As always the crew were super polite and friendly, sadly the weather & a minor mechanical issue reduced the quality of the flight, all’s well as it turned out. Still my favorite airline to fly with

We sat on the tarmac for so long when we got to SeaTac that half the plane missed their connections.
Poor, no one with Alaska Airlines is in a hurry to do anything. Slow, lack of intent, inconsistent.
The small ej plane didn’t have any entertainment aside from the stuff on the Alaska website that has to be accessed from your own device. But everything else was just great.
One of the best roundtrip flights I’ve ever been on. We needed assistance for my elderly mother and without fail, each and every Alaska team member was helpful, kind, and patient. Will fly Alaska again and again.
flight delay coming out of Bozeman with a acceptable layover. pilot asked that those with short layovers be allowed to depart early...they waited in isle 45 minutes due to NO RAMP...ugly
My original flight time was changed 6 times. Several flights were obviously cancelled as we ended up being the last flight of the day. We specifically went with this flight as it met our timeline for what we needed to do once we got to San Francisco. Not leaving Bozeman until 10:30PM sure changed our plans
I was on a ski vacation and traveled between Pittsburgh and Big Sky, Montana via Seattle I was very disappointed that I couldn't reserve a seat between Seattle and Big Sky ahead of time and angry that I had to pay a fee to get a seat (both ways) when I checked in online. Why couldn't I select a seat ahead of time for that leg of the fight? The flight itself was fine and the seat was comfortable. On arrival back in Pittsburgh, I waited over an hour for my skis to arrive after I retrieved by boot bag from the carousel. This was my first experience on Alaska Airline and it was disappointing.
My flight got cancelled. Couldn’t get my luggage. It arrived at my destination ahead of me. I didn’t get my preordered meal. Had to spend the night in the airport.
The crew was good, the WiFi was amazing, but the plane was meh. Uncomfortable first class, not enough room for baggage. My stuff ended up being behind my seat, so I had to sit on the plane for 20 minutes before I could get to it after landing.
food /beverage service was limited to one time which was unexpected for a flight that long. food wasn't very good.
United did nit provide any updated on flight crew not bein available until boarding time started. It was bad. Itws alate night flight and there no proactive communication and iha d an important meeting that i missed due to thus
From the boarding crew to the FAs was such a good team. All with smiles and positive energy. The pilots made an announcement of us waiting on some passengers who were late landing and I didn’t hear one person feel like it was an inconvenience which was wonderful. Massive kudos to all that worked that flight. Everyone was united. 😊💙
Smooth flight, easy boarding process. Made up time in the air with initial delay due to weather pass through
No complaints other than luggage carousel was incorrectly guiding passengers to the wrong carousel on the screen.
The flight crew on this leg of my trip was very friendly and pleasant. Every one of them was humorous, as well as helpful and accommodating. This group was BY FAR the best crew I’ve flown with. They deserve kudos.
It was a good flight. Nothing comes to mind about how it could have been better. It was a newer plane, seemed like a great upgrade from your older ones. Staff was very good as well.
The amount of seating is ridiculously small. Three points to consider Point One: Your in flight magazine needs to be smaller. Do you realize I can't even hold it in a reading position because of the limited space in front of me? It's a hangover from the past and if you want anyone to read it, it must be smaller. Point two: It is very uncomfortable for a lady to be sitting next to a strange man and constantly rubbing upper arms even when both of our elbows are within the arm rests. And larger men (whom I pity in this confined predicament) also tend to spread their legs into my leg space which requires me to hold my legs into a smaller position. Point three: The seats seem to position one's body in an unusually upright manner and the head rests push the head farther forward. I gave a small effort to see if the headrest could be removed but didn't want to break it or cause a scene with my efforts. I finally put my jacket behind my back to place my body more forward to match the head rest. The service was fine and I noticed ALL staff worked at smiling and greeting passengers. That was nice. No one likes to fly anymore as it is an endurance rather than a pleasure.
Boston sucks. Everything after 4p is delayed. AA switched planes on us so we ended up being 1.5 hours late (plus the delay at Logan). Not sure why the airline says it is on time until 1 h before the flight and then it becomes a rolling delay when they knew the incoming flight was arriving after our scheduled departure time. The crew was great as were the gate agent and ground crew. Just operations that sucked.
Food was horrid. In my opinion inedible. They did offer some sorbet and one small dish of fruit. Stewards were super stingy with water, coffee, etc.
Flight was delayed significantly at take off and landing. Confusion of gate assignment with back and forth. Overall, makes for a very unpleasant experience that appears to come down to inept operational management.
My experience was excellent for a business trip. I like the smaller jets because everyone gets either a window or aisle seat and the boarding and de-planing goes much faster. I really like the schedule American Airlines has between Atlanta and NY - lots of options. Crews are great and very accommodating. Sometimes the flights are not full and they let people move around once the boarding doors are shut to spread out.
It was delayed a lot longer than 10 minutes because we arrived 45 minutes beyond our original arrival time. We sat on the tarmac waiting to take off for a very long time. The seats and entertainment options on American were not good and very limited. The ability to text via WiFi for free was nice, but that seems to be standard on mainline flights. Also, gold status really does not do anything for you anymore.
Primary flight attendant in FC wasn't that engaged throughout the flight. All other aspects of flight were good.
Mostly excellent. However, many too many gate changes. Connecting flight at ORD changed gate 6 times.
I think since I am an AA Advantage member, my checked bags should have been free, but I paid for all 4 of us.
A little late at the start but all worked out well.
The flight from DFW to chs was delayed with multiple gate changes.
