Trash experience on all my flights this week. Delay after delay. The flight I’m waiting for has been delayed 6 times and nearly 3 hours.

Flights delays were communicated timely and helpfully, but there was a significant delay without any real effort to make up for that. Also, the in-flight WiFi was very spotty. That said, this was my first time with Southwest and I was quite happy with the service and staff otherwise.

The Southwest airline was ok. A big thank you to Kayak team (David), who worked with me on Sunday afternoon to rebook my travel from Burbank, CA, to CVG. My original flight on Sunday was delayed, so I had to cancel Sunday flight and rebook my travel to Monday. Could not have done it without help from David from Kayak team. Ante Soda GE Aerospace

Fairly good - the seats seemed more comfortable on this flight. The staff out of Detroit were quite friendly. But they directed us to the wrong carousel for luggage. :(

Crew could have been friendlier, maybe I'm spoiled by SW crews. In flight wifi was good. Would be nice to have more food offerings on a 4 plus hour flight

The cabin was quiet for the redeye flight. The area was clean. The staff was great. The 787 Max was in good condition. Drawbacks were that the seat widths were tight for some passengers. The seat padding was at best average and for a long flight uncomfortable.

I boarded last because of my boarding assignment and was given a middle seat at the back of the plane. I’m 6”1” so it was really tight. I wish I just had a seat assignment instead of a general boarding group. My bag was way at the front and my seat at the back. Was never offered a beverage and had no room to move.

Any type of entertainment option would be nice. Would like power options for charging devices

The flight took off late, which really stressed me out for 5 hours worrying about my connection. We started boarding late... not sure why. There was a long line for preboard of folks that needed assistance or were in wheelchairs and not enough attendants to help. There was one lady who seemed to hold up regular boarding bc she needed to consolidate her 3 bags into 2. I'm wondering why we all had to wait for her and not board around her. Crew on board was great! So funny, so helpful and very nice. They reassured me my connecting flight would wait... and it dead. Seems it was waiting on several connecting flights, so it took off late too. Overall a very long trip but I'm glad I didn't have to spend the night in the Baltimore airport. And why are SW terminals so far from each other. I had to haul from the end of one terminal to the end of different terminal to catch my flight.

2 hours late leaving… had to fly to Florida to then fly back to ny… bad
