Improper handling of situation. There was flight scheduled later, but CS agent kept jerking us around. By the time I reached the United counter, the next flight was full. My total flight time was 36 hours. I still can’t believe that the pilot was missing. Worse yet, the agent at the gate could have made things much easier instead of telling everyone that a pilot was on his way to the airport.
I didn't go. It was $400 just to change my name on my ticket from my maiden name to my married name. I am so disappointed and will never use Kayak again!!!
Flight was cancelled on our way back home from Gudalajara, was speaking to a representative for almost 2 hours to get me on the next flight the flight representative forgot to put me on hold and told everyone how rude i was, i was not rude i was just trying to get home. The representative couldn’t help me so i asked to be transferred to a manager, after 2 hours i was transferred and the manager hung the phone up. Long story short i called back spoke to another manager Yana and she was the rudest lady ever! She basically told me for waiting to long i will have to be placed on a flight 2 days after my cancellation flight. I started to cry because i needed to be home and she basically did not care so i took the date. Never again and i will warn everyone about this airline and their customer service!

Priority to Business is announced but there is no separation with economy and they start loading passengers up right away.

pls work out a system checking in luggages to destination directly, instead of rechecking in at transferring hub like Beijing. Can be stressful under time pressure. If there’s any flight delay, the whole trip can be messed up.
There was no vegetarian food.
Food was quite good and there were plenty of TV and movie options to choose from. Little perks like warm washcloths before meals and a packet with slippers, an eye mask and a a toothbrush were a nice touch for an economy seat. Staff had a very helpful attitude.
Crew service was excellent. Food choice and spread was nice and I was able to eat well despite not eating the chinese dishes.
I wish the food was american chinese - like PF chang !
Scored an awesome seat with no one next to me in a small cabin between first and coach class.
Even after I had carefully check luggage restrictions I got thoroughly hassled about my ski bag and had to pay considerably extra and do major persuading. The fact the air china desk doesn't open till within 3 hours of flight time at Tom Bradley international terminal at lax is madness. All these red eye flights going through security at once was one of my worst flight experiences. I the picture I took of it is an awesome representation of the term madness
