United did nit provide any updated on flight crew not bein available until boarding time started. It was bad. Itws alate night flight and there no proactive communication and iha d an important meeting that i missed due to thus
From the boarding crew to the FAs was such a good team. All with smiles and positive energy. The pilots made an announcement of us waiting on some passengers who were late landing and I didn’t hear one person feel like it was an inconvenience which was wonderful. Massive kudos to all that worked that flight. Everyone was united. 😊💙

My flight was cancelled and United Airlines could not rebook or help. My whole trip was then cancelled and I could not go to the funeral I needed to get to.
Usual wait for over a half hour for a gate at Ohare. They tell you you'll get there early then sit on the plane and wait almost an hour
Fought with Lufthansa was poor, seats are uncomfortable, food was bad and luggage did not arrive to IA
Plane congestion resulted in a 1 hr wait from landing to arrival at the gate. This was in addition to also experiencing extreme delays on my incoming flight.
Delayed too much. 1.5 hrs in the airport and another 1 hr in the runway. Got too late in the night. There was no proper food available.

Terrible flight. 1. They’ve only one option for food. 2. Seats are very cramped and screens are tiny 3. No pillow or blanket provided on long haul flight

The boarding process would have been better. When people are flying internationally and the airline is a member of Star Alliance they cannot have different rules for carryon baggage. Brussels Airlines made us adjust the weight of our carryons based on their rules even though we were flying international and our next flight was with United which does not have weight restrictions for carryons. That was just ridiculous.
Terrible seats. Whoever designed the seats should try taking a long flight in it themselves.
my husband's monitor did not work. there was a visibly ill family in my husband's row.

Dirty seats, entertainment unit not working. The crew member assisting in giving boarding passes was rude. She didn’t give us the seats we bought and then tried to give us 4 seats saying they were in the same row which they were not. We had paid for our seats to be assigned!. Food was bad, service was poor. My son had asked the hostess for a sprite which she told she would get but did not
I couldn’t find my boarding pass with the information provided by Underpricer. It took me several hours to find what the issue was. Finally I got the right code to get my boarding pass from American Airlines. Underpricer WhatsApp call center finally got it right. When I got to Casablanca my luggage was left in Miami. Not sure which airline fault it was if Air Maroc or AA. I filled out a report with Air Maroc
Horrible. Flight was overbooked and I was put on a flight to Miami without a leg to my final destination. And Kayak is not helping resolve the problem
The flight itself was fine. The flight was delayed for nearly 10 hours and there was inconsistent communication about why it was delayed.
There was no food !! We ordered Kosher and they confirmed they would have it but the crew told us that kosher food was “out of stock” We went hungry for 7-8 hours

the whole flight is bad from Miami to Casablanca and from casablanca to Miami. Delays, service, food, .... Not flying again with this airline
