I like that I can choose the entertainment I want and that everything is at my fingertips including flight info, food and beverage options, etc. it’s relatively comfortable but it’s not near the level of Virgin America or JetBlue."
Cons: "I’m not sure if it is due to LAX construction but it is chaotic at the airport. It is super confusing where you need to go, drop bags, etc. the weird part is Check in was in terminal 3 and gate at terminal 2. That is a long walk back and forth. There is probably a more efficient way of doing this. Besides that, they need to do a better job communicating that seats are changing and not Reggy before boarding. Though I can understand it can get crazy because people will panic but it’s not great heading up to enter in not knowing if you are sitting in window when you picked it for a reason. Otherwise, everything went smoothly."

Cons: "flying from Medellin to Orlando, it will take in a direct fly 4 hours max. It took us 9 hours to get to Orlando. The waiting time in Panama was to long (4 hours, more than what it will take the whole fly if it was direct). When we land i took forever (25 min) to reach the point where we can get off from the airplane. Then it took 1 and half hour to get our suitcases."

Luckily we were able to borrow some stuff from family in the area, but it is just crazy, they didn't even tell anyone before we got there, which meant an hour wait just to let them know we didn't have luggage, like everyone else on the flight."

Pros: "The crew was great, as always. Unfortunately, my seat mate was very overweight, pushing into my space. No fault of BA except that bigger seats would help the "growing" population of travelers."
Cons: "Bigger seats for bigger travelers. Especially on long flights. Those of us that are less full figured would be more comfortable. Go back to the system that includes one checked bag and one carry on as included in the advertised price. I know that airlines need to be more competitive, but the ala carte for luggage is not acceptable. Instead, offer an opportunity for customers t donate to offset the carbon impact. Thanks"
Pros: "The overall experience was great! I was extremely satisfied. I thought the crew was very kind and the extra touch of bringing ice cream to everyone as a treat was perfect for our family that had to restless little boys."
Cons: "I did find it strange that the only brought the drink cart around once during the 9 & 1/2 hour flight. It was a cost savings approach more than anything. For the crew, I am sure it was also a time savings approach. When going to find another drink, it was clear supplies were also thinning out."
Cons: "The plane delayed by 30 minutes, I was rushed past security to wrong plane in Orlando, making me miss my flight, cue multiple times as the airlines "British Airways" and "American Airlines" bickered about who's fault it was. I'm still sat in Orlando waiting for my flight after losing my hotel in LA"

Pros: "This trip I used BA and Virgin Atlantic business class. I would rate AA had the best layout of business class. AA I WOULD LOVE TO FLY IN BUSINESS CLASS ON YOU 777-300 Any where. Bonus: Bose noise canceling headphones. BA and VA did not have the quality head phones as AA did"

Cons: "Being on a plane for 9 hours in those small seats with no leg room is not pleasant, but I don't guess that will ever change. Also, no music to listen to other than United Kingdom bands I never heard of...I tried some... not my thing. Would like to have had some classic rock options, British or otherwise."

Cons: "Plane was filthy. Crew did not collect rubbish throughout the flight except once immediately after each meal service. I went to the back to throw away my and my seat mate's rubbish, bins were overflowing and untidy. seemed to put out crew members when I asked for a cup with ice."
Cons: "The plan from Philadelphia to Amsterdam didn't have the normal TV screens in the seats ahead of the passengers, which meant we all had one show to watch. :("

Cons: "seat broken, screen broken. When fixed the choice of movies was very limited. In seat power not working, so couldn't work after battery exhausted. Flight attendants were all friendly but didn't respond to call button or other requests."
Cons: "no entertainment at all more significantly, no beverages at all? Flight attendants came through once with the beverage cart, but only asked the person at the end of our row if he wanted anything. He asked for juice assumed it would be complimentary but it wasn't. They offered to get him a water. The flight attendants did not offer me or the man next to me anything at all. Everyone knows that air travel is dehydrating - I can't believe BA doesn't give provide complimentary water and juice."

Cons: "Most of the flight attendants were nice. However, on one flight a couple of them were rude. One made a comment "you are making their job hard". I was sitting across the aisle from my mother who is 80 years old and was getting her entertainment set up since she is technically challenged. I told him that I didn't mean to make his job hard. After that, he then smiled regularly to make up for the comment. Also, one of the flights we had to buy coffee, water, or anything other non-alcohol beverage we wanted to drink. Not sure why on one flight we didn't get free beverage service when all of the other BA flights provided it."

Cons: "Plane was very old and my seat was very out of condition and uncomfortable.... also ordered a gluten free meal which the main meal was fine but the 2nd meal was 2 packets of raisins!! Where as everybody else got a sandwich and snack!"

Pros: "Having a little bit more room, footrest and legrest do really make a difference on the long haul flight. The little touches like being greeted with a glass of wine or water, having proper silverware with the main meal really mitigate the general misery of long haul flying. The main meal is really quite delicious as well. You also get provided with socks, toothbrush, mask and nice headphones."
Cons: "Honestly, the seats are really quite hard and could use a little more padding! They give you a little cushion which I ended up sitting on to relieve pressure on my tailbone. The coffee that came with the box lunch was fine but if you wanted cream you were out of luck. Instead a tiny amount of milk was provided. At least you got some caffeine!"
Pros: "Crew was very good and very attentive. Dinner was of good quality for airline food. Both options sounded good and the chicken curry was excelent. Flight took off late beacuse the luggage of passengers who did not make the flight had to be removed, but managed to arrive only a few minutes late."
Cons: "It was just too cramped. It didn't help the the gentleman sitting next to me was large enough to be spilling over into my seat. The seats were not very comfortable either. The movie selection was a bit disappointing compared to Iberia Airways, and the screen quality was not so great. I also didn't see usb ports to charge portable elctronics, which was disapointing."

Cons: "Not enough room tor luggage, I did not have any, but many people had too much, they were not able to put it in the available space. People should NOT be allowed to take soo much luggage into the cabin. In Prague it took more than 30 minutes to get our bags!!!!The WORST I EVER EXPERIENCED..."

Hardly came round to offer drinks meal was foul and the Sandwick was inedible. I will never fly British airways again I wrongly thought that they were a premier service how wrong was I"

Cons: "We paid $85 each to have extra leg room - which were horrible seats near the toilet. Which became a gathering area and we were unable to sleep/watch movie in peace. Worst of all was the fact that someone was sick in the toilet (inside and out) the toilet was closed BUT no sign is placed on it so people continue to line up and wait..... unless I told them it was not in use.... this went on for 2 hours!!! A simple sigh on the door was all it needed."
Cons: "Only was served water twice during the 8-hour flight. Also was not at the back of the plane and was still forced to eat the vegetarian meal because they ran out of other options."

Cons: "In london it took 3 hours to rebook. They rebooked me to JFK onward LGA to BOS the next day. The flight to JFK landed 9:30 PM as scheduled. Poor slot management lead to 2 hours on the Tarmac. 11:30 PM flight is taxied to another terminal. No BA customer service here. BA baggage service takes 2.5 hours to write a hotel voucher. Left Airport and reached Hotel at 3 AM. It took a further 1 hour for the Hotel to verify the vouchers. Finally hotel room at 4:15 AM"
Cons: "they have removed the eye mask and toothbrush from the long-haul night life kit. Also the new seat have different headrests, that don't bend"
