It didn’t and I had to go through the line for a paper pass, then at about 11pm when I was already home after my flight I received the text containing my boarding pass. Obviously a simple hiccup in an automated process but laughably pathetic in terms of delivering a simple service for paying customers that’s designed to save you, JetBlue, time and money"

They tried resetting it a few times but it was unsuccessful. The screens froze in the middle of your program and would not recover. Cons: "Delays, delays, delays. They knew the plane was going to be delayed very far in advance yet they didn't notify us. The board at the airport and online even said it was an on time flight up until the moment it was originally supposed to depart (not board). So they knew ( because they didn't let us board) but never updated their info. A simple email would have saved me from getting up 5 hours early just wait 5 hours in the airport. Fu ck them for that!"

Cons: "It was obvious that they would not accommodate all carry on bags, this could have been announced earlier and allow for mutual benefit to both parties. JETBLUE cards benefits are only allowed to American residents as if they are the only one who supports them in travel"

At least a hostel to sleep over night or give them back the money or let them travel with another company...not to wait 12 hours on the airport!!! Thats not professional at all!"

Cons: "The flight was 60+ minutes late, due to another plane sitting on the runway. The other plane kept passengers sitting on the tarmac for over an hour. We were told the plane had mechanical problems. The waiting area was so crowded with people it was people standing all over the place...it turned out that 2 flights full of people were waiting there. When we finally boarded, the plane had to be refueled and the plane had to be started up by being jumped or something because one motor was not working normallly; this was a bit frightening. Staff was not even smiling, or even comforting when we boarded. Brief apology by pilot."

Pros: "The service was Ok, but our flight was 4 hours delayed and it wasn't mechanical or weather related delay, the airline made a scheduling error, we almost missed our car rental and we didn't get to our destination til really late at night when it should been there in the daytime. Cons: "No quick bag drop off option, very slow to be processed. Tons of fees, they really add up and if you pay the extras it can easily be more expensive than the competitors. Super rude and careless flight attendant. Asked for bathroom permission for my 3-year-old once we were at full altitude and she denied. Sure enough 2 minutes later an adult just went for it. Then as the seatbelt sign was off she was blocking the aisle with the trolley. When I asked kindly to make room, she didn’t even acknowledge that she heard my request... she did, eventually, without even looking at me. Also very slow to get the stroller and a bit slow to get the baggage but these latter issues may be airport dependent."

Totally understand about nut allergies, but that's one of the few things I can actually have as a snack. I also did not like the lack of space for a tray, which really didn't matter anyways since you don't provide comp beverages or snacks."

The airport in Orlando was a God awful mess so no matter what airline you were flying today out of Orlando, it would have been enough to make a priest swear We missed our flight but were rescheduled in a very timely matter by very pleasant Frontier staff."
Cons: "I absolutely hate all the fees for this and that. I started flying in the days of stewardesses who dressed up (not that a give a fig about that really) and meals were included. It's really difficult to come to terms with being charged for water. I made a mistake when booking and had a checked bag outbound and then a carry on returning which should have been a checked bag. I played hell trying to get this matter straightened around a few days before and then again while I was checking in for the flight. I finally requested to speak with someone higher up the food chain, and she managed to make things right in short order. Of course, there was no $5 refund. Why did it take 20 minutes of time to do this? In order to save us both from this type of thing in the future, I will avoid booking with Frontier. I think one has to be more organized than I to do things with a no frills airline."

Instead of getting into Philadelphia via a direct flight early in the afternoon, we had a layover, delayed flight and I got into Philadelphia at rush hour."

They stated it was because of weather but when calling frontier directly it seems it was more because they didn't have safe and the earliest I would be able to come home on another flight of there's was Friday! No help trying to get another flight . I had to spend almost $600 on a flight from AA"

She added another baggage fee to my credit card. Was unable after that use the on line check in as it insisted I owed money. Was able to get boarding pass at the check in counter with no more fees. Very confusing"

Pros: "Friendliness of crew. The crew moved me and my party near the front of the plan so that we could get off first in hopes that I would make my connecting flight."
Cons: "The plan sat in Denver for over 30 min. It was stressful wondering how I was going to make the connecting flight to Seattle. Seattle was late boarding. I am unsure if I will recommend to fly and fly frontier again because of this experience."

Cons: "Flight delayed again, upon arrival in Seattle we were unable to find our car seat. The Frontier rep was not upstairs nor at the carrousel even after being paged by the port of Seattle. Eventually, we found it in front of Delta's baggage claim with no bag on, no indicator (signage) at all that it was part of Frontier's flight."

Cons: "First, the flight was late which cut down my 90 min layover by 30 minutes. I understand that weather can be a HUGE variable when flying-however, when I asked a flight attendant if they had connecting flight information while we were waiting on the tarmac for over 30 minutes to get a gate when we landed- she responded with "I'm on the same flight as you, I don't know"....really?! That is NOT customer service and I asked very politely and was responded to rudely. The response of the people all around me was confirmation that it wasn't just in my head. Completely uncalled for. It would have been simple to say, "Sorry, I haven't received any information but let me check and I'll get back to you." Another 30 minutes later we are finally able to get off the plane. 0 min Layover. Thankfully they held the connecting flight leaving for charlotte so I wasn't stuck in Denver."

You have to pay to choose your seat. Since I was traveling alone, I didn't pick a seat. I was assigned to a full row when there were other entire empty rows around me. I moved once everyone was seated."
