Pros: Seat very v=comfotable

Pros: Plane was new and equipped
Cons: In first class we had beef jerky for breakfast

Pros: Sanitized, open middle seats, comfortable
Cons: We were stuck on the tarmac for 40+ minutes due to our gate being blocked by another plane. We almost missed our connection and had to run through the airport with our luggage and the staff at our second gate yelling “hurry up” at us like it was our fault.

Pros: Friendly crew

Cons: None

Pros: Great crew.

Pros: Everything! the best part was that the they kept the middle seat empty!
Cons: nothing

Cons: For some reason, we were asked several times for Passports. This didn’t make any sense since we are US citizens with drivers license. They even had TSA talk to us. This has to be fixed. Otherwise, Delta experience was great.

Pros: Don’t go overboard
Cons: Cleaner

Pros: Good
Cons: Good for now

Pros: Well organized and easy to check in.
Cons: No

Cons: Nothing, really. Airlines unfortunately can’t make people patient or polite, & I can’t afford a private jet, so I’ll have to settle for an eye roll or twelve.

Cons: It’s time to update the snacks, bu thank you for serving more than just peanuts. I was very cold on the flight - unusual, but definitely very chilly.

Pros: Delayed boarding but made up for lost time in the air
Cons: Delayed boarding

Pros: Everything
Cons: Nothing

Cons: The inoperative TV screens should be repaired.

Pros: Was boarded promptly

Pros: You know what you are getting with Delta
Cons: The economy seats were really tiny, this made the flight fairly uncomfortable

Cons: Plane was late taking off. Crew did not provide water when requested. They were busy with beverages that they could sell at a cost.

Pros: Seat was comfortable and I got extra Biscoff Cookies
Cons: Great trip

Cons: The flight attendants were quick with the pick up of drinks. I had only been served my drink for five minutes and they were already coming around to pick up trash.

Pros: Smooth flights and in time. Everyone is so nice. True professionals

Pros: Seating was fine
Cons: Did not have a wheelchair waiting for my wife when we arrived in LAX

Pros: Everything was great. Has nothing to do with the airline, just rough weather.
Cons: The stewardess could come around more. Just twice. Once for food. Once for trash. Just me tho

Cons: Delays due to Democrats not making deal

Pros: Good service this morning
Cons: All good

Pros: I was trying with a broken arm - the Crew both on the plane and off the plane was wonderful
Cons: Would like more food available-not for purchase but with what comes with your flight

Cons: We left 30 minutes late due to congestion and I missed a layover. Otherwise it was a great experience

Pros: Everything went great. Flight left a little late but was fine and only arrived a little late. I like the side wings on head rests really help.
Cons: Seats are always hard on long flights.

Cons: Delays, delays, delays... first class ticket from BOS to MSP got me a 6 hour delay and a middle seat in econ main cabin at the back of the plane. Delta you suck!

Pros: Got to London on-time (early, actually) and safely. The in flight meal was okay. The leg room in comfort plus was great, the mobile app was awesome, and the staff (check-in, gate, cabin and flight deck) were professional and friendly all around.
Cons: The leg room was great, but as a broad-shouldered guy, the width of the seat was miserable. Unfortunately, the Delta 767 doesn't offer any upgrade for a wider seat beyond Delta One, and my employer won't spring for that. Too bad there isn't a premium economy option. Also, the entertainment unit in the seat next to mine malfunctioned, which you wouldn't think would impact me that much except that because it was "seeing" touches randomly throughout the flight, the screen would turn on, off, brighter, dimmer, play random stuff, and just generally be as annoying as possible to everyone nearby throughout an overnight flight.

Pros: Excellent crew, snacks and coffee, comfortable economy seats. Plane landed 15 min early. Bags beat me to the carousel.

Cons: Tray table was broken, I was downgraded from Comfort plus to main cabin after a plane swap with no mention by anyone and no compensation. Flight was delayed 45 minutes because a flight attendant was running late and then to top it off, at the end of. The flight the attendants blocked anyone fromaim cabin from leaving until all of first class had departed, even when no one was coming they still Blocked it off. This is a practice I have never seen on delta and haven't seen in aviation in almost 20 years in the US

Pros: Leg room and seats are very tight and I'm a small person.
Cons: Coach class is very crowded.

Pros: Direct flight, on time, friendly crew, smooth flight

Pros: Cabin crew and captain were great.
Cons: Don't like how you don't get your seat assignment until you get to the gate. I was given the window seat in the very last row for a 6 hour flight, quite uncomfortable. I could've booked another airline for a similar price and picked the seat i wanted at booking. They ran out of food choices by the time they got to the last row, so we were given whatever was left. Delayed because one of the bathroom doors wasn't working, 30 min later still wasn't fixed and ultimately they decided to go without it.

Pros: Staff smooth flight great landing and free movies
Cons: Everything was perfect

Pros: Your entertainment system is fabulous!
Cons: We purchased a direct flight from Boston to Tampa. We paid extra for the convenience of a direct flight Our flight was changed without notification to a connecting flight that was leaving 10 minutes earlier and arriving 2 hours later. Due to malfunction with the kiosk and not a sufficient amount of agents at check in, we missed our flight by 4 minutes. The gate agent seemed to enjoy telling us, with our 10 month old baby, that we were too late. Our baggage, including car seat, had been loaded on the plane. We were reassigned to a flight the following morning. We missed a full day with family, had to travel back home without a car seat and return to the airport the following day. I was shocked and disappointed that not single Delta agent was accommodating or remotely helpful while we were at the airport. I've never had a problem with Delta before. We travel on regularly and would like to continue using Delta. I would like a voucher for my next Delta trip.

Pros: Quick flight
Cons: Paid $30 for wifi and it never worked. Would like a refund

Pros: The staff are wonderful and helpful. Best wishes to Delta. Please keep the great employees.

Cons: Delayed for 4 hours due to mechanical difficulties

Cons: My wife was told she could not board our flight from Boston to Paris because her passport was expired, even though it was not expired. We were told that in Europe passports cannot expire within 3 months of your departure. However, Delta never let us know about this rule until we literally were boarding the plane. How they could not make us aware of this until we were boarding the airplane is unbelievable and unacceptable. This has ruined our vacation which has been in planning for the last six months.

Pros: Complimentary snack mini-meal. Early departure and arrival. Availability of extra seat and elbow room. Free movies.
Cons: Entertainment screen would not tilt to comfortable angle when passenger in front of me reclined his seat, and the screen/system stopped functioning properly near end of flight.

Pros: Everything was just right

Pros: Delta service and conford are great.
Cons: Pay for wifi

Pros: you must be kidding me!!! nothing to say good about this fly !!The sad part I'm American Express Delta SkyMiles credit card holder and they couldn't do anything for meThe only good thing we arrive in Mexico
Cons: flying to Mexico with. my two boys !!to begin I have to call Delta to put us seat together because the time of the fight had changed!! before we are siting by de middle of the plain when a booked r three seat together !! but than i got a imail confimatin with separete seattle for the kids!!we end up sitting all the way back on the plan!! we end up sitting all the way back on the plane l!! no TVs no windows in the last sits by the only two bathrooms on the plane with two boys that was not fun at all !!The sad part I'm American Express Delta SkyMiles credit card holder and they couldn't do anything for me when I called them

Pros: We were stuck for an hour and a half on the tarmac
Cons: We were stuck for an hour and a half on the tarmac

Pros: Im usually not one to sleep on ttransport but I was very comfy on this flight and was able to sleep the whole three hours
Cons: The snacks.

Pros: Nothing
Cons: Everything

Cons: Great flight, ontime departure and early arrival. Bags were delivered within 15 minutes of Ariosto the gate.

Cons: More legroom and monitors in the seat back like Jetblue.

Cons: Feed me

Cons: Too many travelers on the same flight, but I know its the day before thanksgiving so its the way it is.

Pros: Nothing!
Cons: Wifi was not functional, making me unable to do work for the duration of the flight. Rude flight attend literally stormed off mid-conversation as I was asking for assistance with wifi. And this was in FIRST CLASS. Unbelievable. And Unacceptable.

Pros: Crew were exceptional!!! Organizing the passengers and make the arrangements to meet the requirements of social distance. Bravo!!!
Cons: Cookies had a very bad taste. Water was perfect!

Pros: The crew was respectful and friendly, the seat was comfortable

Pros: The comfort of the plane and aircraft crew.
Cons: Customer service. Ridiculous when buying flight tickets, regardless the economy “restriction” if you buy two tickets together you put them together even if your picking the seats. A money scam charging more for us to pick our seats. Common sense isn’t that common

Pros: Lisa Inzerillo is amazing, I don’t know how she kept everyone happy and safe. What an amazing employee she is, please thank her supervisor for such great training and service!
Cons: If Lisa was our flight attendant on previous flights!

Pros: Entertainment was good for the length of the flight.
Cons: Delayed several times, one of which was because they didn’t have enough gas for the trip. The pilot also came in so fast and hard that he slammed on the planes breaks when landing - violently shaking the entire plane.

Cons: Sat on tarmac for over 40 min waiting for gate

Pros: Nothing
Cons: They make flights to depart on time. Also they should tell anything about the reason when they are delaying four times for a flight

Cons: Plane was delayed for 1 hour, electrical problems, which were never fixed. No entertainment no wifi, unable to charge battery on cell phone. Cabin very warm.

Pros: The crew members were extremely helpful. It was a full flight and hard to find space for all the carry-on luggage, but an extremely helpful stewardess did a great job of finding space for my bag. She was attentive and friendly for the beverage service and really made me feel welcome.

Pros: Crew was nice. Boarding and deplaning was quick. Flight was on time
Cons: WiFi was super slow

Pros: Attentiveness of crew and meeting my needs
Cons: More leg room/space and a FREE sandwich. I’ll take one is those.

Pros: The seat was great
Cons: Cabin crew - service

Pros: Everything
Cons: No idea. I thought everything was good.

Cons: No complaints, great crew, great service, great flight!

Pros: Flight crew were very apologetic
Cons: Missed connecting flight from Miami. Only one flight per day. Had to take a flight to an alternative location, drive for an hour down the coast and take a ferry to my final destination.

Pros: What you expect from an internal US flight: no food, crowded flight, cramped seats. I have come to expect two things - arrive on time and arrive safely. The good, we arrived safely.
Cons: Pulled away from gate and sat on tarmac for over an hour while technical difficulties fixed. We should not have boarded until plane was ready. We arrived over one hour late and just made connecting flight. Our luggage was not so fortunate.

Pros: There was an excellent selection of movies to choose from. The seats were pretty nice and clean and modern. A power outlet at every seat, and not just USB.
Cons: Flight was delayed due to paperwork and some people were racing to their connecting flights. Lots of turbulence. The seats seemed comfortable at first, but actually hurt my tailbone pretty quickly, while the 17 hour flight we took next did not. Tray tables are the folding kind and a bit awkward. We were in the last row by the bathrooms and our seats didn't recline at all. You had to pay for any kind of snacks other than a little bag of pretzels and a package of cookies. We were in one of the last two boarding sections, and the woman letting us on the plane tried to make us check out carry-on luggage, stating that the overhead bins were full. Well, we didn't want to be without our bags for the next 24 hours, so we argued and she let us "try" to bring them on. There was PLENTY of room back there! It's just the standard line they feed, apparently, so beware if you're sitting in the back of the plane!

Cons: No message to call with passengers with kids to board first or any military personnel boarding first.

Pros: Generally clean plane with good entertainment system and technology overall. Diabetic meal much better than in the past.
Cons: Didn't announce meal choices at the start so flight attendant had to repeat herself every. Single. Row. They forgot my diabetic meal on the last part them forgot to include cutlery and it took a long time to sort out but they were otherwise lovely.

Cons: I wish there was another option for a snack. There are many companies that would probably love to advertise through distribution to airline passengers.

Pros: Nice flight, great leg room, staff was friendly and flight was on time.

Pros: Due to a strong tailwind we arrived 45 minutes ahead of schedule. Great service with attentive attendants. However the plane was older than me, no real entertainment system or outlets to plug in smart devices.
Cons: Plane needs to be retired or retrofitted to accommodate smart device charging.

Pros: The terminal seating
Cons: I am a 100% disabled veteran and I was being rushed by flight stewards with no regard to my physical limitations. I wanted to try the kayak route but after this last experience I don’t know if I’ll still with Kayak

Pros: The crew was really nice and caring
Cons: The music and entertainment collection was very limited

Cons: The plane was dirty, the window had a leak, the TV was too far away and the sound system to watch the movie was broken. When the plane is in that poor of a condition, it's time to replace it. F.

Pros: Everything great. Rate food and entertainment moderate because there was no dinner, which we did not require, and we went to sleep so didn't pay attention to entertainment.

Pros: The flight crew was professional, friendly and competent. They served the dinner as early in the flight as possible.
Cons: This was a plane with central screens along the aisle, and the airline chose to broadcast a sci-fi action movie with almost constant flashing blue light, and violent action scenes. This was first of all a movie that many people, including me, would never choose to watch, but since it was on the aisle screens there was no getting away from it. It was also unsuitable for children, even without sound. But mainly, I object to the showing of any film in that situation - only aisle screens available, and on a night flight where most of the passengers are trying to sleep. I was awakened several times by the flashing lights. Other things: one of the bathrooms was not very clean, and the plane felt like the usual cattlecar, with just 3 seats on each side of the aisle, which is unusual and unpleasant for a transatlantic flight.

Cons: I do not like that I am missed my flight and got stuck in a city without any re-embersement. I usually use United, but decided to use American Airlines this time. Sleeping in an airport tonight. Thanks.

Pros: Was on time

Pros: Cabin was clean. Flight attendants were courteous.
Cons: Their snacks were merely a cookie which was okay, but not what I would have wanted.

Cons: After everyone boarded they said they had a 2 hour delay and if you got off the plane your flight would be cancelled. After an hour of sitting on the plane they got everyone off so a different plane could board and take off and then everyone got back on the plane and continued to wait. We left 2.5 hours late and when we arrived at the destination the plane couldn't contact the tower?!?! So we waited another 30 mins...ridiculous, rude, and rather fly southwest

Cons: It was not obvious that I was flying American arlines out of Boston. I was very confy

Pros: The crew were pleasant and friendly. They tried the best that they could given the circumstances.
Cons: My flights were delayed so I missed my connection. I had to fly a red-eye from San Fran to Boston getting in at 6AM with meetings that started at 10AM...had to BUY a day-pass at the Admirals Club (I feel this could have been provided as it was mechanical issues that caused the delays). THEN my trip from Boston home were delayed so they switched me to another flight and then THAT one was delayed twice so I actually got home later than if I had taken the original flight! Overall the flights really sucked!!

Cons: they were keeping delay, delay, and delay when I was on the aircraft. My flight was from BOS to PHL on June 13,2017 was delayed and cancel then they pushed me back. They pushed my flight back on the next morning and without any apologize or responsibilities for me and I have been sleeping in the AIRPORT all night! never go to this airline again! bad and worst airlines ever!!!

Pros: Flight crew somehow noticed that we had someone in our party who could use some extra consideration. They pre boarded us as a result! They were also extra considerate during the flight.

Pros: That I got home safely
Cons: From the get go it was an awful experience ... I travel with an emotional support animal as does my husband because we don't do well with flying. I have anxiety to the max about it & my husband gets ulcerative colitis flare ups any time he's stressed out which is usually while we fly and having our dogs with us turkey makes us feel better. When I called to tell them over the phone we would have our emotional support animal I got an attitude as if I hadn't been doing this for the last 4 years. She reiterated to me that we needed in addition to the letterhead from the doctor a form filled out (which we both did ) . Brought to the airport and sit had to sit at the counter like the girl didn't know what she was doing. Fast forward to finally getting to the gate after being stressed and our flight was delayed. This now only made our 50 min layover in DC 20 min by the time we landed. We ran from one gate to the next hoping we wouldn't miss our flight and when we got there they wouldn't let us on the plane saying things like "your dogs are not on this flight" "there is no documentation" "well then you must not have the right paperwork" ... in front of a bunch of people in line, out of breath, and now embarrassed I am forced to take out my folder and give them all the paperwork I had just given to the customer service desk before our first flight. They let everyone on the plane and still made us stand there and finally said "just go but your dogs aren't on this flight". Fast forward AGAIN to sitting on the flight the flight attendant comes over and says "guys where's you carrier the dogs need to be under the seats" .. we peoceeded again to explain for the seventh time that they were emotional support animals ... she then proceeded "no they are not they are not even listed on this flight" at this point I'm EXTREMLY embarrassed because people on the plane are paying attention and drawing attention to us but not only that ... I have been doing this for years .. I ALWAYS have the proper documentation as does my husband and we have never ran into this kind of disappointment and embarrassment from any airline until now. I was so stressed out to begin with and this deffinately didn't help ... nor did it make us wants to fly on American again. I felt pushed aside, embarrassed, and belittled by multiples employees ... all because the first employee clearly made a mistake and didn't document things correctly ... that should have never been put on us .

Pros: The airplane had screens that tracked the flight progress, which was nice once we finally left.
Cons: The delay leaving Boston caused me major ground transportation problems in Philadelphia. Also boarding agents did a lousy job getting people to check their carry on bags, knowing with a full flight they wouldn't have room. This further delayed take off.

Pros: There's nothing good about AA
Cons: One of the few things SouthWest, Alaska & United did was the proper queuing of people to get into the plane. AA is a free for all - those who follow regulations will fall behind. In this flight from Boston to LAX - I heard there were 80 Priority checking - are you kidding me. Group 1 does not help if I have 80 Priority seating and one family took 12 people in with one elderly. It's good to place Elderly and Military up front first - but to take the Whole entire family - that's not fair - you have 8 able bodies who should be in line with the rest of the crowd. Also who heard of 80 Priority check ins - normally, that's Group 1. Never flying AA unless I a desperate.

Pros: Good experience all around.
Cons: 15 minutes late. No big deal though

Pros: Very good crew. The gate personnel also made the best of a bad situation.
Cons: The 90 min delay and multiple postponements were a huge problem. The fact that there was such a long delay that there was another flight to the same place leaving approx 5 min later and then an hour later is pretty sad. And loading from the gate consisting of walking through cattle gates across the Tarmac was slightly irritating. In the future if you can't find enough working aircraft, make better arrangements.

Pros: Good crew, very pleasant and professional.
Cons: The three and a half hour delay was not great, but since it was due to weather issues in Chicago, certainly not the airlines fault. However, the communication about the delay was terrible. There was nobody and the gate, so we were relying on automated notifications from the airline. They kept pushing it later by 30 - 45 minutes at a time. We could have gone to the airport much later but just didn't know that.

Cons: The pilots did not show up for my flight after my other connecting flight was delayed and a previous fkight had been cancelled.

Pros: The crew was very kind and friendly at all times, very professional and approachable.
Cons: The seats are not comfortable.

Pros: Nothing. Worst flight I’ve ever taken.
Cons: We were on the tarmac for 3.5 hours with little communication or apology. The seats were very uncomfortable. Terrible turbulence. Not even a complimentary soda for all of this. I will never fly Allegiant ever again.

Cons: Seemed understaffed at the airport, never anyone around to answer questions about why our plane wasn't even there until 20 minutes after we were supposed to have boarded. They finally showed up, but didn't mention that we'd be delayed (which I eventually found out thanks to a KAYAK alert). Kept telling us the flight would be 62 minutes, but it ended up taking forever. Probably not Allegiant's fault, but they acted like they wanted to hide the fact, rather than own up to it and apologize for the inconvenience as if they valued all of us as passengers.

Pros: This was my first time flying out of South Bend and I loved the smallness of the airport and the option to take a direct flight to Vegas to cost family. No long lines and crowds made it easy to social distance.
Cons: I would have liked it the seat reclined slightly or had the adjustable headrest so my head wouldn't flop back and forth while I took a nap.

Pros: Crew was very helpful Everything was on time
Cons: Very bumpy ride (not anyone's fault) Very uncomfortable seats

Pros: Price
Cons: Communication is always my #1 complaint with Allegiant. They delay flights regularly but there’s never any additional information...they just send you a text or email saying your flight is delayed, never tell you why, but they want you at the gate at the regular time...so you sit there for hours with No further communication and the gate agents never come to the gate to let you know what’s going on or what to expect because corporate has gotten stingy with regard to compensating folks even when THEY are to blame for the delay. Two trips in a row, two weeks apart, they’ve done the same thing to us. I appreciate the low fares, but I’ve just about decided I’d rather pay more for good customer service because theirs just sucks.

Cons: Seats are uncomfortable

Pros: the crew was very helpful
Cons: seats could have been a little wider

Cons: Reclining seats would be great!!

Pros: Crew nice. Seat okay
Cons: Entertainment

Pros: Everything was simple and it was cool that they let the staff wear comfy clothes
Cons: Usb chargers in the seat, and free refreshments and peanuts

Pros: Crew was friendly, boarding process was easy, and the aisles are spacious
Cons: The seats do not recline and are not comfortable. Drinks and snacks are not complimentary.

Pros: Enjoyed isle seat.
Cons: Wider seats.

Pros: The crew was good , plane was delayed and late for departure. Second flight was delayed by 2 1/2 hours , I just can’t catch a break !!
Cons: I could not log onto the website and check my carryon bag , cost me $50 at check in. It would not recognize my number for the first flight. I’m a known traveler on Frontier so I did log in with them .

Pros: The crew was great. We left on time and arrived on time.
Cons: I wish water was free. That is the only thing I don't like. I understand it's a cheap airline so everything cost extra, which is fine. But come on, water should be free.

Cons: it was very hard to hear the stewardess

Cons: I cancelled this flight and somehow it doesn’t show in your records and now I cant find the cancellation.. I am not in Orlando.. last time I will use Kayak.

Pros: Quick

Pros: Timing and ease of travel
Cons: Nothing

Pros: Early out and early in.

Cons: The airports restaurants closed and security shut down as well. We were prisoners in the airport with only a vending machine. Unbelievable. Believe the Allegiant Air stories from 60 Minutes. The stories are true.

Pros: Yes

Pros: Nothing
Cons: The $17.00 i paid to insure the flight was not honored. I had some health issues and needed to cancel. I was then told that the airline I chose through your site, won’t honor it. I am furious and am owed my refund.

Pros: Getting off the bus!
Cons: 2.00 for water! Overpriced everything! Crew was not nice. Kindness goes a long way. Not for this crew impatient and just rude to other passengers. We pay good money to ride on the horror bus!

Pros: I have never experienced this before. You stand in line to get a tag for your bag. Then you stand in line to check your bag. Then you stand in a Disney style HUGE line just to get to the escalator to take you to the second floor so you can go through security. Thank goodness for TSA precheck! That line was long but not very long like the other line.

Pros: Cheap fare, nice crew, clean plane
Cons: Small seating, small snacks , extra charges for anything

Cons: The flight was delayed 9 hrs. We were going to NYC for 2 days. We missed an entire day--- cut our trip in half.

Pros: Great direct flight to many destinations smaller airports less wait time
Cons: seats are crowded

Pros: Priority check-in and boarding were pleasant.
Cons: Very tight seats, even for a small person. No recline. Screaming children throughout the cabin.

Pros: I liked that the flight was fast but I was coming from Vegas so it’s not that far.
Cons: They charged me $50 for a carry on even after I told them repeatedly that I tried to change it on my ticket days before I was leaving. It would not let me change it or even check in on the mobile app. It was very hot and we had to wait for awhile before any air conditioning started. No entertainment or complimentary drinks.

Cons: Was assigned a middle seat. I am a small woman and had absolutely no room.

Pros: Didn't mind paying for bags, seat, snacks, drinks,.....but a 10hour delay!!!! UNEXCEPTABLE Will NEVER use this airline again!!!
Cons: 10hour delay!!! No weather problem..

Pros: Cleanliness, friendliness, on time.
Cons: Charging for drinks and snacks snacks..

Cons: After the horrendous delays getting to my destination I just bit the bullet and bought new tickets (duplicates) on a different airline to get back home-- rather than risk a repeat experience. Ended up costing an extra $300 but at least I didn't have to spend an entire day in an airport trying to keep my 7 year old from losing his mind.

Pros: No much
Cons: The flight was over 5 hours late. We were supposed to leave at 6:06 PM and didn't leave until about 11:10 PM. We were supposed to get into Asheville at about 8:00 PM, but finally arrived about 1:00 AM. I fly this route frequently and Allegiant has a terrible problem with on-time flights and communications with passengers waiting for their flights. I am not certain what the problem is, but it is a significant issue with them. Captain was "bubbly" and upbeat without properly managing the passengers' expectations. Bad public relations.

Pros: While I enjoy the fact that Allegiant offers direct flights to Laredo at an affordable price, the planes really need to be updated.
Cons: We really disliked that we boarded the plane and just before taking off they made us get off again and never did confirm the real reason. The planes really need better maintenance since this is the second time in two weeks we have to change planes due to problems.

Pros: My book
Cons: The seats

Pros: I am handicapped and was given the best possible service

Cons: Even snacks and water are only available for a fee. Seats do not have much padding and are not comfortable.

Pros: We eventually got to Las Vegas.
Cons: Everything. Spend an it make and book with someone else.

Pros: Direct flight much better not having to change planes.
Cons: Everything was fine on this flight would be nice to have Wi-Fi on planes.

Pros: The crew was awesome! They were friendly and very focused on their passengers. The plane was clean and the flight, itself was great. Worth flying from Oregon to So. Cal., will do again. Loved the flight times, and because of them, we were able to have half a day on departure day (Thursday 3:30 pm) to drop off dogs, pack and run errands and some work and arriving back home (Tuesday 9:46 am) gave us all day to work and get ready for the week.
Cons: Plane did not board or leave on time, spent a lot of time waiting both on and off plane. I also did not like being hit with the taxes and fees at Alamo, after booking through Allegiant. Those should have been included in the initial payment, because I could have rented same vehicle for $40 less through Alamo website,(final payment w/ T&F's) That was a waste of your customer's money.

Pros: The crew was exceptionally friendly and helpful.
Cons: Seats don't recline.

Pros: Staff was extremely helpful and friendly. Plane was very clean and more spacious than any other airline coach seats. We departed on time and arrived 15 minutes early at our destination. Flight price was hundreds of dollars cheaper and the only airline which offered non-stop service from nyc to Knoxville, TN.
Cons: Honestly i have no complaints.

Pros: direct flight to where i wanted to go was great initial fare was very low, add-ons added up though.
Cons: flight out was handled by Miami Air, lost the money i spent on a seat. everything costs extra, including printing a boarding pass. the app wouldn't let me check in so i had to go to the desk. i had to show the person that the app told me to go the desk then she printed the pass for free.

Cons: Muy mal aerolínea

Cons: The flight from Las Vegas was changed twice

Pros: The flight left on time. Friendly crew
Cons: I don't like that they charge for carry on bags and they don't have a toll free number

Pros: Staff was wonderful!!

Pros: Very affordable.
Cons: Seats are too close

Pros: Price. Crew was very polite.
Cons: Late departing due to fueling

Pros: The service was POOR! This was my firsts time booking through this Airline and NO ONE told me about checking in 2 hrs early according to the phone phone rep or 45 minutes early according to the RUDE rep in the airport either way I arrived at the airport an hour before my flight and couldn’t board!
Cons: Frontier could take some time to better inform their first time customers of airport arrival times. I lost my seat AND was forced to book ANOTHER flight for 231.00 because Frontier didn’t think of their customer FIRST! Not to mention that was the ONLY flight leaving Boston until Wednesday

Pros: Friendly crew

Pros: Nice
Cons: Nothing

Pros: It went very smooth. I will definitely fly with Frontier again in the near future.

Pros: Fast, great airline and airport, was simple to get to where I was going even with an infant

Cons: Ruff ride

Cons: Not only was I unsure of what time to get to the airport because of all the text messages with different times, but it was delayed more and more once I got to my stop in Orlando. Once I finally got to Vegas, my bags were lost. And on the flight back, I had to go back out just to get my bags on the layover flight and check them in again (PAY FOR THEM AGAIN TOO). Just a really horrible experience. I will never book Frontier again. It was miserable.

Cons: I was traveling with a friend and the morning of our flight to return home we got an email saying that they had to switch to a smaller aircraft and that not everyone would get a seat. When we arrived they said the people that checked in the earlier would get seats and the ones that were towards the last to check in did not have seats. They told us that they would give us a $500 voucher to could only be used with Frontier flights and that we can get on their next flight 6 DAYS LATER. Also the voucher has to be used only on one trip and can not be put towards luggage or anything else. They would not compensate us for stay or food for that week. Which meant that we would spend more money by staying. They had rude employees that’s made it sound like it was our fault that we did not check in before everyone else. It should not matter when I check in when I have already bought a seat and shoes up on time. We were 2 out of 17 people that were not given seats. They then said that we should just rent a car and drive 13 hours home. I seriously would not recommend booking with this airline.

Pros: Kat, on the flight staff was awesome! She had this flight under control and super professional and friendly. Well done Kat, keep it up! I must note that the landing was so super smooth...hats off to the pilots.

Pros: Same as before
Cons: Boarding last

Pros: Cheap fares. That's their draw. Not much else and by design
Cons: Seats don't recline, you have to pay for everything (which we don't to beat the system; I.e., we ack in a personal item, don't pick a seat, and do without beverage and snacks)

Pros: Flight was only 2 hours.
Cons: Seats are very uncomfortable. Tray table can barely fit 1 water bottle. The have taken the standard tray table and made it into something that is basically worthless. Forget trying to use a laptop or even a tablet to work. They charge for everything and now ask you to tip your flight attendant for handing you a water that costs $3.00. Will avoid Frontier at all costs in the future. Seats are thin, hard and so close together. No room between seats. Seats do not recline unless you are in emergency exit room. If you want to select your seat during check-in, they charge you extra. Even for a seat in the last row on the plane was an extra $5 just to select it. Seats closer to the front were an extra $25, but these are not better seats or offer more room, just the ability to get off the plane faster after landing. Carry on baggage cost extra and checked bags are $40. After paying for baggage, seats, a water on a round trip, the low cost turned out to be more expensive than another carrier with seats that are more comfortable and gave you more room between seats, entertainment and a free soft drink or water.

Pros: Gate Agent was great.
Cons: Baggage took a long time in Memphis

Pros: price and flight time
Cons: had to ask for water, it was not offered when they asked if anyone water to purchase food & drink. bettter seating was too expensive

Pros: Great Price
Cons: Bad on charging for bags and seats

Pros: Could they add more customer service reps at bag drop? Or have separate area for those who prepaid bags just to drop their bags?

Pros: The cheap price
Cons: The 5hr layover and no complimentary soda or snacks

Cons: Flight delayed like always from what I see . That is the issue

Pros: The crew seem friendly
Cons: We were delayed an hour from leaving and the lack of information on why until we were ready to leave.

Cons: Good trip

Pros: It flew me there, nice landing.
Cons: They took an hr to deliver luggage, they charge more to carry on than to pass thru, seats thin and flimsy, hidden charges for everything, even water, seats don't recline an inch. Cramped, uncomfortable.

Pros: As you all may have guessed, Frontier Airlines is absolute garbage to fly with. Not only do you pay an astronomical amount to fly your bags, there are no in flight refreshments and the service is heinous. Even when I had a THREE hour delay that then put me getting home at 1 in the morning, not a single apology was said by staff, no one was even in the gate to talk to those who had connecting flights. I will never fly frontier again even though it is the only airline that flies direct to Denver. I would rather sit 12 hours on a Southwest flight than ever have to talk to Frontier employee again.

Cons: First and last time flying Frontier. The flight from Memphis to Denver was worst flying experience ever. We were delayed 2+ hours which no one is ever happy about. However, I have NEVER experienced a crew member take this out on the passengers. She was snippy and rude to EVERYONE, in person and over the PA. She refused my husband a cup of water because he was trying to reuse a cup (he got water for me so I could take medicine when we reached altitude). She told him he would have to wait until everyone had water first before he could have seconds and refused to hear his explanation. The crew in general seemed to think it was ok to prod us on like cattle to make up for lost time. I overheard another passenger call her Cruella Deville. On the return flight (on time and pleasant crew) the crew informed us they were the cleaners at the end of the flight and asked several times for help in this endeavor.

Pros: Frontier got me where I needed to go on time with no hassles.

Pros: Fast and friendly staff
Cons: Im 6'3" it was extremely difficult to be comfortable. At no point could i keep my legs in my area.

Pros: This is supposed to be a lower cost airline but by the time you add in the luggage fee (you pay extra for both a carry on and checked bag) it amounts to the same cost as other higher priced flights. There is no entertainment or snacks included, although sometimes these can be purchased on board. The flight itself was good, on time departure, even arriving slightly early. But we sat on the tarmac waiting for a gate for quite a long time (low cost, low priority) by the time we got off, connections were missed or very tight.
Cons: On time. Boarding was a smooth process, although could be improved.

Pros: Convenient flights.
Cons: Extremely cramped seats. Being nickel and dimed to death: Paying for reserving crappy seats, paying for a carry on.

Pros: You have to buy everything on the cart, but the Pear cider that you can only get in Denver was unbelievably good!! The staff was very nice.
Cons: No wifi, and the tray tables are tiny.

Pros: The crew seemed concerned that I was comfortable and familiar with safety features of the aircraft and other important items.
Cons: Space on the aircraft is limited. Seats are quite small.

Pros: Clean plane
Cons: Obnoxiously loud announcements

Pros: N/ A
Cons: Very unorganized with loading & unloading. Luggage took forever to come out!

Pros: See above
Cons: See above

Pros: See red box above

Cons: Every plane I was on, from Memphis to Denver, Denver to San Diego and the return flight back home, every single plane was delayed. I lost so much time being stuck in an airport that could have been spent with my grieving family even if I didn't have a grieving family, this was unacceptable. There was one instance where the plane was delayed (of course) and they changed gates at the last min without making an announcement or letting anyone that was waiting at the gate know! The Captain and Flight attendants just started moving to another location! Not only will I never fly with Frontier again, I will actively tell everyone I know that flies to never fly with Frontier not just once, but every time I hear the word airplane. In the positive section I mentioned that the flight attendants were good with letting us know what is going on, well the Captain is the one that is supposed to be the one letting us know what is going on, not the flight attendants. Whatever Frontier has got going on, seems like it is overwhelming. I will never fly with them again.

Pros: On time
Cons: The new seats are uncomfortable. About 1/4" padding on the back which does not recline anymore. The serving tray is about 10" x 6" and will hold a cup of coffee for which you pay $1.99. You also pay for each bag and your seat.

Pros: Did not crash.
Cons: Flight was delayed. And we had to hover over Denver for an extra hour waiting to land. So I was several hours late for my scheduled arrival. Also, the new carry on bag sizes & fees were rather ridiculous. Other than that the flight was fine.

Pros: It was a direct flight.
Cons: I didn't like the baggage prices. Especially, when Delta doesn't charge you for baggage and the prices are off by $20, but after you check a bag you spent more money at Frontier. I didn't like the fact we sat and waited for over a hour for a few passengers. I've never heard of any airline doing that and I was late for my best friends wedding that I was the best man in. Yeah the bride was mad at me all night because I wasn't there when they walked down the aisle. Thank you Frontier.

Cons: No room on the flight. Seats were hard as a rock. But worst of all, nobody that flew from San Francisco originally recieved their bags. They could not tell us where they were and we are still waiting.

Pros: AMAZING rates
Cons: no complimentary food or drink offered. incredibly thin and uncomfortable seats.

Pros: I thought the seats were more comfortable than Spirit jets.
Cons: due to the length of the flight, no cabin service was offered, but I did ask for coffee and it was provided. Great overall experience

Pros: The crew was much better.
Cons: Seats are smaller than normal & not as comfortable as other airlines. I understand cost savings, but not even offering peanuts on 2 hour flights is really skimping.

Pros: I got a good chuckle at the all the things Frontier does to cut costs.
Cons: Seats are hard and don't recline. The tray table was hilariously tiny but I didn't need it anyway. .... I had no intention of swiping my credit card for water.

Pros: M9tho)

Pros: Overall, everything was great. The crew was nice. The plane was nice.
Cons: All the extra charges for carry-on luggage, etc.

Pros: Flight was on time
Cons: You pay for everything except toilet use.

Pros: Nothing
Cons: When boarding my connecting flight, I was told I had to pay 60 dollars for my carry-on bag. If this was required, why was I not asked to pay this fee in San Francisco when I checked in. I told them I had a carry-on. The seating is the worst I have ever had on any flight. If you needed a drink of water, it cost 2 dollars for a small cup. This is the poorest service I have received from any airline. Will never fly with Frontier again and am telling all my friends how horrible the flights are. Not worth using!!!!!

Pros: Yes very impressed
Cons: Nothing

Pros: Price
Cons: Easy up on the dumb mask rule it a little ridiculous..

Cons: Nothing

Cons: During this pandemic they could have just refunded out money but instead they have, thru Kayak, just got it all confusing. Not sure where to go to get credit on a flight i dont even want to book but from what i heard is pigeon holed that its use it or lose it. Good Job. Spirit and Kayak. The Spirit of ripping off America.

Pros: The crew was excellent, but the seats were very uncomfortable, very hard to find position and they were very soft in the back, so you could feel when people were pushing with their knees.
Cons: I know that spirit airlines is a very low fare airline but they could add some entertainment and change their seats, even if you're paying for them.

Pros: On time
Cons: Worst seat on the plane. Had to pay more for my carry on bag than my flight ticket

Pros: Cheap overall price, no frill airline
Cons: Crew seems jaded, no food or drinks at all, seats are very uncomfortable, very little area at kiosk when you check in.

Cons: My flight was delayed twice to Boston and I had an appointment to keep. I called the Spirit customer service line repeatedly to ask about travel options and discuss my dilemma. Unfortunately, it seems that phone line is entirely automated. I could not find a human to answer my questions. I finally booked a flight with another airline that was set to arrive in Boston prior to my Spirit flight. I planned to take my return flight home to Chicago, but was informed through email that I had been removed from the flight. I was very upset to learn that my round trip was cancelled by Spirit since I did not take the departure leg of the trip due to all the delays and my time constraints. If I was able to speak to a customer service representative when I repeatedly called for answers, I may have learned of this policy. I was told I could repurchase my flight home for $150, which was too much for me to spend. I am very disappointed that Spirit's budget nature even extends to poor customer service and lack of real humans to provide information during stressful travel situations. Since Spirit has done nothing to make me want to use this airline again, I will be seeking other carriers for my future travel needs.

Pros: Swap to Delta flight.
Cons: Return ticket also cancelled without my knowledge. Had to argue to get return ticket restored.

Cons: Seats were very thin, had has children kicking and screaming behind me on both flights. Both flights were late for takeoff, which was very inconvenient, and lastly I do not think your airline prices justify charging $3 for something to drink! I paid about $90 for a United direct flight to Boston, where I had free drinks, and yet I paid $150 through you guys to take two flights home as you had no direct flights back. I will never fly Spirit Airlines again. Your flights are not cheap enough either to justify charging $90 for two checked bags. Good luck, but I would rather take United.

Pros: The flight down was fine. The plane seemed new and well-appointed. Boarding and staff were fine.
Cons: My return flight was affected by Hurricane Irma. Spirit's first response was understandable under the circumstances, and I felt that they handled it as well as could be expected. They canceled my flight, notifying me about 8 hours prior to the flight, and automatically booked me for a new one for the next day. However, when I arrived for that flight, they cancelled after I was already checked in. The lack of prior notification -- and the fact that it was now two days after the tropical storm -- made me think that this was poorly handled. At that point, I bought a ticket on another airline. Spirit emailed me two $50 vouchers with an apology, which I appreciate, but I plan to contact them for a refund.

Pros: Flight attendants were friendly
Cons: No carry-on luggage? It wasn't clear when we booked the flight. We have 4 kids and we just packed carry-on luggage, which all ended up being needed to checked in. Their price for carry-on or checked in luggage is ridiculous. The flight ended up costing us much more than if we flew other airlines. Also, our flight is scheduled to take off at 5:05am, and there were NOBODY at the counter to help any customer for bag drop less than an hour before the flight. There was a huge line and everybody was rushing through the bag drop line at the last minute and running to the gate in order to make the flight. Terrible!!! Seats were cramped, no entertainment and water will cost you $3! Definitely will not fly Spirit again!

Cons: After I spoke with another individual he understood what had happened with maintenance on the front end of MSP and that I would've made my FTL flight to SJO had the flight left at 6am like it should've not 3pm. He said nervously that he'd have to talk w/ the supervisor again, where she came back & tried to fight about weather issues from BOS to FTL..but she didn't take a second to understand that I was delayed from maintenance in MSP which didn't allow me to leave til 3pm vs 6 am. If i had made my MSP flight at 6am, I would've made my flight in BOS at 2:45 and therefore caught my FTL to SJO flight at 11pm. He then talked her through it once again, and she gave me a voucher very begrudgingly. Wrong person to have in this sort of position there. I didn't catch her name, but she was a very unprofessional supervisor working the late night shift at 11pm in FTL at spirit ticketing desk.

Cons: This was my first experience with Spirit Airlines. I was due to fly in and out of Myrtle Beach, within 24 hours, direct from Boston, for some meetings. I had a 5:05 am flight and because I travel frequently, I knew at this time of the day, from this terminal in Boston, I could park and be at my gate in under 10 minutes. I arrived at 4:20 am and proceeded to the kiosk at 4:25 am to print my boarding pass. The kiosk said it could not print me one. With no one at the counter, and another passenger also unable to retrieve a boarding pass, we stood at opening of the security lane with not a single person in queue, staring in disbelief at our gate on the other side of the security point, which began to board, and while I was frantically on the phone with customer service, departed without us. At some point three Spirit Airline employees leisurely strode by engrossed in personal conversation. When we inquired how to retrieve our boarding passes, they said "Sorry, the kiosk closes 45 minutes before boarding. Someone will be back at the desk at 8 am." They shrugged their shoulders and walked away. My ticket says "Gates close 15 minutes before boarding" and NOWHERE on their website, boarding passes or itinerary does it say that you cannot obtain a boarding pass within 45 minutes of boarding. Furthermore, when I tried to check in online and "print" my boarding pass (who has a printer these days?), the process was so laborious, requiring me to login and create an account, that I abandoned the process and thought I would just use the kiosk at the airport. How wrong I was! Had I "printed" my boarding pass at home, I would have parked, walked through security, and boarded within 45 minutes, as I frequently do on American, which also flies from this terminal. This is a piecemeal, self-serve airline. Do not expect any customer service; in this unreliable era of air travel, I would not advise using this carrier unless cost is your priority and you are willing to risk the consequences.

Pros: There was absolutely nothing positive about this flight with Spirit airline.
Cons: There was three desperate delays of our flight without any reason given. There were no customer service reps anywhere to be found during these delays to talk to. The gate at Logan airport for Spirit airlines is seperate from the rest of the airport so if you wanted to get any food or drinks you had to exit the gate and go through security again to get back in. None of the seats on the plane recline so you are sitting straight up in very uncomfortable chairs the entire flight. All of the power strips that were attached to the seats in the gate didn't work so you could charge your phone if you needed to. Also, on top of it all when you call customer service to file a complaint you wait on hold for 45 minutes and then they tell you to go to the website to file a complaint! What a joke of an airline. I will never fly with Spirit again no matter what.

Pros: Seats had a good amount of legroom. Ticket price was why I chose SPIRIT in the first place. The yellow planes are cute.
Cons: The SPIRIT terminal in Boston is the worst I've experienced, ever. Seating was limited, there was only one refreshment stand after you get through TSA, so if your flight is delayed (which mine was), you can't even walk around and see stuff. The flight attendants were not that friendly and kind of annoying. Nobody wants to hear your terrible jokes on a flight that was delayed. No free refreshments on flight, not even a water, you gotta pay. $50 for one checked bag that was 20lbs, ridiculous. The "low" ticket prices are a sham, you end up paying more in other ways.

Cons: My flight was cancelled less than 2 hours before the departure. I was told this at the airline counter. I took 7 o'clock AMTRAK to go Chicago and then took Blue line (45 minutes) to get to O'Hara airport. The girl at the counter did not explain why the airplane was cancelled. She offered a flight next day at the same time. My poster presentation was at 8:30AM next day. There was no alternative flight from Chicago to Boston. I just cannot believe this. I totally missed my conference presentation. BAD!

Pros: The plane seemed new. The seats were pretty comfortable for an airplane, although not enough legroom. The food cart by Cosi in the waiting area is pretty good for a food cart, except there are so many people the staff get overwhelmed.
Cons: The Spirit waiting area at Boston Logan is terrible. It's way too small for the number of people boarding and deplaning. There is constant jostling (even while you're sitting down) as people try to get through the crowd. And there is only one food cart unless you go back through security. The food cart is by Cosi, so the food is reasonably good, but with this many people the lines for a coffee or lukewarm breakfast wrap are long. And you have to keep moving to let people pass by. Oh, and I had a 2.5 hour delay on last flight to BWI.

Cons: I accidentally booked an 9pm flight when I meant to select 9am flight at 8am after missing my jetblue flight. I needed to get to Baltimore for work. I went through security and while I was about to board the plane they turned me away due to my ticket being incorrect. The woman checking the boarding passes rudely said "there's no room on this plane so we can't switch this ticket to 9am." I went to Spirit customer service minutes after I was turned away and they told me there was in fact room on that plane. So because of an honest mistake, they 1) wouldn't refund my ticket and 2) were rude and unhelpful and refused to let me on a plane that had plenty of space but they didn't want to inconvenience themselves for 5 minutes to change my boarding pass even after I had gone through security. I will never book Spirit again, even if I'm desperate.

Pros: I was grateful the flights never cancelled, but it delayed so often. Good news was I kept getting email notifications on all the delays.
Cons: The airplane was not meant to be comfortable. The seats don't recline. There's no radio or TV. No Footrest. The seats had very little cushion. My first flight, it looked to be an older plane, so I assumed they bought it used. My second flight, the plane was definitely new and they styled it so it would NOT be comfortable. They even made the tray table shorter. Wasn't able to fit anything on that. If you are looking for comfort or peace of mind in getting to your destination on time, then I would NOT recommend Spirit.

Pros: Pilot or flight attendant making the announcements was funny.
Cons: Carrying on a backpack and being forced to pay for a seat cost more than the actual flight. This is blatant dishonesty. You are not a cheap airline. You hide costs that customers are then forced to pay once they buy a ticket. I pay less to check a 50 lb piece of luggage for an international trip than I paid to carry on small backpack for an hour and a half flight. And, customer services reps are rude no sense of trying to ease customer frustrations. An announcement was made that a flight was cancelled and everyone needed to go to some desk to rebook. No apology, no acknowledgement of the inconvenience. Horrible customer service and dishonesty. I've had problems in the past with flights being delayed because flight attendants didn't show. No thanks.

Pros: Love the prices and the cleanliness of the airplane. Every staff I have interacted with have been friendly, polite, and look as though they enjoy their job and coworkers. The Spirit terminal at the Baltimore airport is phenomenal. It is spacious, clean, bright and modern. I will definitely be flying Spirit again!
Cons: This is the second time that I have flown from Logan airport on Spirit. Both times I have been very disappointed and disgusted by the terminal. The terminal is crowded and unclean. There were crumbs, wrappers and bottles on the floor. The trash can near the gate was overflowing with boxes and napkins. I was in the terminal for over two hours and not once was the bathroom or terminal serviced by facilities or maintenance staff. The bathroom is dark and crowded as well. Because the stalls and space is so small it's hard to manage your bags while using the bathroom. I would highly encourage an extra shift for cleaning crew and perhaps a different layout for chairs to make it feel less crowded and to bring a modern feel and look to the terminal.

Pros: There was not much to like. The crew members were nice and professional.
Cons: Once you pay for your flight, there's many other fees that end up making spirit just as expensive as other, nicer airlines. There was a carry on fee, which is unheard of. There is also a fee for every single seat. When you get on the plane, the seats are so thin and very uncomfortable. There isn't a single TV and no wifi!! There's also no complimentary food or beverages, water was even $3. Overall, the experience just annoys almost every customer and makes them wish they had chosen another airline. I will NOT be flying with Spirit airlines again.

Pros: The flight was fine, attendants were excellent. Very efficient boarding. I wasted much of the day before and day of the flight trying to print a boarding pass. Difficult to get to site and then they wouldn't accept my password and then didn't send the password I needed to change it. It was extremely frustrating. When I checked in at the kios I was warned that if my bag didn't fit in the bin I would be charged $100 at the gate. I was a1/2 inch too wide so I paid the $55 and found that people were boarding with big backpacks and not paying. My bag fit easily under the seat. Can this money be redeemed?

Pros: Uncomfortable seats, zero leg room, a website that has yet to function properly without me having to call customer service several times per flight. Not to mention the "Low fares" Spirit offers you don't actually account for the money you shovel out for EVERY SINGLE EXTRA you can think of. I ended up spending 65$ on my last flight just to bring a carry on and choose a seat. Tie that all together with an angry, impatient, and unprofessional staff, and you result in a customer who will never be flying spirit airlines again.

Pros: Nothing I wouldn't even have given one star but I had tk
Cons: The flight was overall and awful experience. After purchasing tickets we find out we have to also pay for seats and luggage. So we do so. We come to the day of our flight and board our plane only to find out they had given our seats away. Apparently because we didn't have a dog with us it was only fair to give our seats to the people who did and did not book seats let alone together ! Which is absolutely ridiculous my trip should not have to be incovienced because of other people not planning their trip correctly. Then we get the worst seats on the plane after having to stand in the way of everyone for 30 minute like second class citizens while they wait to see where they can squeeze us in. After sitting down we got incredibly rude service from the staff on the plane. One of the attendants made it a point to say your welcome in a manor of being rude because we would not hand trash to her in another passengers face we made her go behind us which was in the long run easier for her. We never got a thank you or a sorry for ruining our trip. I wouldn't recommend this flight to anyone. The airline is an absolute joke.

Cons: I did a check in to my luggage it was just one an hour before boarding and i paid 50$ for my bag and they lost it and when i went to thier representative she told me she cant find and when i asked her when will they get back to me she was like as soon as they find it without any specification about the time or any thing and she gave me a permission for a voucher with 25$ to use it in my next trip with them!! Again!!! Really !! If i will travel with again!!! It is a horrible airline i will never travel with them again ever.

Pros: spirit airlines had the cheapest airfare at the time that we booked our trip. the kiosk check-in was smooth.
Cons: we got hungry because of a flight delay so had to purchase in-flight food. the food is overpriced and frankly very disappointing. We splurged for 2 drinks and a snack box that claimed to have a cheese spread - in fact it was more like a dip (liquidy). the crackers almonds were good but the other items were just junk. we have ordered similar boxes on other airlines and got much better bang for our buck. I also think that a complementary beverage service would be nice. We all know that corn syrup is extremely cheap so I don't buy into their ad campaign about how not giving free soda service results in lower fares.

Pros: The flight was the cheapest option available and was cheaper than other airlines.
Cons: While I had heard bad things about Spirit airlines, I had never flown with them before. I was unaware at the time of booking that Spirit charges exorbitant fees for even carry-on luggage. As a result, I chose to attempt to fit all of my clothes and necessary items in a "personal item" sized bag to avoid the additional $90 it would cost me to bring a large backpack or standard carry-on suitcase. Other fees are charged for seemingly standard items such as being able to select a seat location and receiving a drink during the flight. I could have flown with another airline for the same price if I included the carry-on fee, and in retrospect wish I had. The problems did not stop there, however. Both my departing flight and return flight were delayed over an hour in clear weather. The flight itself was also the worst I have experienced. The seats were incredibly uncomfortable and felt like metal folding chairs. They did not recline and there was very little leg room. The full cabin lights were on for most of my return flight, which had been delayed over two hours to 11:15 pm, making any rest impossible. I will never fly Spirit again and will try to spread the word so that nobody else has to endure a flight from this poorly-run, money-grubbing excuse for an airline. You have been warned!

Pros: n/a
Cons: The flight was cancelled due to the plane being stuck in another city due to weather. I've had this happen before with other airlines, and they were able to rebook me on another airline's flight, with no price difference. With Spirit, they only were able to refund my money or move me to another date, four days later, which would have caused me to miss the event I was supposed to attend over the weekend. I thought since I was flying solo, without my kids in tow, using a cut-rate airline would have worked out. I've had no problems with JetBlue or SW in the past. But I would stay away from using Spirit.

Pros: NOTHING POSITIVE!
Cons: They chose to cancel the return flight within 2 hours of the scheduled departure and were not at all helpful trying to get anyone out on any other airlines (because they're next available flight to that destination was 4 days out...) Not to mention on the initial flight to my destination, they had everyone board the plane 40 minutes early and then told everyone they had to all evacuate the plane and delayed the flight for 4 hours for NO reason!!!!! I would highly recommend avoiding flying spirit airlines at all cost, what I thought was a decent deal ended costing me an extra $400 for my last minute one-way trip and adding many many hours to my time traveling......

Pros: There wasn't much to like on this flight... it was pretty disappointing.
Cons: All the hidden/ extra costs. It adds up to more than what any other airline would have costed and the service was worse. They lost my bag on the way there. They take FOREVER to get the bags to the baggage carousel (even when they make everyone pay extra to check a bag - but not as much to carry on a bag... you do the math). The flight was also delayed by 35 min. Once we got to our home airport, it took another 30+ minutes to even open the door so we could all get off the plane. It then took another 30 minutes once we all got down to the baggage carousel for the first bag to even come out of the baggage carousel.

Cons: After being told we were circling our destination due to weather, we were deferred to another airport. This was fine until we were told we'd get sent out on the next plane... Which was also told to the other plane that got deferred (spirit) . Two planes all pushing to get on one. We were then forced to leave the gate with the promise of buses awaiting us. After 4 hours waiting for buses (midnight) I had to spend my own money to rent a car and drive 4.5 hours to my original destination. No offer to be put up in a hotel was offered, nor was an offer to catch another flight. Instead we were told to pay and extra $100 to be placed on standby for the following nights flight to our final destination.

Pros: I took the flight from Boston to Dallas. Because of the extreme weather in Dallas, the plane was not allowed to land in Dallas, which occurred to all the other airlines. However, spirit is the worst to deal with the issue. They flied is us to Houston at around 6:00pm and kept us waiting in the gate for the reopen airport although they already knew the flight got cancelled. There was not clear announcement about their plans. Finally, I got information from other passengers, they provided two options: either refund or take their compliment bus to Dallas. l decided to take the bus. Again, no announcement of where and when the bus would arrive. After 3hr, two buses arrived, but not enough seats for all the passengers. I did not get in and waited for the next round of buses. Until midnight, the buses still had not arrived. I gave up and stayed the hotel near the airport instead. However, AA airlines already sent four buses to take care of their passengers efficiently before 11:00pm

Pros: The person who helped us with our refund was very helpful.
Cons: We arrived to the airport to check our bags and were informed that our flight had been delayed an hour for maintenance. No huge issue with us we decided to eat breakfast and then hang out for a bit before the flight boarded. We arrived at the gate to find out the plane was delayed another 8 hours. I understand issues happen all the time that are out of our hands. The gentleman at the gate was extremely helpful and accommodating, but he still gave it a 50/50 shot of the plane being cancelled or not. We opted to receive a refund and drive to Baltimore. I completely understand that this was a safety issue with the plane. I'm not upset that the flight was delayed. But having to wait 9 hours for a plane that may or may not be able to make it or be cancelled was tough.

Pros: Flight from Boston to Cleveland was only delayed 10 min. Return flight was a different story.
Cons: Return flight landed on time but taxied on the runway for 2 hours (longer than the total flight time). Was only offered 1 small glass of water filled 1/2 up & 1 small package of 2 cookies as a result of federal regulations. Flight attendants & pilot only updated passengers every 25 min, saying it would only be another 10 min longer. As the updates were no accurate and late, passengers including myself were extremely frustrated. Mentioned delay of finding a gate was due to "politics", which I've never heard before. Was extremely disappointed in the way Spirit handled the situation and would not recommend this airline to people as a result.

Pros: I liked the safety instructions given by flight attendant he was creative and funny making the whole plane laugh.
Cons: What did to like? Pretty much everything. Starting with the fact they charge for a carry on. I paid $150 for round trip from Boston to Atlantic city. My carry on cost $42 each way!!! That means I paid $240 total for my flight. That wasn't comfortable, no food or drink offered, ride staff at check in desk, and very Uncomforrabel. I could flown jet blue for that with out any extra costs and a much better experience!!!! Never again will I fly spirit. I understand you get what you paid for. But it was so terrible it seemed that they know they suck but make jokes about it. Never again.

Cons: The nickle-diming of the fares, the long winded check in process, the most uncomfortable seats that I have EVER had the displeasure of occupying, the absence of tray tables or seat pockets and the fact that you had to pay for any beverage or cheap snacks. Not to mention the 2-1/2 hour delay with no explanation. I will never fly them again and will make sure everyone that I know will hear of my experiance along with all of my social media. I could have flown Delta cheaper in the long run and in the future will book with more reliable,up-front airlines!!

Pros: We landed safely. Drink serveice without a cart was interesting and must be easier for the company.
Cons: We didn't care for buying tickets and then getting charges for everything including choosing a seat. The web site was horrible and not mobile friendly. Customer service over the phone read from a script and couldn't really take care of anything for you. Also, Spirit expects you to have access to a computer and printer on your vacation. It "saves you money" to do it online. Yes, most hotels have access to those...assuming you're staying in one. Why can't I just check in on my phone and handle everything else at the airport like I just did on Alaska for my return flight? Why do your flight attendants tell us twice to keep our seats upright when they don't even recline? And, they spent most of flight playing games on their phones/tablets. Cup o noodle!? Really!? Flight industry is tough, I know, and you guys are the bare minimum. Head in expecting a nightmare flight and its not so bad.

Pros: I liked that we had a female pilot on this particular flight.
Cons: I had to pay to get a seat on the plane after I had bought the ticket. Seat prices ranged from $4-$20+, in addition to the plane ticket. There is not a carry on bag included in any of this so you have to pay an additional $45-$55 for a carry on and even more if you want to check a bag. There is no in flight entertainment (I like to read so this I didn't mind too much) or complimentary beverage service. Also, the seats don't recline at all. It ends up being a very uncomfortable flight for the same price you would pay for a better airline that builds that into the price instead of surprising you with fees after the fact. Will likely never fly Spirit again.

Pros: I liked the price and the onboard staff was pleasant. The pilots were appropriately apologetic.
Cons: Our flight was delayed. Then delayed again, then delayed again and eventually cancelled!! So we were re-booked on the evening flight. Twelve hours later! Then that flight was delayed. And delayed again. Finally we took off 2 and a half hours after our scheduled flight time after spending 15 hours at the airport! We lost an entire day of our mini-vacation! We found out our flight was cancelled do to mechanical failure of the plane. We ended up with the very same plane that night and it was not fixed! They still had a problem with their auxillliary power so they had one Hell of a time getting the engines started we sat and sat and waited on the tarmac for the engines to finally be started. When we first arrived, the ticket agents were nice but seemed easily confounded and seemed to need a manager to help them with every single customer. Unfortunately, there was only one to go around. The baggage assistance office person was standoffish and acted like giving one word answers was a big intrusion on her time, although we were the only customers there when we talked to her. Baggage was in front of and behind her office door. We had to go in through a side door she shared with American Airlines. It was as if she wanted to discourage people from talking to her. There is more, but you get the picture.

Cons: The flight to Chicago was fine, but getting home was another story. After delaying the flight about 1.5 hours the flight was cancelled. No real reason was given and no other airlines were canceling flights. When I called to get on the next flight, they said the earliest they could get me home to Boston was in 2 days. Everyone was frantically trying to rebook and the other airlines were selling out. Long story short, I ended up paying $270 for a flight to Providence via Charlotte on American Airline. My husband then drove the hour to Providence to pick me up. All in all....I am all set with Spirit Airlines.

Pros: come on, have you ever been on more than 1 Spirit flight that landed at the expected arrival time?
Cons: being delayed 2 hours due to who knows what and missing captains :-/ And it makes a difference when you're trying to catch a train to DC after midnigt. Every time I fly Spirit, I swear I will never do it again, but the tickets are so cheap and the crew is always so nice. So WTF? Charge me 10 ir 20 more bucks and take off on time a little more than 60% of the time and maybe I'll recommend you to fellow travelers. Otherwise you stay a guilty pleasure and your flight continue to go unfilled. I know I'm not the only one to this...

Cons: Be careful flying with Spirit. Their policy is that you pay a very small base rate, with no frills whatsoever. The seats don't even recline at all. Baggage fees (even when paid online ahead of time) are very costly. You don't even get in-flight water for free. I can't tell you how many customers were upset any complaining about various aspects of the surprise costs associated with this airline; I'd imagine all over the country every day Spirit is causing frustration to hundreds or thousands of people. Would not recommend.

Pros: Clean airplane.
Cons: I feel cheated and deceived. A checked bag costs $50. A carry on costs $55. If you don't realize this before you go the gate it goes from $65 to $100. The counter crew was rude, and the boarding crew in Cleveland was shaking down passengers to be sure they were not "cheating", stopping the boarding process to check passenger receipts. Getting an assigned seat, an extra $15 per person. And there was absolutely no leg room for that extra $15 (which I paid for). These costs should be shared upfront - basically every ticked is $50-$65 more than the website shows. I will not fly this airline again.

Cons: No TSA pre-check, $55 fee for a carry on, crowded seating - felt like I was taking a bus. Would rather pay full price for another airline
