Cons: "We purchased tickets together and our seats were not together when we checked in. We had one small roller bag for the two of us and we ended up having to gate check it along with 3 other people and then there was clearly enough room for it once we were boarded."

Next flight was not much better, oh and wifi did I t work on it also - last 3-4 delta flights I've taken have been late and didn't have working wifi - starting to think their system doesn't work at all - seriously going to take any other carrier but Delta going forward"

The movie screens (not headrest systems) were all up overhead so you get a neck cramp watching anything. The headrest behind me pressed my shoulders forward and the extendable part would not stay up. The window stopped at about my shoulder so to look out I had to crouch down. AA better stop squeezing us for profits and start delivering a quality service or we'll all find some other airline that puts passengers first."

Pros: "Very pleasant attentive crew and ground staff. An aborted takeoff on tarmac meant a return to the departure gate and the plane taken to maintenance. The ground staff were superb in dealing with a full plane load of passengers many of whom had onward connections. This meant we had to stay overnight and fly first thing the next morning. Full marks to United for dealing with a potentially dangerous situation and then assisting everyone back in the terminal."

Fourth, the cabin noise from the engines, once they got them started, was so loud that even my noise canceling headphones could not prevent me from getting a headache. At least we got there safely, eventually."

I noticed upon arrival in Hartford that several passengers had 2 bags in the overhead compartment and their coats as well. If you have a policy of one carry-on and one under-the-seat/passenger, why isn't this enforced? It is not fair to the Group 4 and 5 passengers that there is no room in the overhead compartments and they are forced to relinquish their bags. Furthermore, this results in them having to go to the baggage claim area and wait for their carry-on. This added a half hour to my time and my ride had to circle the airport waiting for me to come out."
