They removed the cover off my checked bag and threw it away.

They changed our flight to Kalispel and we ended up getting there close to midnight. The return flight got changed as well by a few hours. Then of course some issues with the plane and we were even later. First time flying Alaska, may be my last.
We sat on the tarmac for so long when we got to SeaTac that half the plane missed their connections.
Poor, no one with Alaska Airlines is in a hurry to do anything. Slow, lack of intent, inconsistent.
The small ej plane didn’t have any entertainment aside from the stuff on the Alaska website that has to be accessed from your own device. But everything else was just great.
One of the best roundtrip flights I’ve ever been on. We needed assistance for my elderly mother and without fail, each and every Alaska team member was helpful, kind, and patient. Will fly Alaska again and again.
flight delay coming out of Bozeman with a acceptable layover. pilot asked that those with short layovers be allowed to depart early...they waited in isle 45 minutes due to NO RAMP...ugly
My original flight time was changed 6 times. Several flights were obviously cancelled as we ended up being the last flight of the day. We specifically went with this flight as it met our timeline for what we needed to do once we got to San Francisco. Not leaving Bozeman until 10:30PM sure changed our plans
I was on a ski vacation and traveled between Pittsburgh and Big Sky, Montana via Seattle I was very disappointed that I couldn't reserve a seat between Seattle and Big Sky ahead of time and angry that I had to pay a fee to get a seat (both ways) when I checked in online. Why couldn't I select a seat ahead of time for that leg of the fight? The flight itself was fine and the seat was comfortable. On arrival back in Pittsburgh, I waited over an hour for my skis to arrive after I retrieved by boot bag from the carousel. This was my first experience on Alaska Airline and it was disappointing.
Not a United thing, but late afternoon departures from Denver with thunderstorms is always prone to delays.
Kayak booked this flight with only 1h 20min layover in Chicago. This made it impossible for me and several other passengers to reach this flight. Moreover, the gate closed boarding in spite of several passengers still on their way without waiting even one more minute. However, the plane departed with 20min (!) delay, i.e., there would have been at least 15 min time to let the delayed passengers board without causing any delays. I complained and as a "thank you" the attendent booked us on the last (!) flight to Indianapolis ~7h later! Thankfully, I caught the spitefulness and the United customer line rebooked the flight to an earlier flight. Although I can't grade this particular flight since I never had a chance to take it, Kayak made the mistake of a too short layover and the crew at the gate was awful.
With discover in general was very good but from Munich yo Palermo was poor
Sitting in coach even in the larger leg space is extremely uncomfortable and the staff pay no attention.
Really delayed, no effort to support customers other than “sometimes we run late.”
It was serviceable, nothing special but nothing awful on this leg.
No complaints other than luggage carousel was incorrectly guiding passengers to the wrong carousel on the screen.
The flight crew on this leg of my trip was very friendly and pleasant. Every one of them was humorous, as well as helpful and accommodating. This group was BY FAR the best crew I’ve flown with. They deserve kudos.
It was a good flight. Nothing comes to mind about how it could have been better. It was a newer plane, seemed like a great upgrade from your older ones. Staff was very good as well.
The amount of seating is ridiculously small. Three points to consider Point One: Your in flight magazine needs to be smaller. Do you realize I can't even hold it in a reading position because of the limited space in front of me? It's a hangover from the past and if you want anyone to read it, it must be smaller. Point two: It is very uncomfortable for a lady to be sitting next to a strange man and constantly rubbing upper arms even when both of our elbows are within the arm rests. And larger men (whom I pity in this confined predicament) also tend to spread their legs into my leg space which requires me to hold my legs into a smaller position. Point three: The seats seem to position one's body in an unusually upright manner and the head rests push the head farther forward. I gave a small effort to see if the headrest could be removed but didn't want to break it or cause a scene with my efforts. I finally put my jacket behind my back to place my body more forward to match the head rest. The service was fine and I noticed ALL staff worked at smiling and greeting passengers. That was nice. No one likes to fly anymore as it is an endurance rather than a pleasure.
To many flight at the same hour...no respect to handicap....
The flight was delayed by about an hour due to a maintenance issue which later then required a change of planes. The crew was great and friendly. The in-flight entertainment did not play properly on Apple Vision Pro in a Safari browser. Although the movie trailers would play fine, the actual movies themselves just had a black screen with audio. There must be something with copy protection or something that isn’t compatible with the Safari browser on Apple Vision Pro. The free inflight Wi-Fi for American Airlines Advantage members is a nice bonus. and is great that they aren’t charging extra for things that have become basic utilities in 2026, like internet access.
DCA-LAX No screen on a 5 hour flight (almost) no food for sale on a 5 hour flight (practically) no wifi coverage or speed on a 5 hour flight I should have gotten my money back, shame on American

A crew member's attitude towards a couple passengers who couldn't speak English was rude. Just because they didn't understand what the passenger said, they were not given any snack.
I think since I am an AA Advantage member, my checked bags should have been free, but I paid for all 4 of us.
A little late at the start but all worked out well.
The flight from DFW to chs was delayed with multiple gate changes.
