Terrible flight. 1. They’ve only one option for food. 2. Seats are very cramped and screens are tiny 3. No pillow or blanket provided on long haul flight

It was really good because the employees were very nice and fun to talk to. The entertainment was nice because they had plenty of movies to watch.
Crew was enthusiastic. Meal was surprisingly good. They came to give water very frequently. Negative that the seat reclining didn't work
The boarding process would have been better. When people are flying internationally and the airline is a member of Star Alliance they cannot have different rules for carryon baggage. Brussels Airlines made us adjust the weight of our carryons based on their rules even though we were flying international and our next flight was with United which does not have weight restrictions for carryons. That was just ridiculous.
Terrible seats. Whoever designed the seats should try taking a long flight in it themselves.
my husband's monitor did not work. there was a visibly ill family in my husband's row.
Worst experience of the 5 flights we took on this vacation. We were in agony by the time we got off the plane because of the lack of cushion in the seats. A sandwich was offered to us within one hour of our takeoff that had pink pork. No gluten-free items were offered for our night meal. Breakfast was given about six hours later well after the sunrise . Strange food was offered: a poached egg that was barely heated and very liquidy, two salads (which is not a normal breakfast food), and a bread bun. We could barely eat any of it. No coffee! I drank green tea. Stewardesses had very nice smiles but never “checked in” with us. Also there was no button on the rooftop to call a steward. We were in terrible pain for more than 3 days after.
Phx - ORD was nice 737 with starlink and the ORD - grr was ancient bare bones airbus with not even a power port lol
It was easy to board, and the staff was friendly and helpful. What could have been better is that I shouldn't have to pay extra for a seat that doesn't recline.
Was on the plane sitting longer than the actual flight in air was, boarded at 5:45p and didn't take off until 6:50p flight was only about 30 minutes long. Just was poor experience will booking more with American Airlines.
I dont like to buy ticket type no carry on because I can have along with me my personal stuff like computer, headphones etc etc
Pretty much the exact same comments for this flight, there was crazy weather!
The guy in front of me was talking constantly, even when the pilot was making announcements. I found this very disrespectful to the pilot and to others.
The couple in front of me were constantly talking over the announcement from the captain and this was annoying me.
It was great. I really love the app. User friendly and very comprehensive when it comes to having information at my fingertips tips related my travel.
The bathroom was nasty. It has been so long since it had been cleaned that there was a urine cheese inside the toilet. The crew seemed miserable. The one black girl took no pride in her appearance. The experience felt trashy
