Poor, no one with Alaska Airlines is in a hurry to do anything. Slow, lack of intent, inconsistent.

The small ej plane didn’t have any entertainment aside from the stuff on the Alaska website that has to be accessed from your own device. But everything else was just great.

One of the best roundtrip flights I’ve ever been on. We needed assistance for my elderly mother and without fail, each and every Alaska team member was helpful, kind, and patient. Will fly Alaska again and again.

flight delay coming out of Bozeman with a acceptable layover. pilot asked that those with short layovers be allowed to depart early...they waited in isle 45 minutes due to NO RAMP...ugly

My original flight time was changed 6 times. Several flights were obviously cancelled as we ended up being the last flight of the day. We specifically went with this flight as it met our timeline for what we needed to do once we got to San Francisco. Not leaving Bozeman until 10:30PM sure changed our plans

I was on a ski vacation and traveled between Pittsburgh and Big Sky, Montana via Seattle I was very disappointed that I couldn't reserve a seat between Seattle and Big Sky ahead of time and angry that I had to pay a fee to get a seat (both ways) when I checked in online. Why couldn't I select a seat ahead of time for that leg of the fight? The flight itself was fine and the seat was comfortable. On arrival back in Pittsburgh, I waited over an hour for my skis to arrive after I retrieved by boot bag from the carousel. This was my first experience on Alaska Airline and it was disappointing.

Flight attendant incredibly rude. Stuck her finger in my drink and didn’t even have the courtesy to apologize.

I like the first class seat amenities like the phone charger on the armrest even though it didnt really work on mine and the partition between the seats. I also liked that there were additional places to stash things during the flight. The food I got was steak and it was really tough to cut with the knife. Chewy too. A little disappointed in that. I liked that your name is on the screen too. nice touch. great service overall.

Good, our flight was delayed but that was totally out of their control due to weather and a presidential visit.

overall a very good travel experience - left on time, arrived early. Mostly a smooth flight. Polaris seats were excellent, very good service and nice food with options.

The very best airline service I have experienced. Better than domestic airlines first class and I flew Economy Plus!

When we boarded we were treated with care and it never stopped. Got towels before breakfast and after snacks was a lovely touch!

No complaints other than luggage carousel was incorrectly guiding passengers to the wrong carousel on the screen.

The flight crew on this leg of my trip was very friendly and pleasant. Every one of them was humorous, as well as helpful and accommodating. This group was BY FAR the best crew I’ve flown with. They deserve kudos.

It was a good flight. Nothing comes to mind about how it could have been better. It was a newer plane, seemed like a great upgrade from your older ones. Staff was very good as well.

The amount of seating is ridiculously small. Three points to consider Point One: Your in flight magazine needs to be smaller. Do you realize I can't even hold it in a reading position because of the limited space in front of me? It's a hangover from the past and if you want anyone to read it, it must be smaller. Point two: It is very uncomfortable for a lady to be sitting next to a strange man and constantly rubbing upper arms even when both of our elbows are within the arm rests. And larger men (whom I pity in this confined predicament) also tend to spread their legs into my leg space which requires me to hold my legs into a smaller position. Point three: The seats seem to position one's body in an unusually upright manner and the head rests push the head farther forward. I gave a small effort to see if the headrest could be removed but didn't want to break it or cause a scene with my efforts. I finally put my jacket behind my back to place my body more forward to match the head rest. The service was fine and I noticed ALL staff worked at smiling and greeting passengers. That was nice. No one likes to fly anymore as it is an endurance rather than a pleasure.

Legroom was decent, but the seat comfort was horrible; I believe the seat cushions have lost their cushion. I was uncomfortable and had back pain throughout the nearly five-hour flight. WiFi did not work despite my attempts to get it up and running. This was very frustrating as passengers all around me were streaming football games, movies, and accessing email and text messages. One flight attendant suggested it was my seat, but that makes no sense, given WiFi doesn't work that way. On another note, I rarely have a good experience with aainflight.com.

My feedback from the trip to Columbia to Chicago was meant for Chicago to Denver.

The plane was delayed after we boarded - although they sent an email to my work email (which I did not get until later) there was no announcement from the PA about the delay in flight. Fortunately, they made up the time in the air and we landed around the original time.

Flight took additional prep time since plane came from Mexico, which resultrd in boarding and plane prep being delayed for additional cleaning procedures. Once boarded, plane tire was identified as being low on air and needed to be replaced, which creared the need to deboard and further delays for what was already a late night flight. Would have expected a better scheduled turn around and prep buffer that would have not created that degree of delay and deboarding

Mostly excellent. However, many too many gate changes. Connecting flight at ORD changed gate 6 times.

I think since I am an AA Advantage member, my checked bags should have been free, but I paid for all 4 of us.

A little late at the start but all worked out well.
