Staff in first class seemed to struggle to provide service to both sections. I didn’t get breakfast though I requested it. I only got coffee after asking the opposite side flight attendant and then could never see them to request a bottle of water.

AA needs to review it's policy whereby it's most tenured staff gets to pick their flights. This tends to place flight attendants with the most jaded customer service attitudes on long haul flights. Whilst I realize this is a generality I have experienced increasing levels of woefully poor customer service. One particular flight attendant on this flight was downright rude to several customers. After serving an awful meal they disappeared to their cots below deck and for the most part did not reappear until 1.5hrs before landing. A very disappointing flight.
There is was everything terrible all my flights was delayed so I missed my connection flights
We sat on the tarmac for an hour. After our flight got delayed 30 minutes because the crew was late.
There was no clear update on the flight until last minute and made it an hour delay. No clear flight aircraft or incoming flight which we will be boarding. We would plan accordingly for our connecting flight. This is one one the worst service, I also had to buy an another ticket with different ai carrier. American airline was not letting me plan my trip, made us just waiting. Not a good service at all.
The flight attendance were very pleasant and funny. They made boarding and the flight very pleasant. Just wish the seats cushions had more comfort. Very flat and hard.
Flight was delayed because of mechanical. Could not get landing space which caused me to miss my connection. Messy and not organized.
Flight was delayed due to a steering issue with plane. The delay caused me to miss the connecting flight. The delay caused me to spend an extra 21 hours in airports and flights to get to my destination. The plane issue obviously should have been found and fixed before we even boarded. Ridiculous.
Flight delayed 3 times due to maintenance (on exact same plane that had just brought us from Boston to Miami). Eventually changed to a different plane and gate.
Both flights were delayed. One by an hour and the other by 1 1/2 hours after boarding.
