WiFi was slow as compared to trip down. Maybe because it was a night flight and more people were using it?
Excellent except for the 2 screaming kids who wouldn’t stop crying and screaming for the entire flight but what are you going to do? The flight was early- good experience

Boarding was a complete mess. The whole system went down. People got wrong seat for the first half an hour.
First time flying business class. Very comfortable for our long flight to Europe.
Flight was late to take off Plane broke down Had to move everyone to another plane Told we weren’t going to LGA but Newark Also told we would be taken to NY But United lied and we ended up at Newark at 2 in the morning Horrible experience. And the experience of trying to get compensation from United is just as bad. They could not care less about their passengers Never again!
There was no room in overhead bin to place our luggage despite we had tree seats. It means a lot of people had more than 1 carry on bags. When I asked a crew member to help she said that it was not her responsibility.
There was no screens on board AND the WiFi didn’t work. My seat was broken and couldn’t recline so I couldn’t even sleep. The flight attendants didn’t offer anything to make it more comfortable. It was such an old cramped plane, when the person in front of me reclined I couldn’t even open my tray table. All the United ads talk about guaranteeing everyone gets a screen!
Wheelchair assistance was not complete. The person left me at the departure gate without informing the groundstaff of my requirements. I had to walk to the departure counter to ask for help to reach the plane door. The crew informed me that in future they were not allowed to help passengers like me, senior citizen and Wheelchair passenger with placing their carry on bags in the overhead compartments!

Terrible flight. 1. They’ve only one option for food. 2. Seats are very cramped and screens are tiny 3. No pillow or blanket provided on long haul flight

How can a national carrier and part of Lufthansa group not even provide complimentary water and a snack in such a long flight ?
Terrible seats. Whoever designed the seats should try taking a long flight in it themselves.
The crew and the flight were excellent, the food might be better!
Food quality is deteriorating each time, last year was very good. I avoid the plane food lately.
I felt the overall quality of the plane and food service was less than that of their partner airlines, United. An example was wine was served in paper cups in premium economy class. There was no real silverware, napkins or a welcome kit other than a pillow and blanket.
my husband's monitor did not work. there was a visibly ill family in my husband's row.
Everything was perfect dood delicious staff were nice excellent and smooth landing great job 👍

Dirty seats, entertainment unit not working. The crew member assisting in giving boarding passes was rude. She didn’t give us the seats we bought and then tried to give us 4 seats saying they were in the same row which they were not. We had paid for our seats to be assigned!. Food was bad, service was poor. My son had asked the hostess for a sprite which she told she would get but did not
There was no food !! We ordered Kosher and they confirmed they would have it but the crew told us that kosher food was “out of stock” We went hungry for 7-8 hours
The food was disappointing, and the airplane appeared old, with torn seats. Royal Air Maroc could definitely do better.
Check in process is terrible, only one counter opens to serve over hundred passengers, agents are incompetent and took too long to get passengers boarding passes. Supervisor is no help neither. On board entertainment 90% monitors were defective.
Educate your crew members they need to understand what their job is and customers service and be human.
On line check was unavailable even tho I was receiving emails to check in and select my seat. At the gate was told all seats were taken ahead of time and was pre assigned a bad seat. When could you check in the choose a seat ???? The ran out of all food choices in business class !!! I had nothing to eat. They told me to pre order a special meal. I don’t want a special meal I was a regular meal. Seats very uncomfortable for business class prices.
Bad service in la RAM from beginning to end. The crew ladies are impolite and rude and insensitive to passengers requests. I do not recommend traveling with Royal Air Maroc (La RAM) - worst service.
