Terrible delay today. also, waited 90 minutes for baggage to unload in Seattle earlier in the week.
Like new plane. Great crew. Comfortable. Clean. On time. Happy employees. Good organization and control of passengers.
Flights delays were communicated timely and helpfully, but there was a significant delay without any real effort to make up for that. Also, the in-flight WiFi was very spotty. That said, this was my first time with Southwest and I was quite happy with the service and staff otherwise.

The Southwest airline was ok. A big thank you to Kayak team (David), who worked with me on Sunday afternoon to rebook my travel from Burbank, CA, to CVG. My original flight on Sunday was delayed, so I had to cancel Sunday flight and rebook my travel to Monday. Could not have done it without help from David from Kayak team. Ante Soda GE Aerospace
Seated at front bulkhead for a smidge extra leg room away from home and on flight back home. Away crew was very proactive about assuring our carryons had space close behind us (because no seat in front of us our personal items had to be in a small bin overhead). They actively required passengers place overhead luggage on its side so more items could fit in bins. Home crew made no such efforts. I had to struggle back rows to get overhead bags upon landing, no crew help then either, and some disgruntled passengers as I and others retrieved our bags. There was a system that worked pretty well. The home bound crew just didn't feel like working.
Southwest has inacted unfriendly customer policies like other airlines. Watch the fine print very carefully if you are having to alter flight arrangements. Rules are now complicated and very stilted to travelers sacrificing travel funds (unlike before where the simple, straight forward flight change policy was worth the extra premium for ticket price.) On the positive side, SW Flight crews are still wonderfully helpful.

The airplanes are getting where a small frame person is the only person that can sit in there seats on a full plane
Healthier snack options in first class. Offer fruits, proteins, etc
Last minute change in gate to satellite N a bit of a hassle since I needed a wheelchair . Someone did come and get me to the gate but it was close. Then plane late. It’s hard on older passengers and families to have to trek from one gate to another.
They removed the cover off my checked bag and threw it away.
We sat on the tarmac for so long when we got to SeaTac that half the plane missed their connections.
Poor, no one with Alaska Airlines is in a hurry to do anything. Slow, lack of intent, inconsistent.
The small ej plane didn’t have any entertainment aside from the stuff on the Alaska website that has to be accessed from your own device. But everything else was just great.
One of the best roundtrip flights I’ve ever been on. We needed assistance for my elderly mother and without fail, each and every Alaska team member was helpful, kind, and patient. Will fly Alaska again and again.
flight delay coming out of Bozeman with a acceptable layover. pilot asked that those with short layovers be allowed to depart early...they waited in isle 45 minutes due to NO RAMP...ugly
My original flight time was changed 6 times. Several flights were obviously cancelled as we ended up being the last flight of the day. We specifically went with this flight as it met our timeline for what we needed to do once we got to San Francisco. Not leaving Bozeman until 10:30PM sure changed our plans
I was on a ski vacation and traveled between Pittsburgh and Big Sky, Montana via Seattle I was very disappointed that I couldn't reserve a seat between Seattle and Big Sky ahead of time and angry that I had to pay a fee to get a seat (both ways) when I checked in online. Why couldn't I select a seat ahead of time for that leg of the fight? The flight itself was fine and the seat was comfortable. On arrival back in Pittsburgh, I waited over an hour for my skis to arrive after I retrieved by boot bag from the carousel. This was my first experience on Alaska Airline and it was disappointing.

I Love Delta but one of the flight crew training in courtesy snd hospitality.
I don't know why the crew decided to board 15 minutes early without informing anyone not at the gate. Why would you have the app send a notification that we're boarding on time, instead board early, and then rush me to the gate. Then have me check my carry-on when I specifically packed my bag as to not do so.

I missed the flight because the Minneapolis flight was 49 minutes LATE, and the Boise flight LEFT 24 minutes EARLY!
Having to up charge for a seat assignment is not good. Delta can do better

Didn’t make the flight. My connecting flight was an hour late and I missed the flight. You rerouted me thru Atlanta and I arrived in Rome over 10 hour after my original Rome arrival time. You also left my luggage in Atlanta and it took you three day to get my bag to meI spent 4 days in the same cloths, I had packed my prescriptions in the lost bag and went 3 days withoutMy heart meds.
