It was as good as it could be. Flying is not a pleasant experience these days.
The plane was old and thus the seats were not good. No cushion left whatsoever, and it all was a bit worn out.
This flight was a first class choice and left much to be desired. Seat backs on seats were falling apart and torn. Seats actually didn't come to a "full & upright position". Pull out table was sprung. Not any significant leg room. All in all we were on an obviously older plane and felt overcharged for what we received as first class.
None of the airplane features were available during the flight.

My husband is very tall and we generally fly Delta Comfort. We used our companion benefit, and our seats were coach and extremely uncomfortable........ horrid even
I specifically picked out right side aisle seats because my left knee sometimes needs to be stretched. But my experience this trip was that the seats were shuffled and I lost those assigned seats, resulting in me having to sit in a much less desirable position for my comfort.
Other airlines were canceling flights but Delta got us home. Crew was friendly and professional. It would have been nice to have had a little more notice about the delays because we had already arrived at the airport when the first of several delays were communicated but I understand that storm forecasting isn’t simple and we were grateful that Delta didn’t just cancel the flight.

I cancelled this flight 2 days before departure but I followed your texts and emails and IF you were correct this flight turned into a nightmare.
My flight was delayed twice. The first time because of “plane maintenance” and the second because the previous flight who supposedly “arrived early” took an obnoxiously long time to get off the plane. Total delay was over an hour for no reason. Not to mention your airline repeatedly changed our gate from one end of the terminal to the other. Not very happy about this experience. My previous flights with American haven’t had this many issues.
Very turbulent flight, no drinks, very little service, unorganized boarding, gate changed multiple times
We’ve had a year of delays with American, and this one was another flight to add to that list. It just reduced our vacation by a day! So frustrating. In-flight entertainment (TVs) weren’t working, There was no drinks service due to delivery issues.
The flight was delayed significantly. Communication during the flight was abrupt and caused some panic as we were navigating turbulence. It was also too loud and every announcement felt startling. The flight attendants did not offer any assurances and I felt unsettled most of the flight. The seats, floor and tray table was very dirty. The seat next to me was broken and the passenger sitting there was very uncomfortable. He had a spring in his back and his seat made terrible squeaking noises through the flight.
2 hours delay on my flight causing me to miss my connecting flight. Cause was for maintenance. I understand maintenance is important but maintenance should be done before boarding people!
We got upgraded for this flight. But the particular bright spot was the flight attendant in our cabin. She was attentive but not intrusive. She interacted in a personal way with each passenger and gave a great service. Thank you!
Flight was delayed due to a steering issue with plane. The delay caused me to miss the connecting flight. The delay caused me to spend an extra 21 hours in airports and flights to get to my destination. The plane issue obviously should have been found and fixed before we even boarded. Ridiculous.
Horrible costumer service i was treated very bad the crew were rude 😟 didn’t get my wheelchair that I requested I was the last one the get in because no seat was assigned and after my 2 stroke I cannot be on my feet for too long but they didn’t care didn’t take my medicine on time because all the complications and delays when my bag was sent already I hope yall can train your crew better.
