I bought my flight, insurance etc early and paid over £200. But had i waited until closer the time the price was much cheaper, i appreciate that it could've been more expensive but it wasn't. A better discount for booking early would be better than your current one
The flight arrived within 15 minutes of schedule. We hate the cattle-like boarding process seen often in Europe. After your boarding pass is checked by the airline staff, you wait standing up in an area with no seating for several minutes.
Awful as usual the air stewardess loved her own voice and would not stop talking on coms for 2hrs please please please shut up I can’t hear my headphones and don’t want to buy juty free
The punctuality of f the flight was super: we left on time and arrived about 20 minutes early - and the cabin crew were both friendly and efficient. The only downside was that Ryanair appears to have resumes its old obsession with sizing cabin bags again after a long and welcome absence.
Boarding was fast and efficient. The crew was super friendly. Since it’s a budget airline and it’s a short flight, I can’t expect food or entertainment.

Great flight, departed only 10 mins behind schedule off the aircraft and through security in less than 15 minutes. Love flying from Cardiff so easy a quick from entrance to duty free in less than 10 minutes 😀
The staff were very helpful with getting the wheelchair for me and bringing my carryon down the stairs from the plane.
Be on time and staff on airport could be a bit more nicest
Love the little chocolate bars, and consumer rights in EU regarding stepped refunds when flights are delayed.
I wouldn't recommend Lufthansa otherwise. We took this flight only because our flight to Kittilä got cancelled and Lufthansa offered a replacement which would have been two days later, with a night in Frankfurt and another in Munich. We refused the replacement but the staff at the airport entered in the system claiming that we accepted the replacement.. We didn't get the full refund because of this.
New and clean plane, lots of entertainment on IFE. Boarding was chaotic, maybe because of the size of the gate area. Plane arrived half an hour late.
Because of the fog at the Frankfurt airport, our flight was delayed leaving Budapest. We only had 20 minutes to get from A23 to C13. This was quite a walk for this not-so-young anymore lady--even with the help of moving sidewalks! We also had to go through passport control and then security. Germany is extra thorough, even doing pat-downs of all passengers. We got to our gate and I knew I had been randomly selected for extra security scanning because of the "SSSS" code on my boarding pass so I wasn't surprised when he escorted me back to security to be searched some more. The boarding gate gentleman assured me that they would hold the plane. The ladies in security rushed through the scanning process as fast as they could and we were able to make our flight to Orlando. The actual flight was smooth and comfortable. The food and service were excellent. The flight crew were friendly and efficient.
The flight was about 10 minutes late which made it kind of tight for connection in Frankfurt. One think that was helpful for my husband and I since we don’t speak the language was when we got off the shuttle bus, two ground crew told us very clearly how to make the connection.
Easy 1 hour flight and right over the Alps, pretty cool!!
Flight was cancelled and I got rebooked with anther airline. Also had booked a direct flight and got a layover.
Delayed take off but I think they waited for passengers.

The connection between my income flight and the outgoing flight was slightly late and they would not hold the next flight for 7 minutes. The next flight was 4 hours later and we were issued a stand by ticket. So we had to wait to find out if we would even be on that flight. After boarding that flight was delayed for 40 minutes because there wasn’t a ground crew to load the luggage. The airline is not living up to it reputation.
