I paid for extra space and it satisfy my needs.
The personnel service during the flight was mediocre. In my opinion they don’t know what is customer satisfaction. They have to show that they like what they do with a simple smile. They are not doing the customer a favor . That is their job a good customer satisfaction

I called bc of weather issues, and it said you may have a wait time more than 30 minutes. I waited 2 hrs and 45 mins without any update on how much longer it would be. The website told me to go to the airport the day before to see a representative. I went to the airport and they told me call back or come back the next day. Information was all inaccurate and after another 55 min wait on the phone (stated “more than 30 mins) i got an agent and rebooked my ticket.
They never have enough food selections in First Class
Nothing at all!!! That should really tell you something!
The staff were rude, abrasive, ignored several passengers that were trying to get her attention before take off as 2 overhead bins were wide open and full to the brim. She of course was too busy playing on her cell phone in the back of the plane and ignored/silenced the passenger call button. They were so loud when people were sleeping, yelling ‘trash please’ every 5 minutes, we are not stupid, we can see what you are doing and if we have trash, we will give it to you - so please STOP disturbing my peace and let me bloody sleep!!!! I was never offered any food or drink during the entire flight, not even when I was awake - other airline attendants are more observant and come back and ask us when we are awake if we would like anything to eat or drink. So essentially that was 7 hours with nothing after having paid a little over $700 for what was seemingly the WORST transatlantic flight I’ve ever taken. I travel back and forth often, because I’m a dual national, but I will stick to BA or Virgin Atlantic - the planes and service are far superior to this pile of turd that goes by the name of United. There were no charging facilities (power outlet or USB port) and the TVs had such horrendous resolution that you would get a headache from having to squint at the screen.
They switched my gate 5 times and lost my baggage.
So much food!! They kept bringing food out the whole flight..The seats were great. It was a very comfortable flight
no complaints whatsoever!
Quality of service was good in the plane
Not many good recent movies / shows on in flight entertainment. Food was okay. But, the quantity was too little. It took a really long time for a second boarding pass check at London airport. Other airlines don't usually ask for a second check in
Francesca was the flight attende t that I had most the most interactions with was very friendly and warm.
Free everything...food, wine, spirits, movies, etc. Nice crew!
Seats a little hard, main dinner dish was a little odd but okay.
I was afraid that the flight would not be good because it was very efficient in price. I was stuck in Europe because another carrier had dropped me and my companions. I tried Condor and was very pleased.
I fly all over the world but look for flight tomEurope quite often. I would love to use Condor in the future but have noticed that they have few flights across the Atlantic.
This specific aircraft was really nice n spacious.legroom was perfect. Seat was enough big to sit in good position and thats the main reason i m giving four star just because of aircraft.
Two things i didnt like.i think there should be entertainment screen i front of every seat and themost important thing is mobile charging usb facility for every seat.

The cabin crew were nice and helpful The plane left on time And arrived early, which was a huge bonus
Simply compared with other Trans-Atlantic flights it was mediocre in terms of what you get The seats were uncomfortable for a 10 hour flight, there were only around 5 movies to choose from and 5 TV programmes unless you wanted to upgrade (other airlines offer a lot more variety as standard). If you wanted refreshments they also cost additional, I was only offered one cup of tea/coffee/water, whereas other airlines offer wine, juice, soda, coffee, tea, water 4 or 5 times throughout the flight. Also compared with other flights I was not given an eye mask or travel toothbrush which on a long-haul overnight flight can make all the difference in terms of a good impression of the airline.
