Cons: "The boarding process was extremely disorganized. Gate attendants boarded Mosaic and Mint passengers, and then simply stopped boarding. Passengers ended up just scanning their own tickets and began boarding in a first-come-first-served manner."

Cons: "My feet were absolutely freezing. I sat 4D (and paid for first class tickets but somehow delta didn’t even give me comfort plus for this flight). Plane is tiny. I’m 6’2” 205 lbs and I barely fit in the seat. This is a regional flight (even though it’s 2 hrs) so service is very minimal."

Cons: "Connecting flight was cancelled so we automatically got out on the next flight. Our stop over went from 2h to over 7h. Staff at checkin were very unhelpful. They told us to go to the website to request a refund and wouldn't offer us any flight upgrades. We got on the flight and people were told not to sit in the unoccupied enconomy plus seats unless they paid for them. Pretty poor that considering there were at least 2 rows of seats available they are so tight they can't even be bothered to compensate us in a way that won't effect their bottom line. We completed the return request only to be told that refunds are not offered on schedule changes. Again pretty shoddy customer service and shows that all they are about is your money. The breakfast we had was disgusting. The melted cheese looked like someone had vomited onto my tray. On waiting for our connecting flight there was an old lady who was dumped at a gate on a wheel chair. They person then left without telling them what was happening. We could see she was anxious about not knowing what was happening. My wife went to the United help desk to ask for information for the lady's flight and was told she should just check the information board and dismissed. Not sure how an old lady who can't walk is meant to do this (this was explained to them). If United had bothered to make some kind of effort to be at least helpful in any stage with refunding / upgrading us and being helpful to an old lady maybe this review would be different. Ultimately all they care about is your money and will deliver a shockingly bad customer service wherever they can get away with it. I WONT be flying United again. I will pay more for another airline."
Cons: "I'm not sure if I missed the fine print saying this flight is operated by United or if it wasn't started at all, but it was a complete surprise on the day of travel to discover that what I thought would be a Lufthansa flight was instead operated by one of my least favorite airlines, one that I normally avoid booking with, for the transcontinental leg of my trip. Because of this, when I tried to upgrade my seat upon checking in, the Lufthansa website redirected me to the United website which in turn just gave me an error. I ended up in a shitty seat for 11 hours. The crew were fine but the quality of the food and snacks served was pretty mediocre and it was clearly an old plane, the Economy seats didn't have individual screens for personal entertainment, we had to watch whatever was shown on the screens for the entire cabin. These small things matter when you're stuck in a seat for 11 straight hours. If I had known it was United I wouldn't have selected this flight."
