Cons: "Schedules, schedules, schedules. What is the point of having them if they are not followed. People plan around schedules, while it is always good to on a few minutes earlier, what is the point if one is trapped inside the plane. I have a returned ticket, hope the service will improve."
Cons: "They pushed my flight forward 15 hours but didn't tell me until five hours before my flight. Not only that but they didn't change the second leg of my trip so I was on the phone for an hour trying to straighten it out. Very stressful."

Cons: "We arrived to the airport over two hours before our departure time. We waited in line for over an hour to check our bags and get our boarding passes. When we checked our bags, we were told to hurry as our flight was boarding. We rushed through the airport to get in line to board the plane. When we got to the line to board the plane, we waited another hour before we were told to get on a bus to take us to our plane. Our plan left 45 minutes later than expected, but the airport never communicated any details about a delay. We rushed to wait in line instead of having time to get things at the airport or sit."

Cons: "El día miércoles arribé al aeropuerto Benito Juárez de la Ciudad de Mexico, dónde quise acceder al VIP LOUNGE de Aeroméxico ya que mi ticket lo compré para el servicio Priority y al llegar al Lobby del Lounge me negaron la entrada ya que me dijeron que debía pagar $25 para acceder ahí ya que no contaba con membresía alguna. Me parece una falta de respeto y mal servicio, ya que si uno paga por viajar en Priority es para gozar todos sus beneficios sin costo alguno. Me molesta ya que en la ciudad de Boston estuve en el vip lounge sin costo extra alguno, además tienen personal muy arrogante y clasista dentro del Lounge de la Ciudad de México"
Pros: "Perfect timing, pilots throttled up to catch up on a delayed departure, absolutely bang on. Cabin crew were great. Comfortable seats with recline."
Cons: "Inside could do with a clean, but it was an older 737 workhorse, typical wear & tear. I paid more than expected but I did get a good reliable service."

Cons: "I paid for 30 minutes of WiFi to download the United app on my iPad. I wanted to watch the movies/tv shows that were available to passengers. The WiFi was spotty and slow so I wasn’t able to load the app. Needless to say I was disappointed. I also was disappointed with the seating. I am an average size person and I felt very cramped in my seat. My shoulders and neck are killing me after a 2 hour flight. I know that I chose the economy seating but I don’t remember the seats being quite so narrow or the leg room being non existent."
Pros: "A very tall, male, flight attendant very wonderfully took me almost all the way from one end of the horseshoe to the other. I didn't catch his name but he was SO helpful."

They apparently have an odd policing if you haven't checked in at the airport 2 hours ahead of your flight, you don't get to fly. No one alerted us to this policy and spirit even double down on the claim the my didn't have our contact information to alert us while I was actively receiving texts from them. Did nothing to try and help us. Pay more elsewhere. It will save you in he long run."

Cons: "I went to the airport 35 min before the flight left with no luggage. I was told that Airline policy is to cutoff at 45 minutes and so they did not give me a boarding pass. I asked for alternative arrangements. They said that they can give me a ticket for a flight 48 hours later. They also said that they do not partner with other airlines so they cannot help. I purchased a ticket with another airline and left a few hours later. The staff told me that this is an everyday occurrence. Policies are fine but the staff should provide alternate solutions."
