Flight attendants need to know their plane. Seated in first row yesterday. The seat had about a 1 inch recline that was not adjustable. I don't appreciate being awakened to raise a seat that can't go any further forward and such a small recline is either irrelevant or the plane needs to be repaired. Not the way to treat any customer and especially the ones who have paid that level of money for the seats.

The experience was good overall; however, my United Airlines Mileage Plus Account didn't reflect my flights to Houston from Newark. In essence, my mileage rewards points do not reflect my actual travel. This should be corrected.
Delayed - leaving, delayed getting to the gate at destination. What should have been a very easy flight and experience was not.
Plane arrived an hour before departure. Plane was completely boarded and ready for push back when they decided they needed to change a tire. 1 hour delay on the plane when this could have been done before we got on the plane.
Flights was great, service and transit support was outstanding - but the food was limited and of poor quality - only a snack on the first hour for 2 hours 1/2 leg. and a light breakfast on the second 4 hour leg.
Excellent service in Polaris class IAD to ZRH. Arrived rested and well fed after the overnight flight.
A/C still wasn't working. Luckily it was only a 14 minute flight

Good movies, iffy pay WiFi, food ok- on time though and that was great!

Flight DFW > CVG was delayed with late notice. My flight into DFW from CVG (previous) was delayed by multiple hours with very poor communication & advance notice. And having the flight attendants announce the credit card during the flight when I can't opt felt very insulting and cheap. I already paid you for the flight, you shouldn't be able to take my time and attention hostage for further advertising.

Flight was 2+ hours delayed and they “misplaced” all 3 of our checked-in bags.
It was freezing in the cabin. That's on me to be better prepared in the future.
Overall, really good experience, on time and the comfort was there. Wi-Fi was easy to connect
Flight was delayed 5 hours only to be cancelled at 1:30am. I did not get on the rescheduled flight because of worry it would be delayed (which it was). I needed to drive home. Horrible.
When there are many passengers who are going to miss a connecting flight, they always say please let them off first. But the flight attendant never manages that part of the process. It would be helpful if they would repeat that and stress that to the other passengers.
The flight was delayed but we were given no updates. The time just kept changing in the board. We were delayed on the runway as well. Then, my bag was lost and still hasn't been returned.

Typically flights with AA are good. The staff are pleasant, welcoming, and efficient.
