The plane was very cramped and no room to move. Other passengers brought suitcases that didn't fit in the overhead bins. This made boarding and departing extremely slow.

everything was fine. but paying for 1 piece of check-in luggage and denying passengers to board with carry-on luggage which by air line's standards does not fit is not acceptable. when one travels for a longer time one needs to have some essentials

My flight was cancelled. The flight they booked me on was delayed over 2 hours with mechanical problems so I missed my connection and they ran out of hotel rooms, so I had to book and pay for it on my own. I also had to pay for food out of pocket. It was a terrible experience.

Was surprised the plane was a turbo prop. These are much noisier than jet planes.

Plus; Easy check in. Organized and efficient crew. Minus; Legroom on plane. Wiped down armrests and tray table with a Clorox wipe and wipe showed more dirt than I thought was there.

We had a significant illness at the last minute. Air Canada was unsympathetic and rude and refused to give us any credit on our unused ticket.

Ran wonderfully and smoothly roundtrip. Could not have asked for more from the staff.
