Seats were not too comfortable; it was impossible to locate the underseat power outlet.
You get what you pay for with JetBlue. Every little thing costs more, you are nickel and dimed until the end. Entertainment doesn’t function. Flight attendants do the bare minimum.
Ground crew gave me interference about carrying a laptop and a small shoulder bag, even though I told them I traveled with them all the time. I then placed my laptop bag in my carryon and took out a medical device, and ground crew still tried to give interference. The check in and boarding process was a bit of a cluster. Two people at the counter to check in, three random lines that nobody knew which was for what, and people kept getting shuffled from one line to another for no apparent reason because then they’d get shuffled back and end up getting out further back in the line than they were originally. I only had to hand my already checked bag over and it took 45 minutes. I was never assigned a seat so when I tried to board I was pulled out of line again while someone had to try to manually assign me a seat. During the flight I got up to go to the bathroom, and there was an attendant in the aisle offering pillows etc and it was a 30 min wait unbuckled standing by the bathrooms because she said I couldn’t go past her. First and last time flying jet blue to be honest.
Communication since no reason or explanation was given for 3 hrs delay
Flight was delayed several 3 hours - no reason was given and no communication what so ever.
Excellent. Although they used to greet me as a mosaic member and provide a free drink, early boarding helps me to keep coming back to JetBlue.
The inflight system with their wifi is a hot mess and doesn't work. Separately they do, but when you try to do theoretically simple things like pair a device for control it all falls apart
It took 1-1/2 hours to get our luggage after we landed. That to me is unacceptable
Overall was excellent. Will definitely us JetBlue in the future.
The flight crew were friendly and attentive. Food was good and they passed out ice cream and drinks awhile after Lunch was done. The ice cream was a nice treat! I found several movies to watch during the flight. There was many movies and tv shows to choose from. We flew Premium economy and there was enough leg room to be comfortable. The seats were also comfortable. I would fly AA again if the airfare isn’t expensive.
The pilots are always hauling in the sky. No issues with boarding only problem was layover was shortened too much by weather but luckily the next flight was still boarding and did not missit
During service there was a garbage/beverage spill near our seats that never was cleaned up. On a relatively short flight when we’re fortunate enough to actually have in flight movies available, the flight attendants pitching the AADVANTAGE credit card shouldn’t talk for the last 10 minutes of the flight so that we miss the end of the movie.
Waited on the runway for takeoff for 2.5 hours. Air traffic rerouted us. The plane didn't have enough fuel, so had to go back to the gate. Had to wait for a new pilot. Should have landed at 5:22. Didn't land until 9:10. Trash flight.
The boarding was pretty easy. However, the first class seats are not lay flat as other airlines (like JetBlue) has and therefore sleeping was a challenge.
Everything about the flight was lovely…We left early, arrived early, cabin crew were efficient and helpful. Flight was easy and most pleasant.
Would have thought that they would gas up plane before everyone got on board
The flight was late and we missed this connecting flight. American Airlines refused to put us anywhere for the night for their snafu. We had to find our own accommodations in Miami, and it was expensive for a crappy hotel.
Fine. On time, cabin service was fine, bag arrived. All good. Flying into DCA so did not collide with any helicopters, which is also good. Horrid incident that could have and should have been prevented.
Free wifi was available, but only some time, being at least 30 minutes into the flight. it would have been better that an announcement had been made about the delay.
