"Everything was orderly and easy going. Was worried reading about all the bad behaved passengers, but crew was kind but stern in their warnings. Anyway, all was as I had hoped."

"It was a redeye flight, so there's not much that can be done to make it "better" per se. The crew is respectful of passengers trying to sleep, the lights remain low and announcements to a minimum. The amount of in-flight entertainment and charging ports available at each seat means I can easily find something to watch/listen to until I fall asleep, and my devices will be charged and ready to go when I reach my destination in the morning!"

Cons: "The flight was delayed twice and then jump back to the original time according to the JetBlue app. I had also called the airport I was departing from, and they're updated system said it was the original time, as well. Then they offered 2 wave the fees for cancellation or change of itinerary. So I went to go do that for the next day, because my flight wouldn't land in till 3 in the morning. But right as i clicked the confirm button, it said that offer was no longer eligible. And then it got changed again to the second alert which was 11:40 something, for departure. I understand that there was a severe thunderstorm and tornado watch, and warnings along the surrounding cities, however the continually changes in time, JetBlue and mco were not update with each other, it changed so much, so fast."

Cons: "The flight attendant at the front- I don’t know her name but she was wonderful, friendly and smiling and seemed genuinely pleased at her job. The flight attendant in the back I don’t believe smiled once the whole flight. It was a relatively short flight but still not one smile on boarding, in flight or once we landed. Probably gave the most morose safety demonstration in aviation history. I know most people don’t like their jobs but a smile does go a long way and for me personally it helps s great deal when you have an irrational fear of flying. She did nothing wrong but she could have at least looked like she wanted to be there."

Cons: "Pets were allowed on the flight, and we had no prior knowledge of this. I happened to be allergic to furry animals, especially cats and dogs. There were two dogs on board, one in a row toward the front and one in the back. There was nowhere that I could go and allergens were probably circulated in the system. There was also a terrible odor that several others said they could also smell. The attendant said that there was nothing that could be done, and we suffered through the entire flight. Also, the TV control was broken and there was no option to turn off the TV. The attendant said that there would be a $25 voucher issued for compensation. We have not heard a peep from anyone!"

She even gave some of us a tour of the galleys and taught us a few things about Mosaic customers as well as a few other operational things. I didn’t catch the other flights attendants names as they covered more of the back of the plane but they were both insanely hospitable and it was very clear that they loved their jobs as they were having fun. The women who checked us in also accommodated is with Even More Space seats after knowing we were crew members!"

Cons: "Autistic child behind me without mom supervising her or sitting next to her . The child was about 11 but for some reason her mother was sitting on the isle next to her and wasn’t concerned about having that changed or helping her daughter have a better experience on the plane. The lil girl was screaming , she had a car that she rolled on my seat and the seat next to me for hrs. It’s not her fault, her mom didn’t do anything to help.. nothing .. Then the Crew was arguing and wasn’t happy at all .. Craig talks so fast on the intercome I couldn’t understand him .. Craig wasn’t happy with him having to do credit cards and wanted to do trash . Him and the crew from the back were arguing and I was in disbelief that not one crew member tried to help, talk to the mom or do anything about it .But they were involved in their own mess so they were not worried about the young lady screaming . I left that flight with a headache and no rest what so ever..i really wish the mom or someone would have said something.. absolutely awful flight .. awful I left there saying to the crew get me off of this plane pls .."

Cons: "An electrical problem caused the plane to shut down. Rather than finding us new flights, we waited for many hours for the plane to be repaired. I was planning on making it to work by 9 this morning but the only folks who received alternate flights were the ones with connections :( in addition to this, the power shutting down on the plane was extremely unsettling. I have flown hundreds of times and have zero fear of flying. Today, I was terrified that the power would shut off mid-flight at any moment. I truly wish we'd been given another plane...i know that's tough. But something along those lines would have been better than stepping back on the one that shut down with all of us in it...after waiting for hours for it to be repaired. I do appreciate the $150 coupon though."

Cons: "We were very happy when we got seats in rows 3 and 4 but by the time we boarded only 3 of the 4 carry on bags we had made it into the overhead compartments. We had no other checked bags so we had to go to baggage claim for one carry on. People were putting small bags that should go under the seats in the upper compartments."

Cons: "The flight announcer at the beginning of the flight was super unprofessional. They kept having to stop their script in order to laugh and giggle. Had I not already know how to do the safety procedures, I wouldn't have learned it from him. The seat belt barely fit me. Now, to be fair, I am fat. But, when I had to suck in to belt in, there was no slack on the end. The seat 31C has a busted aux port. I tried to watch a movie, first off the closed captioning didn't work. So I tried to listen. The aux port wiggled in it's casing and there was so much static that there was no point in listening. The off boarding process was very slow and uncoordinated. I understand that they have to off board in a certain order. However, the flight announcer could have kept the rest of the plane updated on the process. Instead we had to sit in claustrophobic silence and fidget while the line of passengers in the aisle did not move."

Cons: "The flight was delayed several times. The plane was hot. There was a loud crying baby behind us kicking our seats... I thought there was more than one baby and was surprised to see all that was generated by one. Our attendant was a little snarky and dismissive. One entertainment screen was on the fritz, and the sound was messed up on the other, so we hacked them together to make one functioning system for one of us. The fly-fi was out of range for all but the last 30 minutes. The seats seem to be getting narrower, and I've lost weight!"

Pros: "I did appreciate how apologetic the flight crew was and eventually we were able to board our flight. I also appreciated the credit that Jetblue gave me for the inconvienence. That showed sensitivity on their part that was refreshing. I know it is the holidays so its busy, and unexpected situations do arise during these times especially, so at least the credit provided some positive relief to the disappointment."
Cons: "I understand that maintaince is a necessary and usual part of flying planes every day, that said, I had booked the earlier flight for the purpose and intention of getting into Boston earlier to spend more time with my family but arriving 5 hours later than expected was disappointing. Needless to say, the traffic getting out of Boston at 4pm on a Tuesday only added insult to injury. This was also the second time that I had an underwhelming experience overall flying Jetblue so that added to the disappointment."

Pros: "the seats were more comfortable than many other airlines, the snacks were more plentiful. I only saw one flight attendant doing anything in coach, he kept very busy and was pleasant. There was a female attendant around but I did not see her doing anything - maybe she was first class."
Cons: "First, the pre-boarding announcements were very difficult to hear and understand. The attendant spoke way too fast so that combined with the lack of clarity of the speakers made it almost impossible to understand what was being said. I have a hearing impairment so I need my husband to tell me but he too had trouble understanding the announcements. This was somewhat true during the announcements on the plane also, but less of a problem there. Let's face it, the audio systems really make things sound garbled so it is very important to speak clearly and slowly enough. I don't know how I could travel alone."

Cons: "Flight was delayed over 5 hrs. Not the airline's fault but waited in the help line for over an hr before the agent told me there was no earlier flight I could be placed on - she was incorrect. Pointed out that there was another flight that had also been delayed and therefore hadn't left yet - she agreed, put me on standby. At the gate, the boarding crew did not know what they were doing. The plane was 20% empty but crew made situation very hectic by giving standby passengers seats, taking them away, and then realizing there was actually enough room on the plane. Crew was friendly but incompetent in terms of problem solving."

"The terminal on my ticket was different than the gate number. We went through security and had to take a 15 min shuttle to a different terminal. Why not just go through security there? There were also no attendants at the gate to discuss seat assignments. My husband and I didn’t have seats together. Try on board crew was great, but the airport experience was lacking."

Cons: "We had a connection in Detroit. The flight from Seattle to Detroit arrived about 30 minutes late, and we barely made the connection. Apparently Delta had not told the Detroit-Boston flight to wait a few minutes for us. We did make the connection, but we arrived at the gate with no seat assignment (we had been bumped the day before from our original flight because of a mechanical problem) as the plane was loading. Had we missed the flight, we would have had to spend the night in Detroit and go to Boston the next day. Delta should have told the gate agent that we were coming."

Cons: "It was ridiculously cold for 2 1/2 hours. When my seat mate asked for a blanket, the stewardess said she only had one more - then walked off. For drinks, they skipped several people. I had to catch her eye to ask for one and then ask her to get my kids a drink in front of me."

Pros: "Even though we were in the very back row, we did not experience a foul smell from the restrooms. This was a very nice relief. It is bad enough that the seats don't recline and there is no window in the very back row but prior experience with the added nausea of foul restroom order has been a serious insult to injury. In this case there was really minimal odor. Also since we are traveling as a family we are very happy that we were seated together. We have experienced the past that sometimes our seats will be fragmented and that creates major challenges when you are traveling with young children. However on this particular flight the ride was rough during both takeoff and landing, a lot of side to side shimmy. Also the cabin pressure varied quite a bit during landing causing all the kids to complain about some discomfort in their ears."

Pros: "About 10-15 yrs ago I stopped transatlantic flights on Delta. It was a scruffy airline with uninterested cabin crew & not to talk of food etc. What a change! Neat clean A330, friendly crew & food + beverages to brag (you pay outrageous prices on 'leaner-meaner' airlines if at all available). Loved the whole experience. Flying is not only getting from A to B & Delta has realized it. Looking forward to my next Delta flight!"

Delta did not permit re-booking to flights that left JFK for Boston earlier, even tho there seats available, instead insisting that we had to wait for our assigned flight. Pros: "Pilot got us back safe through some bad turbulence, the flight was shaky from start to finish. They gave extra snacks, were attentive to any needs. Would definitely trust Delta pilots again. Also with this being a connecting flight, it was nice that the group of five I was in was given an entire row to ourselves."

My flight was kind of an outlier experience as someone on my flight fell very ill and needed immediate medical attention. The KLM employees on board did a very good job of taking care of the situation and making sure everyone else on board still had a calm flight experience."

"I checked in using the app flying from IAD to CR and connecting in Panama. I was over 2 hours early for my flight. Upon boarding they didn’t let me board because I needed a paper ticket and a QR code nobody told me about. Your employee decided to just take me out of the flight instead of fixing the issue. She put me on a red flight. That alleged QR code Could have been completed on the plane since I am fully vaccinated. Horrible experience throughout. Your employees are on our parent and rude"

"Friendly crew on plane. Food and beverage service was appreciated. Copa staff at check-in was uninformed or new. He was requesting a document aside from the required negative covid test results to enter the US. On the first leg, a shorter flight, there was a screen on the back of each seat for easy viewing. On the next leg, which was the longer flight, there were only occasional drop down screens that were more difficult to view dependent upon where you were seated."

Cons: "We booked tickets to Costa Rica with Copa and they just changed our flights to two days later than the booking. They didn’t even bother to inform us of the change we only found out because we booked through Kayak and they let us know. Apparently Copa expects you to frequently check your booking just in case they’ve changed anything and don’t feel the need to inform their customers of any changes they make. Then we were told we could get a Copa voucher to use for other Copa flights for having to cancel our booking and rebook with another airline as a 48 hour change to our flight made flying with Copa not doable for us. But the website kept telling us we had a voucher that was sent to our email but despite repeated attempts it never came through. And spent hours trying to get through to someone on the phone to sort it out with no success ever getting through. My advice. NEVER EVER FLY WITH COPA."

Cons: "There was additional security screening at the gate (terminal 1 gate 111). We were not allowed to bring the bottled water we had just purchased into the gate area. My wife became quite dehydrated and had to leave and then re-screen in the security checkpoint because she was so dehydrated. We were not informed of this additional security screening prior to arriving at this gate. I wish we were informed ahead of time and/or there was some water provided in the secure gate area."

Cons: "Copa check in is now at Terminal 3, but boarding is from Tom Bradley Inter'l Terminal. We did not see a regular "high placed" sign for Copa which caused us to make two circuits until we saw the street side sigm which is in a nondescript area and easy to miss. My entertainment touch screen was not responsive and sticky. It froze twice. However after bringing it to the attention of the crew, they did make the effort of resetting it. In this regard I highly commend the very tall FA who was a credit to his profession. It still had problems but did work somewhat. I will add that in all my prior experiences in which this problem occurs the FA's are too busy, or forget to reset the entertainment system, so I happy that he did. The interior did not seemed to be very clean there were food stains on the pull out tray and no in flight magazine in my seat pocket. the cabin crew was nice, youngish but did not have enough personality to tell off passengers doing things that they shouldn't out of common courtesy like the passenger seated next to me playing Chinese language videos out loud on his i phone. The same group spent a lot of time burping and then spending an inordinate length of time picking their teeth with wooden toothpicks which did not make for a pleasant scene. I almost lost my appetite seeing which what vigor they went at it, what were they expecting to find? They would then spit the residue in the air making me a bit nauseous. The food was dire especially the two melted cheese/beef/chicken sandwiches served near the last third of the trip. The main lunch ravioli meal served earlier was not bad. The bottom line is that the flight was uneventful with nothing to note, but there is definite room for improvement."

Cons: "Panamanian TSA has a second checkpoint at each gate. This means you get the general check we are all used to, but at the gate there's a second patdown and x-ray where liquids purchased inside the terminal are discarded or you have to exit the gate area to drink it! People had to give up their sealed, duty free bags and we had to give up our cans of soda we had just purchased. Fuller disclosure- in Spanish and English- should be given to patrons at stores and BEFORE entering the gate to avoid displeasure. We know drug traffickers are slick, but innocent people don't appreciate the inconvenience. My son's blunt tip, plastic, safety scissors were also taken at this airport because of the thin "blade" affixed to the plastic, but it left the USA in his school pencil case without any issues on our way there."

The film was the same one shown Southbound, not as listed in magazine. We were late taking off and late landing (the latter beyond the captain's control, don't know about why we were late to take off)."

Pros: "I liked how accommodating the staff was with seating for my family, as I was traveling with two young children and we weren't seated together. There was more leg room than most other domestic air travel companies I have been on. There was no upgrade charge for every little thing, such as blankets, pillows, etc. We were fed on each flight, and alcoholic beverages were at no additional charge. The exit tax to leave Costa Rica was included in our ticket, which I was not aware of until I was leaving the country. (nice surprise). Over all, most other airline companies in the USA have made changes that improve their bottom line, but they have completely ruined any favorable aspect of traveling with their airline (American Airlines, Frontier, Southwest, Delta, etc). Copa has done a great job of providing great service and cost for travelers. Please do not change your business strategy by removing some of the above mentioned benefits I enjoyed in order to improve your profit margin. It is refreshing to know there are still air carriers out there that retain the service that is hoped for by most travelers. Also, Roxana and her entire flight crew were outstanding. Thank you , I will fly with you anytime I have the chance."

Cons: "I was quite disappointed once again that I was never informed that in order to have a vegetarian meal it had to be ordered ahead of time and the only meal options both were meat. So I was served a single roll and a salad aka (one slice of cucumber and about 3 fork fulls of lettuce) but hey that's better than getting nothing on the 1st dlight. Also I was given an exit seat and was literally the first person in line that morning to check in but when I boarded I was told I had to move my seat because I didn't speak spanish... So why assign me the seat in the first place. Also flight was delayed about an hour and a half NOT due to weather conditions."

I find this very suspicious since I also discovered that someone tried to access the inside of my luggage at Panama City on the initial flight! Your crew on the ground and in the terminals in Panama City are running scams! Beware! Very disturbed by this and plan on sharing this on social media as a beware to copa travelers going through or to Panama City! Literally set up check point at ramp to plan confiscating stuff bough in the terminal after already going through security!"

Pros: "The fare was relatively low so I was not expecting much beyond safe transit between Costa Rica and Panamá. I was pleasantly surprised by the robust flight crew that all seemed knowledgeable, very friendly, and professional. I particularly enjoyed the quick and easy check in, no extra charges for my very large checked item, in flight entertainment via headrest screens, ample leg room and storage, and the ability to charge my phone during the flight via USB. Even though I was a passenger in coach, we were provided a light snack and free alcohol and beverages during the short flight. All in all, even as a very frequent traveler, Copa surpassed my expectations. I will definitely fly with them again."
Cons: "The only thing I felt could be improved was the boarding process and signage. I was originally in an exit row seat but was unexpectedly relocated as I boarded. The explanation was quite vague, even though I asked the gentleman to repeat himself twice, but overall the change was fine. I was moved up a few rows and kept my window seat preference, so I wasn't upset. I only wish I had been notified earlier at the check in desk rather than holding up the line of passengers behind me."

Cons: "Both ways we had to sit and wait on board for over 2 hours on tarmac prior to take off. Captain said needed more fuel and to fix problem or to lessen weight. Tried to get bottle of water because I was dying of thirst and staff could not sell a bottle of water. Only give a 3oz cup full. Which was gone in 2 seconds."

Played lion on small overhead screens After over 1h at passport control, our luggage wasn't there, they sent a few suitcases and told us that was it but then They made us wait like 15 more min for our suitcases... It was really amazing. This group of people worked well together, and they supported each other and the customers incredibly."

First to board are for those with special needs requiring more time (families with kids, etc.), then the first class passengers, then those without carry-on, or who are willing to leave their carry-on as gate check, then for the first 10 rows, and then the back rows, and then everyone else. This seems to work fairly well since it minimizes jams associated with front row seating first, as well as seating those who have large carry-ons."
Cons: "The only thing is that they should emphasize more that those who board first because they do not have carry-on, but just personal bags, should place those personal bags under the seat rather than use that to board first and then take up valuable space in the overhead compartment. I saw people board first claiming only personal bags, and then they would deposit their bags towards the front in overhead compartments, or they would just put their bags sideways in the overhead--taking up twice as much space as carryon bags going in lengthwise. There was a family with a 4-year-old child as a Lap-child. This held up boarding because flight staff was occupied trying to find three seats together for the family, who were spread over several rows. This held up the boarding line for several minutes as they tried to maneuver the family around to find an extra seat for the 4-year-old, who did not have a purchased seat. Eventually other passengers gave up their seat so the family could seat together, put this took up quite a bit of time for the staff. The gate check staff should have noticed the 4-year-old was too large to qualify as a lap-child, and should have arranged for the family to have another seat prior to boarding."

Cons: "I paid to upgrade to an exit row seat (I'm 6'4") and was seated between two Sun Country pilots commuting out to Boston. Shortly after sitting down, one of the pilots went up to the cockpit, and had a gate agent come down and move me to a standard seat so he didn't have to sit next to anyone. In addition to that, I now have to fight through endless "on hold" garbage to try to get my money back from Sun Country. Very disappointed in how this employee chose to treat a customer."

Cons: "The online check-in system was down/non-functional, so that we had to check in at the airport. The seats were unusually uncomfortable for SunCountry, and the flight carrier seemed to be outdated with lack of media or music entertainment."

Pros: "I couldn't connect to the server to book our seats and prepay our luggage for 3 of us going. I emailed Sun Country, and someone really did call me back and took care of everything for me, I was very happy!! Thank you."

"This flight was intense. It was overcrowded, people weren’t following Covid guidelines. And in general, was a mess due to young kids causing a lot of noise and disturbance. I ended up with a headache the entire flight because of it."

Cons: "Two loud drunks talked loudly about inappropriate topics the entire flight while not wearing masks. Several people were not wearing masks and the crew never even tried to quiet them down or to tell anyone about the mask. I wondered if the crew agreed with what they were saying that’s why they allowed it. I say that because the one time a steward came to speak to them, it was in the most endearing way. The drunks were commenting that they were told there’d be alcohol and the steward said something like “It’ll be back soon. It’s just that things have been difficult. Have you been watching the news?” in the sweetest way. It felt like a wink."

Most of the announcements in flight were muffled and hard to hear. The safety speech was really quite terrible. I think someone was torturing her to do it. It was really quite painful to listen to....."

Pros: "Despite getting no updates, our flight itinerary was changed from a 3.30pm flight to a 9.20pm flight. Unfortunately this was after landing from Milan at 1.30 with two small children so we had already had a very long day. We absolutely never would have booked this flight itinerary had we known of the change."
Cons: "I am beyond stunned that our flight itinerary was changed from 3.30pm to 9.20pm with no notification. This is absolutely unreasonable and inexcusable made even worse that we had already had a very long journey from Milan to JFK with two small children. Evidently the issue was that we booked via a 3rd party off the kayak site and not directly with British airways. When American airways changed the flight from 3.30 to 3.25, the 3rd party company failed to file for our updated itinerary so British air/American air bumped us to the next flight at 9.20pm. We have long been loyal to kayak feeling it provides the best breadth of options and good pricing. Now we may use kayak to see all the options but I can’t booking directly with kayak anymore after this complete disaster. We ended up renting a car and driving from jfk to Boston, getting home 23 hours after our journey had started, stressed, beyond exhausted and now have to return the rental car. Thanks kayak."

Cons: "There was an issue where someone had boarded and somehow taken my seat. I was asked to wait until the very end and then allowed in my seat once the passenger in my designated seat was asked to deboard the plane. I don't know how that could have happened."

Pros: "Or some attitude re-adjustment. I usually observe rude passengers acting the way some of the stewards were acting."

Pros: "I got to Boston safely and the pilot and attendants did their best jobs. Also my luggage arrived in a timely manner."
Cons: "Your seats are too small even for a relatively small person. You should hire more flight attendants so that they are more available to help customers. We should be fed on flights of 6 hours long. American treats us like chattel and make flying unappealing."

Pros: "NOTHING"
Cons: "Everything. Flights canceled due to "weather" but every other airline was flying to these locations and the customer service experience was miserable at best."

Cons: "flight kept getting changed from delayed to on time then we finally get on the runway and have to shut the engines down and we were told that we would have to wait there for an hour"

Cons: "I specifically never choose American Airlines because whenever I do there are problems. I chose Iberia, not American Airlines and I got switched to it. Sat at the gate for 2 hours after my flight was ALREADY delayed because they didn't load our luggage under the plane correctly and it wasn't safe to fly. I will be calling American Airlines to file a complaint."

Pros: "Gate flight updates"
Cons: "No information on luggage even though they knew luggage was not received in London They could have sent me an update instead of having me wait at carousel for 1:30 hours waiting for my bag to show up"

Pros: "United airlines canceled a flight last minute that I needed in order to get to my best friends' wedding on time, I usually fly AA but the United flights were slightly cheaper at the time. The options United gave me would have had me missing the wedding, AA had more flights that allowed me to make it in time, considering it was booked 12 hours before take-off, it was decently reasonable and left on time and got in early (imagine that, United). Thank you American Airlines, again!"

Cons: "The connecting flight was with a partnership airline but I was not notified of this before I got on my flight. When I went to the information desk they had no idea where my flight was, or if it even existed. I had to wait for the Hainan Airlines booths to open for a different flight and then ask them. I waited over an hour in total and was then afraid I would miss my connecting flight."

Pros: "The entertainment was updated and refreshing."
Cons: "Snacks was only pretzel"

Cons: "No entertainment on the flight, no plugs so my phone died, as I almost missed this flight due to my first leg being late, so I was very bored on this plane."

Cons: "We were downgraded from Main Cabin Extra rows 7 and 8 to row 30. We were told that we will get refund automatically. However, we received nothing. Getting a refund back is now becomes a very complicated process with zero transparency. Main Cabin Extra is kind of a scam. We bought it specifically for an extra leg room. However, on the flight from PHX to BOS, all seats in the economy class have the same leg room. The agent explicitly told us that on this plane all seats are the same. So, they offer product they do not have and collect money. Sounds like a scam to me."

Pros: "Comfortable flight. Streamlined boarding process"
Cons: "Outbound flight was delayed by 2 hours because the flight crew that was supposed to fly our flight was delayed relying out of some other airport. Had to get a rental car and ended up reaching my friends place really late. And had an interview early next morning. Not ideal at all."

Pros: "The experience was average."
Cons: "While the brakes/ tires issue was not their fault, it's much more helpful to post a 2 hour delay (and surprise us with an earlier boarding) than checking with mechanics every 15 minutes with updates announced but no projected departure time!"

Cons: "Had to book a flight to Providence and then rent a car to drive to Boston since there were no other available flights to Boston today."

Cons: "- No food although I was entitled to free snack with my status - Service was inexistant - Premium seat (front row) thanks to my One World status but no space for my legs at all - it would have been better in a normal seat"

Cons: "Cancelled flight last minute and I was put on another flight hours later; with a 1.5 hour delay too; no credit or voucher provided"

Pros: "the crew handled the lengthy delay as well as they could, seems like they didn't have any information either which is ridiculous."
Cons: "We boarded the plane at 1:30 for a 2:00 flight, there was a filter out in one of the three bathrooms; the option to take a 45 min flight without use of the restrooms was there, we were told to use the restroom if we needed to before the flight so everyone did... then we continued to sit on the ground for two hours. After two hours we were allowed to get off the plane, 20 minutes later back onto the plane, backed away from the gate and then pulled into a different gate and were told to get back off the plane. At this point we were given no info or direction but to go talk to special services if we want to re-book a different flight (sold out until at the earliest 8:15pm). After about an hour they announce they are re-boarding the original plane, takes another 45 minutes to board the plane, then we are told two separate issues caused this lengthy delay one was a filter in the bathroom and the other was a thermostat... seems like very basic standard maintenance issues that could have been avoided with routine checks. We were offered zero compensation, the trip took over 6 hours in all to fly from Philadelphia PA to Boston MA; a trip I could have driven in less time. I continue to have issues with American Airlines and "mechanical" delays, the last flight i was on From Charlotte to Baltimore was delayed an hour due to a strap in the cargo area. I don't understand the logic behind the decisions made to hold the full plane over 5 hours instead of taking a 45 minute flight, but I will say the crew was very apologetic and handled the situation well."

Cons: "Sat on the Tarmac for 3 hrs before being put on another plane"

Pros: "AA has. Not been an airline I have used in many years. Great experience, I will be looking to fly with them again very soon."
