Paid for seat assignments that did not in any way match seats received, and had to upgrade at checkin
All was great on flight to Tokyo. The ROOM setup was very comfortable. Definitely will try to do again.
Long haul from Chicago to Tokyo was great, traveled in the ROOM on ANA and experience was great all around. The flight from Tokyo to Bangkok was fine. Definitely a good way to go. Should have stopped in Tokyo for a bit.
I thought I purchased premium economy but got an economy seating for an expensive airfare from Kayak. Not able to pay extra to upgrade at all
On time, food was great. Didn’t wake me up when they saw me sleeping and as soon as I used the toilet, they came up and asked me if I wanted dinner. Right on!
I was expecting to fly in a Japanese airline because that what I bought, very disappointed finding out the change of airline without any explanation.
They are very helpful and friendly. The entertainment is great with many choices. They will refill your drink and there is plenty of meal service. I’ll fly with them again when I transit Tokyo.
Boarding was quick and efficient. The food was very good and they had pictures showing you what options there were to avoid misunderstandings.

Again the ANA flight was canceled. Rebooking with Vietnam air was not good. Vietnam air is sub standard. Will not use a third party booking, like kayak again.
Set on the plane for two hours before pushing off the gate due to the power source issue being fixed which was known before letting people board the plane. On top of that it was very hot as AC was not working properly. Terrible experience and limited communication provided by the crew on the status of the issue. They should let people deplane while issue is addressed instead of frying them and glued to the seats.
I am United’s newest fan. The planes are clean, the staff is so friendly and snacks are more than just old pretzel crumbles. The captain came and said hello! Truly amazing experience
1 person checking us as we boarded, left gate on time, 12.30 we are told we were held for 15 mins as other flights were waiting to take off, captain due to rain … they were having a longer gap between take offs , 3pm we took off , they went land route via New Orleans in to Florida landed at 5.45pm offered coffee and a biscuit

There was no internet on the flight. As an executive flying during prime business hours, having internet is critical for a smooth experience. This impacted productivity and time that will need to be spent later to do the work I could have done on flight.
Terrible boarding - 4 flights boarded from the same gate. Chaos there; long ramps to the plane.
This is the flight that I was not able to upgrade. Airplane had more empty seats than full.
Excellent service in Polaris class IAD to ZRH. Arrived rested and well fed after the overnight flight.
Good movies, iffy pay WiFi, food ok- on time though and that was great!
