliable airline. Only used this airline because of the timing and non-stop. I was afraid from the get-go I wouldn't get there. Apparently, I was lucky
